Abstract

本发明涉及一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,原料包括:80‑90%的铝钛渣细粉、5‑10%的高活性氧化钙、3‑8%的高铝矾土熟料、5‑10%的生物有机造孔剂。将原料进行破碎、球磨、造球、干燥、烧结得到一种利用生物材料的铝钛渣轻质骨料。本发明具有成本低廉和工艺简单的特点,所制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料孔隙分布均匀、耐火度高、所制备的制品热震稳定性好,对比使用传统发泡技术的铝钛渣轻质骨料使用时间更长。

Description

一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法
技术领域
本发明属于铝钛渣综合利用技术领域,具体涉及一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法。
背景技术
我国由于钢铁行业的大力发展,采用铝热法冶炼钛铁的工艺已然成熟,伴随而来的问题是钛铁冶炼的副产物——铝钛渣,其产有量巨大,若任意排放必将对环境造成损害,因此如何将铝钛渣产业化和资源化已成为一个热点。
铝钛渣的理化指标为Al2O3(wt)≥72%、TiO2(wt)≥14.5%、氧化钙(wt)≥9.5%,其主要成分皆为耐火度高、高温性能优良的物相,部分国内外耐火行业已将铝钛渣制备骨料应用于耐火浇注料中,发现其可以替代铝矾土、焦宝石等高铝质原料在浇注料中发挥的作用,但对于制备轻质铝钛渣骨料这一方向上仍然处于比较落后的阶段,例如李璐、王健东等人将铝钛渣细磨后加入到高铝浇注料中,得到铝钛渣可以替代部分高铝原料的实验结论。但只以细粉的形式使用铝钛渣无法发挥其本身优势。
因此目前急需一种有效的制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法。若直接应用传统造孔剂配合铝钛渣制备骨料,其体积密度、气孔率的表现都很一般,且原料成本偏高,故本发明涉及一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法。
发明内容
为克服现有技术不足,本发明提出一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,使用废弃亲油疏水的生物材料满足铝钛渣骨料的造孔需求,同时本发明具有成本低廉和工艺简单的特点,所制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料孔隙分布均匀、冷态耐压强度大、热震稳定性好,对比使用传统发泡技术的铝钛渣轻质骨料使用时间更长,同时积极响应国家节约能源,废物再利用的原则,为耐火行业的进步起到促进作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将铝钛渣、高活性氧化钙、高铝矾土熟料、生物有机造孔剂,分别破碎至100目以下,得铝钛渣粉、高活性氧化钙粉、高铝矾土熟料粉、生物有机造孔剂粉;
(2)以质量百分比计,将80-90%的铝钛渣粉、5-10%的高活性氧化钙粉、3-8%的高铝矾土熟料粉、5-10%的生物有机造孔剂粉经球磨机混合并细磨至200目以下,得混合粉料;
(3)以质量百分比计,将混合粉料放入造球机,并加入混合粉料总质量2-5%的水,得铝钛渣球料;将铝钛渣球料置于室温下养护12-24小时,再于100-150℃的鼓风烘箱内干燥12-24小时,得干燥的铝钛渣球料;
(4)将干燥的铝钛渣球料置于回转窑中进行高温烧结,烧结温度1400-1600℃,保温时间1-6小时,即得到铝钛渣轻质骨料。
所述步骤(2)中的生物有机造孔剂为核桃壳粉、秸秆粉、花生壳粉中的任一种或任两种混合而成。
所述步骤(3)中加水方式为间歇式加水,每次加水30-60g,每次间隔30-90s。
所述步骤(1)中铝钛渣为生产钛钢的副产品其中Al2O3≥74.5%、TiO2≥9.5%、CaO≥14.5%;高活性氧化钙为经1000℃热处理后的原料;高铝矾土熟料为矾土经1200℃热处理后的原料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:通过添加生物材料制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料对比使用传统造孔剂制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料,添加生物材料制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料体积密度降低,体积密度≤1.45g/cm3,常温耐压强度升高,抗热震性能好,耐压强度≥12MPa/球,利用该骨料制备的浇注料抗热震性(1100℃,水冷)≥7次。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下各实施例采用铝钛渣为原料,其原料化学组成如下表1所示。

对比例1:以十二烷基苯磺酸钠为造孔剂
将85kg的铝钛渣、5kg的高活性氧化钙、5kg高铝矾土熟料和5kg的十二烷基苯磺酸钠破碎后放入球磨机中充分混合,并将原料粒度细磨至200目。使用造球机进行造球,并以间断式加水方式向原料中加水,外加水量为4kg,然后将球料置于110℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥48小时,最后将干燥后的球料于回转窑内进行烧结,烧结温度为1550℃,保温6小时,制得一种利用有机造孔剂制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料。
铝钛渣轻质骨料的直径为8mm,常温耐压强度为9.69MPa,体积密度为1.55g/cm3,耐火度为1571℃,利用该骨料制备的浇注料抗热震性(1100℃,水冷热循环)为7次,。
对比例2:以碳酸氢铵为造孔剂
将85kg的铝钛渣、5kg的高活性氧化钙、5kg高铝矾土熟料和5kg的碳酸氢铵破碎后放入球磨机中充分混合,并将原料粒度细磨至200目。使用造球机进行造球,并以间断式加水方式向原料中加水,外加水量为4kg,然后将球料置于110℃的鼓风干燥箱中干燥48小时,最后将干燥后的球料于回转窑内进行烧结,烧结温度为1550℃,保温6小时,制得一种利用有机造孔剂制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料。
铝钛渣轻质骨料的直径为8mm,常温耐压强度为9.76MPa,体积密度为1.53g/cm3,耐火度为1583℃,利用该骨料制备的浇注料抗热震性(1100℃,水冷热循环)为7次。
实施例1:
将铝钛渣、高活性氧化钙、高铝矾土熟料、生核桃壳粉,分别破碎至100目以下,得铝钛渣粉、高活性氧化钙粉、高铝矾土熟料粉、核桃壳粉;将85kg铝钛渣粉、5kg的高活性氧化钙粉、5kg的高铝矾土熟料粉、5kg的核桃壳粉经球磨机混合并细磨至200目以下,得混合粉料;将混合粉料放入造球机,并加入4kg的水,每次加水40g,每次间隔60s,得铝钛渣球料;将铝钛渣球料置于室温下养护24小时,再于110℃的鼓风烘箱内干燥24小时,得干燥的铝钛渣球料;将干燥的铝钛渣球料置于回转窑中进行高温烧结,烧结温度1550℃,保温时间6小时,即得到铝钛渣轻质骨料。
本实施例制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料的直径为8mm,常温耐压强度为12.26MPa,体积密度为1.44g/cm3,耐火度为1691℃,利用该骨料制备的浇注料抗热震性(1100℃,水冷热循环)为7次,耐火度。
实施例2:
将铝钛渣、高活性氧化钙、高铝矾土熟料、花生壳粉,分别破碎至100目以下,得铝钛渣粉、高活性氧化钙粉、高铝矾土熟料粉、花生壳粉;将84kg铝钛渣粉、5kg的高活性氧化钙粉、6kg的高铝矾土熟料粉、5kg的花生壳粉经球磨机混合并细磨至200目以下,得混合粉料;将混合粉料放入造球机,并加入4kg的水,每次加水40g,每次间隔60s,得铝钛渣球料;将铝钛渣球料置于室温下养护24小时,再于110℃的鼓风烘箱内干燥24小时,得干燥的铝钛渣球料;将干燥的铝钛渣球料置于回转窑中进行高温烧结,烧结温度1550℃,保温时间6小时,即得到铝钛渣轻质骨料。
本实施例制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料的铝钛渣轻质骨料的直径为8mm,常温耐压强度为12.04MPa,体积密度为1.45g/cm3,耐火度为1656℃,抗热震性(1100℃,水冷热循环)为7次。
实施例3:
将铝钛渣、高活性氧化钙、高铝矾土熟料、秸秆粉,分别破碎至100目以下,得铝钛渣粉、高活性氧化钙粉、高铝矾土熟料粉、秸秆粉;将82kg铝钛渣粉、4kg的高活性氧化钙粉、9kg的高铝矾土熟料粉、5kg的秸秆粉经球磨机混合并细磨至200目以下,得混合粉料;将混合粉料放入造球机,并加入4kg的水,每次加水40g,每次间隔60s,得铝钛渣球料;将铝钛渣球料置于室温下养护24小时,再于110℃的鼓风烘箱内干燥24小时,得干燥的铝钛渣球料;将干燥的铝钛渣球料置于回转窑中进行高温烧结,烧结温度1550℃,保温时间6小时,即得到铝钛渣轻质骨料。
本实施例制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料的直径为8mm,常温耐压强度为12.19MPa,体积密度为1.44g/cm3,耐火度为1642℃,利用该骨料制备的浇注料抗热震性(1100℃,水冷热循环)为8次。
通过实施例一、实施例二、实施例三与对比例性能检测的比较中发现,利用生物有机造孔剂制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料在常温耐压强度、体积密度以及利用该骨料所制备的耐火制品的抗热震性这三方面都稍优于使用传统造孔剂的铝钛渣轻质骨料,故本发明设计的一种利用生物材料制备的铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法可以部分替代传统造孔剂的方法,同时本发明采用的造孔剂来自生物废料,降低了原料成本,从环保层面帮助资源的二次利用,以及资源利用最大化。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,其特征在于,具体操作步骤如下:
(1)将铝钛渣、高活性氧化钙、高铝矾土熟料、生物有机造孔剂,分别破碎至100目以下,得铝钛渣粉、高活性氧化钙粉、高铝矾土熟料粉、生物有机造孔剂粉;
(2)以质量百分比计,将80-90%的铝钛渣粉、5-10%的高活性氧化钙粉、3-8%的高铝矾土熟料粉、5-10%的生物有机造孔剂粉经球磨机混合并细磨至200目以下,得混合粉料;
(3)以质量百分比计,将混合粉料放入造球机,并加入混合粉料总质量2-5%的水,得铝钛渣球料;将铝钛渣球料置于室温下养护12-24小时,再于100-150℃的鼓风烘箱内干燥12-24小时,得干燥的铝钛渣球料;
(4)将干燥的铝钛渣球料置于回转窑中进行高温烧结,烧结温度1400-1600℃,保温时间1-6小时,即得到铝钛渣轻质骨料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的生物有机造孔剂为核桃壳粉、秸秆粉、花生壳粉中的任一种或任两种混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中加水方式为间歇式加水,每次加水30-60g,每次间隔30-90s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用生物材料制备铝钛渣轻质骨料的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中铝钛渣为生产钛钢的副产品,其成分以质量百分比计为Al2O3≥74.5%、TiO2≥9.5%、CaO≥14.5%;高活性氧化钙为经1000℃热处理后的原料;高铝矾土熟料为矾土经1200℃热处理后的原料。
