The laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1 and a filter assembly 2, where the laundry treating apparatus 100 may be, for example, a clothes dryer. In the clothes dryer in the related technology, a fan drives a circulating air flow, the temperature of the air flow rises after passing through a heating drying channel, when the air flow passes through an inner barrel, moisture in clothes is evaporated, the air flow enters a condenser, a part of the moisture is removed through water condensation or air condensation, then the air flow enters a hot air drying channel again under the action of the fan, and the clothes are dried in a circulating way.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, an air duct cavity 11 is formed in the housing 1, the air duct cavity 11 has a mounting opening 111 located on a side wall of the housing 1, the filter assembly 2 is disposed in the air duct cavity 11 through the mounting opening 111, and the mounting opening 111 is disposed to facilitate assembly of the filter assembly 2 and the housing 1.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 1, the mounting opening 111 is provided at a lower portion of the front side wall of the housing 1, whereby the structural form is simple and the subsequent attachment and detachment of the filter assembly 2 is also facilitated.
In practical application, a condenser is further disposed in the air duct chamber 11, and the filter assembly 2 is located at an upstream side of the condenser in a flowing direction of the air flow, that is, when the air flow flows in the air duct chamber 11, the air flow will flow through the filter assembly 2 first and then flow to the condenser, so that the lint mixed in the air flow can be filtered by the filter assembly 2, and normal operation of the clothes dryer is prevented from being affected.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the filtering assembly 2 includes a filtering member 21, a bracket 22 and a handle 23, the filtering member 21 is disposed on one side of the bracket 22 away from the mounting opening 111, the handle 23 is disposed on one side of the bracket 22 close to the mounting opening 111, the handle 23 is provided with a plurality of first limiting portions 231, and the inner peripheral wall of the air duct cavity 11 is provided with a plurality of second limiting portions 112. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, a handle 23 is disposed on a front side of the bracket 22, a filter 21 is disposed on a rear side of the bracket 22, the handle 23 is disposed to facilitate a user's grip for installing the filter assembly 2 into the air duct cavity 11 or extracting the filter assembly from the air duct cavity 11, the filter 21 is disposed to filter the lint, wherein three spaced first position-limiting portions 231 are disposed on the handle 23, and three spaced second position-limiting portions 112 are disposed on an inner peripheral wall of the air duct cavity 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the handle 23 is rotatable relative to the bracket 22 between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position, the plurality of first position-limiting portions 231 and the plurality of second position-limiting portions 112 are correspondingly engaged one by one, so that the filter assembly 2 can be limited in the air duct cavity 11 by the limiting action of the first position-limiting portions 231 and the second position-limiting portions 112; in the second position, the first position-limiting portions 231 are disengaged from the second position-limiting portions 112, so that the user can pull the handle 23 outward to draw out the filter assembly 2, so as to clean up the shavings accumulated on the filter element 21.
Specifically, for example, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the handle 23 is rotatably mounted on the bracket 22, and when the filter assembly 2 is mounted in the air duct cavity 11 and the filter assembly 2 needs to be fixed, the handle 23 can be rotated in a clockwise direction from front to back to rotate the handle 23 to a first position, in which each first limiting portion 231 on the handle 23 is engaged with a corresponding second limiting portion 112 on the inner peripheral wall of the air duct cavity 11, so that the filter assembly 2 can be firmly limited in the air duct cavity 11; when filter element 2 needs to be taken down, handle 23 can be rotated along the anticlockwise direction so that handle 23 rotates to the second position, and at the second position, every first spacing portion 231 on handle 23 all breaks away from the cooperation with the spacing portion 112 of second that corresponds to can remove the spacing to filter element 2, so that filter element 2 is outwards taken out. Because the plurality of first limiting parts 231 and the plurality of second limiting parts 112 are arranged, the filtering component 2 can be firmly limited in the air duct cavity 11 through the one-to-one corresponding matching of the plurality of first limiting parts 231 and the plurality of second limiting parts 112, and in specific application, for a user, the user can make the one-to-one corresponding matching or the disengagement of the plurality of first limiting parts 231 and the plurality of second limiting parts 112 only by rotating the handle 23 one time in one direction, so that the operation is simple, the use is convenient, and the practicability is strong.
According to the clothes treatment device 100 of the embodiment of the invention, since the handle 23 is provided with the plurality of first limiting parts 231 and the inner peripheral wall of the air duct cavity 11 is provided with the plurality of second limiting parts 112, the filtering component 2 can be firmly limited in the air duct cavity 11 through the one-to-one corresponding matching of the plurality of first limiting parts 231 and the plurality of second limiting parts 112, and in specific application, a user only needs to rotate the handle 23 one time in one direction to enable the plurality of first limiting parts 231 to be matched with or separated from the plurality of second limiting parts 112 one to one so as to realize the dismounting and mounting of the filtering component 2, the operation is simple, the use is convenient, and the practicability is strong.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, one of the first position-limiting portion 231 and the second position-limiting portion 112 is a protrusion, and the other of the first position-limiting portion 231 and the second position-limiting portion 112 is a groove, and specifically, the first position-limiting portion 231 is a protrusion, and the second position-limiting portion 112 is a groove, or the first position-limiting portion 231 is a groove and the second position-limiting portion 112 is a protrusion. The projection may be gradually screwed into the recess during rotation of the handle 23 to a first position in which at least part of the projection is located within the recess; in the process of reversely rotating the handle 23 to the second position, the protrusion can be gradually screwed out of the groove, and in the second position, the protrusion is positioned outside the groove.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the first position-limiting portion 231 is a protrusion, the second position-limiting portion 112 is a groove, the groove includes a first portion 1121, a second portion 1122 and a third portion 1123 connected in sequence in a direction from the second position to the first position, the width of the first portion 1121 is greater than that of the second portion 1122, the width of the second portion 1122 is greater than that of the third portion 1123, in the first position, the protrusion is inserted into the third portion 1123, that is, in the direction from the second position to the first position, the protrusion passes through the first portion 1121 and the second portion 1122 in sequence and is finally located in the third portion 1123, since the overall width of the groove is substantially gradually reduced in this direction, the protrusion and the groove are gradually fitted to each other, and finally in the first position, the filter assembly 2 is not easily shaken, in the direction from the first position to the second position, the protrusion passes through the third portion 1123, the second portion 1122 and the first portion 1121 in sequence, and finally disengages from the groove. It should be noted that the width herein refers to a distance dimension between two opposite side walls of the groove in the front-rear direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the protrusion and the third portion 1123 are in an interference fit, thereby improving the reliability of the protrusion and the groove, so that the protrusion is not easily separated from the groove.
