Abstract
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种苛刻路面矿用自卸车胎面橡胶组合物。包含下述重量份的原料:乳聚丁苯胶50~80,溶聚丁苯胶20~50,炭黑50~70,氧化锌2‑5,硬脂酸1~3,粘合树脂1~3,炭氢反应型树脂4‑8,对苯二胺防老剂1~3,喹啉类防老剂0.5~1.5,防护蜡2~4,硫磺1.2~1.5,次磺酰胺类促进剂0.2~0.6,噻唑类促进剂0.1~0.4,二苯胍类促进剂0.2~0.6。生产的胎面胶橡胶组合物应用在子午工程轮胎24.00R35和21.00R35规格,提高生产效率和成品轮胎物理性能,在硬质路面矿用自卸车上使用时,轮胎磨面平整,无明显切割、撕裂现象,且在载荷高、速度快的条件下没有出现早期的热脱层问题,改进轮胎的使用寿命提高了10%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种苛刻路面矿用自卸车胎面橡胶组合物。
背景技术
众所周知,矿用自卸车轮胎规格大、载荷高、速度快、作业环境和使用条件苛刻,轮胎使用过程中会出现切割、撕裂、磨耗快及早期热脱层的现象,影响轮胎的使用寿命。根据苛刻路面矿用产品设计特点及使用要求,与普通装载机轮胎相比,轮胎需要在保证胶料强度的基础上,提高了耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨、低生热、耐热老化性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有的技术不足,提供一种苛刻路面矿用自卸车胎面橡胶组合物,有效地改善了耐热老化性能及提高硬度后和使用中后期扯断伸长率不足造成耐撕裂性能下降,提高了轮胎的耐撕裂性能和使用寿命。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种苛刻路面矿用自卸车胎面橡胶组合物,其特征在于,包含下述重量份的原料:
本发明的有益效果是,采用胎面橡胶组合物,提高了胶料的耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨性和耐热老化性能,生热降低。生产的胎面胶橡胶组合物应用在子午工程轮胎24.00R35和21.00R35规格,提高生产效率和成品轮胎物理性能,在硬质路面矿用自卸车上使用时,轮胎磨面平整,无明显切割、撕裂现象,且在载荷高、速度快的条件下没有出现早期的热脱层问题,改进轮胎的使用寿命提高了10%以上。
具体实施方式
为了证实本发明效果的可靠性,下面结合实施例对本发明进行说明,与现有技术的工程轮胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及各项性能指标进行对比,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例,具体见下表1所示:

将原组合物与实施例橡胶组合物通过物理机械性能、150℃条件下120min硫化特性测试,机床耐久与实际路试项目验证橡胶组合物的耐切割性、耐撕裂性、耐磨性、生热指数、耐热老化性能。验证结果具体如下表所示:

注:切割指数越小,耐切割性能越好;抗张积越大,耐撕裂性能越好;老化系数越高,耐热氧老化性能越好;生热指数越小,生热越低。
根据发明要求及上表物性得出:实施例1和实施例2拉伸强度、硬度、抗张积、阿克隆磨耗、撕力,切割指数、生热指数、100℃*48h老化系数均优于原组合物。其中实施例2优于实施例1。符合苛刻矿用自卸车胎面橡胶组合物的发明要求。
将原组合物与实施例橡胶组合物进行了硫变仪对比,并根据硫变仪的情况使用实施例2进行24.00R35 TB526S规格硫化减时前后硫化时间及物性对比。对比结果具体如下表所示:

根据发明要求及上表3、4、5得出:实施例2硫化仪T10、T90比原组合物短,胶料诱导期缩短、硫化速度快;根据实施例2硫变仪结果,使用实施例2在24.00R35 TB526S规格进行了硫化减时,时间由原来的390分钟减到362分钟,效率提升7%以上;使用实施例2在24.00R35 TB526S规格进行了减时前后胎面物性对比,减时后胎面物性拉伸强度和扯断伸长率均有提高。符合苛刻矿用自卸车胎面胶橡胶组合物的发明要求。
综上,本发明的优点在于:通过生胶体系、填充体系、软化体系、硫化体系的优化及功能性助剂的使用,在保证胶料强伸性能的基础上,提高了耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨、低生热、耐热老化性能和生产效率,提高了轮胎的使用寿命。
采用本次发明的胎面橡胶组合物分别生产24.00R35二星TB526S和21.00R35二星TB526S规格轮胎进行室内机床耐久试验与实际矿区里程测试,对照例与实施例测试胎测试环境与测试条件相同,测试数据具体如下所示:

采用实施例胎面橡胶组合物,同原组合物轮胎相比,24.00R35 TB526S和21.00R35TB526S规格室内机床均提升了15%以上,两个规格在苛刻矿用环境实际使用寿命均提高了10%以上,轮胎磨面平整,无明显刺扎、切割现象,较改进前有了较大改善。提高了轮胎耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨性能和实际使用寿命。
本发明所述的生胶采用以溶聚丁苯+乳聚丁苯橡胶为主、炭黑采用高填充量的N220炭黑,无操作油,在保证胶料强度的基础上,提高了胶料的硬度、抗张积,生热降低,提高了耐切割、耐撕裂和耐磨性能;采用了含有抗氧剂的炭氢反应型耐切割树脂,有效地改善了耐热老化性能及提高硬度后和使用中后期扯断伸长率不足造成耐撕裂性能下降,提高了轮胎的耐撕裂性能和使用寿命;硫化体系采用胍类、噻唑类和次磺酰胺类并用体系,诱导期缩短、硫化速度快,根据不同规格硫化过程气泡点时间缩短,进行硫化周期减时,提高生产效率及成品轮胎性能,硫化曲线平坦期增加,保证了胶料的耐热老化性能;
发明的胎面橡胶组合物应用50~80重量份的乳聚丁苯橡胶,20~50重量份的溶聚丁苯橡胶,50~70重量份的N220炭黑,无操作油,在保证胶料强度的基础上,生热降低,提高了耐切割、耐撕裂和耐磨性能。
发明的胎面橡胶组合物采用了4~8重量份含有抗氧剂的炭氢反应型耐切割树脂,有效地改善了耐热老化性能及提高硬度后和使用中后期扯断伸长率不足造成耐撕裂性能下降,提高了轮胎的耐撕裂性能和使用寿命。
发明的胎面橡胶组合物硫化体系采用0.2~0.6重量份胍类、0.1~0.4重量份噻唑类和0.2~0.6重量份次磺酰胺类并用体系,诱导期缩短、硫化速度快,根据不同规格硫化过程气泡点时间缩短,进行硫化周期减时,提高生产效率及成品轮胎性能;硫化曲线平坦期增加,保证了胶料的耐热老化性能。
