Abstract

本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种矿用工程子午胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及其充气轮胎。包含下述重量份的原料:丁苯胶90~100,天然胶5~15,炭黑N23155~65,白炭黑6‑10,氧化锌2‑5,硬脂酸1~3,间苯二酚‑80 1‑1.5,粘合树脂1~3,炭氢反应型树脂5‑8,环保油4~8,对苯二胺防老剂1.5~2.0,喹啉类防老剂1.0~1.5,防护蜡2.0~4.0,硫磺1.5~1.8,次磺酰胺类促进剂1.35~1.65,六甲基四胺‑80 0.5‑1.5。本发明采用胎面胶橡胶组合物生产的矿用工程子午胎,提高了胶料的耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨及耐久性能。生产的胎面胶橡胶组合物应用在子午工程轮胎26.5R25和29.5R25规格,在矿区苛刻环境使用时轮胎磨面平整,无明显切割、撕裂现象,改进轮胎的使用寿命提高了20%以上。

矿用工程子午胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及其充气轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种矿用工程子午胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及其充气轮胎。
背景技术
众所周知,工程机械轮胎作业场地条件恶劣,大石块、小碎石比比皆是,使用条件苛刻,负荷量大,昼夜连续运转,当应用于矿区路面,尤其是以铁、钼等硬质矿区路面时,轮胎胎面胶表现出不耐刺扎、胎面胶容易掉块、胶料撕裂性能差,严重时轮胎出现胎冠爆破,轮胎使用安全性能低、使用寿命短,传统产品明显不能满足当下硬质矿区使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有的技术不足,提供一种矿用工程子午胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及其充气轮胎,耐切割、耐刺扎、耐磨耗、硬度高。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种矿用工程子午胎胎面胶橡胶组合物,其特征在于,包含下述重量份的原料:

一种充气轮胎,使用前述矿用工程子午胎胎面橡胶组合物制成的轮胎胎面部件。
一种充气轮胎,使用包括前述轮胎胎面部件制成的轮胎。
本发明的有益效果是,采用胎面胶橡胶组合物生产的矿用工程子午胎,提高了胶料的耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨及耐久性能。生产的胎面胶橡胶组合物应用在子午工程轮胎26.5R25和29.5R25规格,在矿区苛刻环境使用时轮胎磨面平整,无明显切割、撕裂现象,改进轮胎的使用寿命提高了20%以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明生胶体系采用丁苯胶橡胶与天然橡胶并用体系,丁苯胶炭黑补强后在苛刻路面下耐切割、耐刺扎性能好;天然橡胶生胶强度高,自粘性与互粘性好,得到的橡胶组合物强伸性能高。
本发明应用高填充重量份的N231炭黑和白炭黑并用补强体系,低填充量的软化油,得到的橡胶组合物硬度高,耐切割、耐撕裂性能好。
本发明应用间甲白粘合体系,可以改善成品胎胶料间的粘合性能。
本发明使用炭氢反应型树脂和粘合树脂,可改善橡胶组合物强伸性能、提高耐切割、耐撕裂性能。
本发明采用单硫键与双硫键较多的半有效硫化体系,保证了橡胶组合物的耐热老化性能。
为了证实本发明效果的可靠性,下面结合实施例对本发明进行说明,与现有技术的工程子午轮胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及各项性能指标进行对比,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例,具体见下表1所示:

将原组合物与实施例橡胶组合物通过物理机械性能、150℃条件下120min 硫化特性测试,机床耐久与实际路试项目验证橡胶组合物的耐切割性、耐撕裂性、耐磨性。验证结果具体如下表所示:

注:切割指数越低,耐切割性能越好
根据发明要求及上表物性得出:较原组合物相比,实施例1和实施例2 在保证强伸性能的基础上,300%定伸、硬度、阿克隆磨耗、撕力高,耐切割、胶与胶之间粘合性能好。其中从磨耗、撕力、切割指数数据来看,实施例1 优于实施例2。符合矿用苛刻环境下胎面胶橡胶组合物的发明要求。
对长时间硫化后胶料的返原性能进行对比,测试结果如下:

注:硫化返原率=(MH-M60)/(MH-ML),M60指150℃硫变仪曲线中硫化60min时对应的转矩根据发明要求及表3性能检测结果得出:与原组合物相比,实施例1橡胶组合物的硫化返原率大大降低,胶料的抗返原性能大幅度提高,轮胎长时间使用性能保持率提高,提高了轮胎耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨和耐久性能,符合胎面胶橡胶组合物的发明要求。
综上,本发明的优点在于:通过填充体系、软化体系、粘合体系、硫化体系的优化及功能性助剂的使用,在保证胶料强伸性能的基础上,提高了硬度、模量及耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨等性能,提高了轮胎的使用寿命。
采用本次发明的胎面橡胶组合物分别生产26.5R25三星TL559S+和 29.5R25TB516规格轮胎进行室内机床耐久试验与实际矿区里程测试,对照例与实施例测试胎测试环境与测试条件相同,测试数据具体如下所示:

采用实施例胎面胶橡胶组合物,同原组合物轮胎相比,29.5R25TB516 规格室内机床耐久性能提高了约8%,29.5R25TB516和26.5R25TL559S+两个规格矿山苛刻环境实际使用寿命均提高了20%左右,轮胎磨面平整,较改进前有了较大改善。提高了轮胎耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨性能和使用寿命。
