Technical Field
The invention relates to a river channel water-regulating flood-fighting device and method, in particular to a river channel dam greening water-regulating flood-fighting method.
Background
The river is a cradle for human civilization, population settlement on the earth is mostly distributed along the river, but the river often brings natural disasters such as flood while infiltrating human beings, so how to utilize the river to benefit human beings, and the artificial control to avoid or reduce the disasters is a long-term arduous task, particularly the reasonable utilization of fresh water resources; moreover, a large amount of outflowing rivers exist in China, and if the utilization rate of the outflowing river water can be further improved, the outflowing river water has great benefits on the production of our industry and agriculture and the improvement of the life quality of people.
The existing rivers are generally constructed with dams at two sides of a river channel, the outer side of a large river is also provided with a flood control dam, and the modern dam mainly comprises two types: earth and rockfill dams and concrete dams, earth and rockfill dams are wide dams constructed with earth or stone, because the bottom bears much more water pressure than the top, so the bottom is wider than the top; the concrete dam is built by using concrete, and has higher bearing pressure and better protection effect. However, the above-described embankment has the following problems: firstly, the water regulating function is not available, the emergency water regulating function can not be carried out on the local water level lifting caused by sudden rainstorm, secondly, the greening of the dam is not good, particularly the concrete dam, river water can not permeate the upper side of the dam, so that the plant irrigation is also completed by a power machine, the energy loss is caused, the environment is not protected, and the soil dam has the problems that the tree planting and greening also need manual water pumping for irrigation, and the environmental protection and the energy saving are not facilitated; thirdly, the flood in the existing urban area or a certain area can be discharged without place, and when the underground pipe network reaches a limit value, the ground drainage channel which is not quickly built realizes auxiliary drainage, so that the flood in a larger range is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a river channel dam greening water-regulating flood-fighting method aiming at the defects in the prior art, wherein river water exceeding a water level safety line can be discharged through a water-regulating well and conveyed to a safety region through a pipe network, greening tree planting on the outer side of a dam can be realized through a main extension water supply rod and a capillary water supply rod, and the dam is further solidified; still the design has the quick diversion channel of damming channel component module equipment, realizes putting up fast in diversion river course in the regional area of a ray of flood fighting, has made things convenient for the first line rescue work of flood fighting.
The invention provides a river channel dam greening water-regulating flood-fighting method, which adopts the technical scheme that the method comprises the following steps:
when a dam is built or reconstructed, selecting the positions of water regulating wells (3) on the dams at two sides of a river channel, constructing downwards along the dam, penetrating through the horizontal ground and continuing downwards until the bottoms of the water regulating wells (3) are connected to the bottom of a river bed in the river channel through communicating pipes, and wrapping the outer sides of the communicating pipes with metal cotton filter pipes (5) to enable the water level of the river bed to be communicated with the water regulating wells (3); then, marking a water level safety line (G) on the inner side of the dam, installing a water transfer pipe (2) at the middle upper part of the water transfer well (3), wherein the horizontal height of a water outlet pipe of the water transfer pipe (2) is the same as that of the water level safety line (G), and a water transfer valve (4) is arranged on the water transfer pipe (2) and transfers river water higher than the water level safety line (G) to the outer beach of the dam;
secondly, construct between the water transfer well (3) of dykes and dams and install a plurality of inner loop water supply installation, inner loop water supply installation includes inner loop filter tube (6), inner loop suction pipe (7), mainly extends water supply stick (8) and capillary water supply stick (9), inner loop filter tube (6) one end set up in the riverbed bottom, the other end is connected to inner loop suction pipe (7), the outside of inner loop suction pipe (7) is equipped with protective layer (11) that reinforced concrete made, installs main extension water supply stick (8) at the top of inner loop suction pipe (7), and main extension water supply stick (8) are fixed in the inside through the construction dykes and dams extension water supply stick (8) on be connected with a plurality of capillary water supply stick (9), capillary water supply stick (9) extend to the soil horizon in the outside respectively, plant trees and afforestation at the soil horizon.

Preferably, the water adjusting pipe (2) consists of a first water guide pipe (2.1), a vertical pipe (2.2) and a second water guide pipe (2.3), the horizontal height of the first water guide pipe (2.1) is the same as the height of the water level safety line (G), the height of the second water guide pipe (2.3) is lower than the height of the water level safety line (G), and the vertical pipe (2.2) communicates the first water guide pipe (2.1) with the second water guide pipe (2.3).
Preferably, the outer wall of the water transfer well (3) is poured by reinforced concrete, and the concrete layer from bottom to top is thinned.

Preferably, the water regulating well is made of rubber, particularly a special vulcanizing device (b) for the water regulating well, the special vulcanizing device (b) for the water regulating well comprises an outer die (b 1), an inner die bushing (b 2), a double-core connecting shaft (b 3) and a vulcanizing forming cavity (b 4), the outer die (b 1) is of a split structure and is respectively provided with a semicircular cavity which is connected together through bolts, the inner die bushing (b 2) is of a cylindrical structure, the outer diameter of the inner die bushing (b 2) is smaller than the inner diameter of the circular cavity formed by the outer die (b 1), inner convex structures (b 5) are arranged at two ends of the inner diameter of the circular cavity, a vulcanizing forming cavity (b 4) is formed between the outer die (b 1) and the inner die bushing (b 2), threads are arranged on the inner wall of the inner die bushing (b 2), and the inner die bushing (b 2) is fixed by screwing the double-core connecting shaft (b 3) into two.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, water adjusting wells are arranged on the dam at intervals, reinforced concrete construction or direct punching is adopted to insert the water adjusting wells made of rubber materials, the bottoms are connected to the bottom of a river bed in a river channel through communicating pipes, and the water level of the river channel is kept consistent with that of the water adjusting wells; the water regulating well is provided with a water regulating pipe with the same height as the water level safety line, so that when the water level of the river channel exceeds the water level safety line, river water can be discharged through the water regulating pipe and conveyed to a safety region or a region needing fresh water through a pipe network;
secondly, a plurality of internal circulation water supply devices are directly arranged on the water transfer well of the dam, the internal circulation water suction pipe is connected through an internal circulation filter pipe, and then the main extension water supply rod and the capillary water supply rod are connected, the circulation filter pipe at the bottom is connected with the internal circulation water suction pipe to guarantee the strength, the main extension water supply rod and the capillary water supply rod are always in a water suction expansion state, and river water is led to the surface close to the dam from a riverbed, so that tree planting greening can be easily realized on the outer side or two sides of the dam, especially a soil dam, is further solidified through the root system of plants, and the dam body can be firmly fixed through the root system of trees;
thirdly, a plurality of rapid diversion channels assembled by weir dam channel assembly modules are designed to form a rapid drainage channel, and if the soil pavement is fixed by adopting ground anchors and accessories; if lay on the highway, can adopt the hasp mode to build the module with the damming channel and fix in succession together, realize putting up fast of the diversion channel in the first line region of flood fighting, make the regional water of flood fighting carry to the river course through the diversion channel of putting up fast in, made things convenient for the first line rescue work of flood fighting, avoided the regional water of flood fighting not in time discharge, lead to appearing bigger loss.
In addition, the capillary water supply rod is manufactured by a special vulcanizing device for the capillary water supply rod, so that the capillary water supply rod with a fork-shaped structure can be vulcanized, the capillary water supply range can be wider, the development of greening engineering is facilitated, and the environment protection and energy saving are realized; moreover, the water adjusting well can be made of rubber, so that the corrosion of acidic rainwater is avoided, and the service life of the water adjusting well is longer.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Embodiment 1, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the river bank greening, water regulating and flood fighting device according to the present invention comprises a plurality of water regulating wells 3 and internal circulation water supply devices arranged at intervals on the banks at both sides of the river; the bottom of the water adjusting well 3 is connected to the bottom of a river bed in a river channel through a communicating pipe, the outer side of the communicating pipe is wrapped with a metal cotton filter pipe 5, the water level of the river bed is communicated with the water adjusting well 3, a water level safety line G is marked on the inner side of the dam, a water adjusting pipe 2 is arranged on one side of the water adjusting well 3, the horizontal height of a water outlet pipe of the water adjusting pipe 2 is the same as that of the water level safety line G, a water adjusting valve 4 is arranged on the water adjusting pipe 2, and river water higher than the water level safety line G is adjusted to the outer beach of the dam;

Preferably, the outer wall of the water transfer well 3 is poured by reinforced concrete, and a reinforced support is arranged on the inner wall of the water transfer well 3; or the outer wall of the water regulating well 3 is made of rubber, and a metal support is arranged in the rubber layer.
Preferably, the height of the water adjusting well 3 is not lower than the height of the dam, and the top of the water adjusting well 3 is provided with a safe water adjusting well cover 1.
Preferably, the water diversion pipe 2 consists of a first water diversion pipe 2.1, a vertical pipe 2.2 and a second water diversion pipe 2.3, the horizontal height of the first water diversion pipe 2.1 is the same as the height of the water level safety line G, the height of the second water diversion pipe 2.3 is lower than the height of the water level safety line G, and the vertical pipe 2.2 communicates the first water diversion pipe 2.1 with the second water diversion pipe 2.3.
