Abstract
The invention discloses a novel washing powder and a preparation method thereof, wherein the washing powder is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 8-15 parts of an anionic surfactant, 2-8 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 10-20 parts of sodium silicate, 3-5 parts of soda ash, 4-6 parts of sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of peroxyacid salt, 5-7 parts of sodium percarbonate, 2-6 parts of an organic auxiliary agent, 5-9 parts of an enzyme preparation, 3-7 parts of a slurry regulator and 20-50 parts of deionized water. The washing powder can efficiently kill common bacteria and viruses in clothes while generating active oxygen for decontamination: candida albicans, tubercle bacillus, typhoid bacillus, staphylococcus aureus and the like, has high degerming rate, effectively inhibits the growth of bacterial mites and protects the body surface health.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method, in particular to novel washing powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The Washing powder is Washing powder, and the synthetic detergent is prepared with surfactant as main component and proper amount of detergency promoter. The washing powder is a powdery (granular) synthetic detergent. The existing washing powder can not effectively kill harmful germs in the washed articles, and has single function. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the washing machine has been brought to thousands of households, the situation that one washing machine is used in one household is common, the functional requirement on the washing powder is more and more obvious, the existing washing powder has poor decontamination effect and does not have a disinfection function, so that the consumption is large, the environment is greatly damaged, and the clothes are easily infected with each other when being interwoven. In recent years, a small amount of disinfectant washing powder appears, and disinfectants for washing powder comprise quaternary ammonium salts, chlorine dioxide, traditional Chinese medicines and the like. Some of the disinfectants have unsatisfactory sterilizing effect and high price, and some disinfectants directly influence the detergency of washing powder after being compounded and reacted with the washing powder and also damage fabrics. People urgently need a disinfecting washing powder which has strong detergency, strong bactericidal power, no irritation, no side effect, safety and no toxicity. Therefore, a novel washing powder and a preparation method thereof are provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a novel washing powder and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the novel washing powder is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 8-15 parts of an anionic surfactant, 2-8 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 10-20 parts of sodium silicate, 3-5 parts of soda ash, 4-6 parts of sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of a peroxyacid salt, 5-7 parts of sodium percarbonate, 2-6 parts of an organic auxiliary agent, 5-9 parts of an enzyme preparation, 3-7 parts of a slurry regulator and 20-50 parts of deionized water.
Further, the anionic surfactant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Further, the nonionic surfactant is alkylphenol ethoxylates.
Further, the organic auxiliary agent comprises carboxymethyl cellulose.
Further, the enzyme preparation is an alkaline protease.
Further, the slurry regulator is sodium toluene sulfonate, perfume and pigment.
The preparation method of the novel washing powder comprises the following steps
Heating deionized water to 60-70 ℃, adding an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, sodium silicate, soda ash, sodium sulfate, sodium percarbonate and peroxyacid salt while stirring, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
adding an enzyme preparation into the mixed solution A obtained in the step (I), uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed solution B;
and (III) adding a slurry regulator into the solution B obtained in the decocting step (II), uniformly stirring, pouring into a mould, and cooling to obtain the water-soluble organic silicon dioxide.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the peroxyacid salt in the washing powder prepared by the invention generates active oxygen in the using process, and the active oxygen (SPC) is perfectly matched with an anionic/nonionic surfactant and a biological enzyme preparation, so that the organic dirt on the fabric can be rapidly decomposed, and the peroxyacid salt can penetrate into fiber slits to be decomposed: bloodstain, milk stain, fine spot, sweat odor, collar dirt and the like, decomposed micromolecular dirt is easy to wash and separate, and the trouble that chemical lotion remains clothes after washing and the problem of skin allergy caused by the chemical lotion remain clothes after washing are avoided;
time and water are saved, and the cleaning is thorough without residue;
thirdly, the washing powder can efficiently kill common bacteria and viruses in clothes while generating active oxygen for decontamination: candida albicans, tubercle bacillus, typhoid bacillus, staphylococcus aureus and the like, has high degerming rate, effectively inhibits the growth of bacterial mites and protects the body surface health.

The washing powders obtained in examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the following experiments
The experimental results are as follows:
(one) acute oral toxicity test
After the infection, no toxic manifestation and death of the mice were observed during the observation period. The washing powder has acute oral toxicity LD50 of more than 5000mg/kg BW to male and female NIH mice, and is of practical nontoxic grade.
(II) one-time complete skin irritation test
In the observation period, the skin of the tested New Zealand rabbit has no abnormal reaction such as erythema, edema and the like, and no other symptoms are found, and the highest stimulation index is 0.0. The washing powder has no irritation to the one-time contact intact skin of New Zealand rabbit by using 5 times of the solution with the highest use concentration in the instruction manual.
(III) Polychromophil erythrocyte micronucleus test on mouse bone marrow
Note: comparing with negative control group, it indicates P < 0.01 that the washing powder mouse marrow pleochromocyte micronucleus test result is negative, and the sample has no mutagenesis effect on somatic cells.
