Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,本结构的吊装基座通过滚轮设于双道环形轨道并且沿双道环形轨道行走,转盘设于吊装基座,立柱垂直设于转盘,悬臂设于立柱顶端,旋转电机设于立柱空腔内并且驱动转盘沿吊装基座旋转,滑轮和升降电机分别间隔设于悬臂底面并且位于立柱两侧,吊篮采用缆索经滑轮连接升降电机,配重设于悬臂尾端。本吊装结构克服传统环形轨道吊装幕墙单元体的缺陷,吊装结构简单,且操作方便,降低设备制作成本,确保安全性能,实现幕墙单元体的快捷、方便安装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构。
背景技术
目前,高层或超高层建筑幕墙大多数采用单元体的幕墙体系,通过单元体搭建建筑外立面的整体幕墙,幕墙单元体由各种墙面板与支承框架在工厂制成完整的幕墙结构基本单位,现场直接安装在主体结构上。
现行高层或超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装主要采用在屋顶架设环形轨道的方式,该主要有以下几点不足:
1、对于屋顶结构复杂的建筑物需要在结构外侧搭建环形轨道,环形轨道的造型复杂,现场施工困难,且制造成本较高。
2、由于环形轨道距离结构的完成面的距离是一定的,对于室外有需要单独安装的大装饰条,环形轨道则不能满足要求。
3、幕墙单元体在吊装的过程中受风荷载的影响较大,越往上风荷载越大,安全隐患也就越大,因此对环形轨道结构的可靠性提出较高要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,本吊装结构克服传统环形轨道吊装幕墙单元体的缺陷,吊装结构简单,且操作方便,降低设备制作成本,确保安全性能,实现幕墙单元体的快捷、方便安装。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构包括架设于幕墙安装结构内侧的双道环形轨道、吊装基座、滚轮、立柱、转盘、悬臂、滑轮、吊篮、配重、旋转电机和升降电机,所述吊装基座通过滚轮设于所述双道环形轨道并且沿双道环形轨道行走,所述转盘设于所述吊装基座,所述立柱垂直设于所述转盘,所述悬臂设于所述立柱顶端,所述旋转电机设于所述立柱空腔内并且驱动所述转盘沿吊装基座旋转,所述滑轮和升降电机分别间隔设于所述悬臂底面并且位于所述立柱两侧,所述吊篮采用缆索经所述滑轮连接所述升降电机,所述配重设于所述悬臂尾端。
进一步,所述滑轮有三个并且间隔设于所述悬臂前段的底面,三个吊钩通过缆索分别经三个所述滑轮连接所述升降电机。
进一步,设于所述悬臂首端的滑轮采用销轴旋转连接于所述悬臂底面,所述销轴旋转的角度为沿所述悬臂轴向±70度角。
进一步,本吊装结构还包括防撞撑条,所述防撞撑条倾斜设于所述吊篮底面并且防撞撑条自由端伸出吊篮的内侧面。
进一步,本吊装结构还包括防撞球,所述防撞球可旋转设于所述防撞撑条的自由端。
进一步,本吊装结构还包括加强撑杆,所述加强撑杆设于所述转盘与悬臂之间。
由于本发明用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构采用了上述技术方案,即本结构的吊装基座通过滚轮设于双道环形轨道并且沿双道环形轨道行走,转盘设于所述吊装基座,立柱垂直设于转盘,悬臂设于立柱顶端,旋转电机设于立柱空腔内并且驱动转盘沿吊装基座旋转,滑轮和升降电机分别间隔设于悬臂底面并且位于立柱两侧,吊篮采用缆索经滑轮连接升降电机,配重设于悬臂尾端。本吊装结构克服传统环形轨道吊装幕墙单元体的缺陷,吊装结构简单,且操作方便,降低设备制作成本,确保安全性能,实现幕墙单元体的快捷、方便安装。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1所示,本发明用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构包括架设于幕墙安装结构内侧的双道环形轨道1、吊装基座2、滚轮3、立柱4、转盘5、悬臂6、滑轮7、吊篮8、配重9、旋转电机91和升降电机92,所述吊装基座2通过滚轮3设于所述双道环形轨道1并且沿双道环形轨道1行走,所述转盘5设于所述吊装基座2,所述立柱4垂直设于所述转盘5,所述悬臂6设于所述立柱4顶端,所述旋转电机91设于所述立柱4空腔内并且驱动所述转盘5沿吊装基座2旋转,所述滑轮7和升降电机92分别间隔设于所述悬臂6底面并且位于所述立柱4两侧,所述吊篮8采用缆索81经所述滑轮7连接所述升降电机92,所述配重9设于所述悬臂6尾端。
优选的,所述滑轮7有三个并且间隔设于所述悬臂6前段的底面,三个吊钩82通过缆索81分别经三个所述滑轮7连接所述升降电机92。通过悬臂前段设置的三个滑轮分别悬挂吊篮,使得吊篮可以不同的间距抵近幕墙单元体的安装面,以提高安装作业的便利性,但是三个滑轮严禁同时使用,避免吊篮之间的撞击。
优选的,设于所述悬臂6首端的滑轮7采用销轴71旋转连接于所述悬臂6底面,所述销轴71旋转的角度为沿所述悬臂6轴向±70度角。悬臂首端的滑轮通过销轴实现旋转安装,从而使得吊篮随同滑轮旋转一定的角度,便于不同安装面的幕墙单元体的安装作业。
优选的,本吊装结构还包括防撞撑条83,所述防撞撑条83倾斜设于所述吊篮8底面并且防撞撑条83自由端伸出吊篮8的内侧面。防撞撑条起到保护吊篮的作用,在吊篮升降过程中,由于风荷载等多种原因可能导致吊篮晃动,通过防撞撑条自由端抵近安装面,避免吊篮与安装面的撞击,确保吊篮升降的安全性。
优选的,本吊装结构还包括防撞球84,所述防撞球84可旋转设于所述防撞撑条83的自由端。防撞球在吊篮晃动至安装面时可沿安装面滑动,避免直接摩擦。
优选的,本吊装结构还包括加强撑杆61,所述加强撑杆61设于所述转盘5与悬臂6之间。加强撑杆用于提高悬臂的刚性,确保悬臂的承载能力。
如图2所示,本吊装结构简单实用,通过在双道环形轨道1上设置吊装基座2,然后设置转盘5、立柱4、悬臂6、吊篮8等机械构件,实现幕墙单元体沿安装面的吊装作业。其中,本结构中双道环形轨道可保证吊装基座行走的稳定性,确保基础的安全可靠,悬臂尾端的配重采用可拆卸式,以适应不同的幕墙单元体吊装,通过添加配重可吊装超大型的幕墙单元体。同时悬臂前段设有三个滑轮用于距离可变的吊挂吊篮,可对悬挑的幕墙装饰构件进行安装调整,方便安装作业;通过转盘,悬臂可实现180°的旋转,悬臂前端的滑轮可实现70°的旋转,这样可以保证各个方向安装面的幕墙单元体的吊装作业,提高安装作业的灵活性。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,包括架设于幕墙安装结构内侧的双道环形轨道,其特征在于:还包括吊装基座、滚轮、立柱、转盘、悬臂、滑轮、吊篮、配重、旋转电机和升降电机,所述吊装基座通过滚轮设于所述双道环形轨道并且沿双道环形轨道行走,所述转盘设于所述吊装基座,所述立柱垂直设于所述转盘,所述悬臂设于所述立柱顶端,所述旋转电机设于所述立柱空腔内并且驱动所述转盘沿吊装基座旋转,所述滑轮和升降电机分别间隔设于所述悬臂底面并且位于所述立柱两侧,所述吊篮采用缆索经所述滑轮连接所述升降电机,所述配重设于所述悬臂尾端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,其特征在于:所述滑轮有三个并且间隔设于所述悬臂前段的底面,三个吊钩通过缆索分别经三个所述滑轮连接所述升降电机。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,其特征在于:设于所述悬臂首端的滑轮采用销轴旋转连接于所述悬臂底面,所述销轴旋转的角度为沿所述悬臂轴向±70度角。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,其特征在于:本吊装结构还包括防撞撑条,所述防撞撑条倾斜设于所述吊篮底面并且防撞撑条自由端伸出吊篮的内侧面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,其特征在于:本吊装结构还包括防撞球,所述防撞球可旋转设于所述防撞撑条的自由端。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于高层及超高层建筑幕墙单元体的吊装结构,其特征在于:本吊装结构还包括加强撑杆,所述加强撑杆设于所述转盘与悬臂之间。
