The addition of the transparent powder can increase the transparency of the coating layer and improve the refractive index of the coating layer, so that the increase of the polyurethane emulsion does not influence the luminous performance.
The invention is further configured to: the waterborne polyurethane noctilucent crack paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 580 parts of polyurethane emulsion 570-containing material, 80-92 parts of water, 2.5-4 parts of cellulose, 3-7 parts of dispersing agent, 2-3 parts of wetting agent, 10-12 parts of antifreezing agent, 20-25 parts of film-forming additive, 1-2.5 parts of defoaming agent, 1.2-2 parts of neutralizing agent, 110 parts of transparent powder 100-containing material, 195 parts of luminescent pigment 180-containing material, 4-6 parts of flatting agent, 5-6 parts of anti-settling agent, 2.5-4 parts of bactericide and 6-7 parts of cracking agent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the proportion of each component is further optimized, the proportion of dispersing agents, crack agents and the like is reduced, the proportion of polyurethane, transparent powder, luminescent pigments and the like is increased, and the luminescent property and the wear resistance of the coating are further improved.
The invention is further configured to: the dispersing agent is at least one of polyethylene glycol, acrylic acid copolymer ammonium salt and polyphosphate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the adopted dispersant is a nonpolar positively charged dispersant or an amphoteric dispersant, so that the transparent powder and the luminescent pigment have strong adsorption force, and the dispersion uniformity of the transparent powder and the luminescent pigment is improved. And has the functions of increasing transparency, reducing viscosity, increasing loading amount of pigment and improving processability of the coating. Wherein, the polyethylene glycol is a low molecular wax dispersant, has strong adsorbability and is beneficial to the dispersion of resin components. The polyphosphate dispersing agent is an amphoteric dispersing agent, has certain wettability and can reduce the using amount of a wetting agent.
The invention is further configured to: the wetting agent is at least one of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane.
By adopting the technical scheme, the wetting agent adopted by the invention is beneficial to the dispersion of solids, has better affinity to the transparent powder and the luminescent pigment, can ensure that the transparent powder and the luminescent pigment are dispersed more uniformly in the coating, and further improves the luminescence uniformity of the coating. The polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane also has good penetrability, and can further improve the wetting capacity to other components.
The invention is further configured to: the film-forming assistant is at least one of ethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 2, 2, 4-trimethyl-1, 3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the film-forming aid adopted by the invention has good solubility to other polymer components and good coalescence, and is beneficial to promoting other polymer components to form a uniform and stable emulsion film.
The invention is further configured to: the defoaming agent is a polyether defoaming agent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the coating is a water-based coating, and after the polyether defoaming agent is added, the foam can be quickly inhibited and defoamed in a water-based system, so that the defoaming efficiency is improved.
The invention is further configured to: the anti-settling agent is organic bentonite or nano silicon dioxide.
By adopting the technical scheme, the organic bentonite and the nano silicon dioxide can improve the wettability of the inorganic pigment, reduce flocculation, greatly improve the uniform stability of the coating and have no influence on the performance after long-time storage.
The invention is further configured to: the bactericide is at least one of isothiazolinone bactericide and plant bactericide.
By adopting the technical scheme, the antibacterial and mildew-proof performance of the coating can be improved by adding the bactericide, and the phenomenon that the luminescent performance and the wear resistance of the coating are influenced by mildew of the coating layer in the long-term use process is avoided. The plant bactericide can also reduce environmental pollution and improve the environmental protection of the coating.

The invention is further configured to: the step 3) is uniformly mixed and stirred for 5-10min at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min.
By adopting the technical scheme, the transparent powder and the luminescent pigment are fully and uniformly dispersed, and the particles in the system can be uniformly and stably suspended in the dispersion system only by low stirring speed after the polyurethane emulsion is added.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, a large amount of luminescent pigment and transparent powder are added into the waterborne polyurethane noctilucent crack coating, and the waterborne polyurethane noctilucent crack coating is matched with polyurethane emulsion with a large proportion, so that the coating has good noctilucent performance and simultaneously keeps good wear resistance.
Secondly, the waterborne polyurethane noctilucent crack coating has the advantages of high heat resistance, high wear resistance, wide application range, environmental protection and economy.
