When the track gauge is changed, the wheel is in contact with the identification piece 4, the wheel can generate certain transverse impact force and friction force on the identification piece 4, the first connecting piece 21 blocks the opening part 333, the locking assembly 3 is further positioned in the moving part 11 so as to block the identification piece 4 to act, the blocking force on the identification piece 4 is vertically intersected with the direction of the impact force and the friction force generated by the wheel on the identification piece 4, and therefore the blocking force of the first connecting piece 21 on the identification piece 4 is far greater than the transverse impact force and the friction force, the identification piece 4 is prevented from falling off, the brake clamp unit can move along with the wheel, the wheel is prevented from being in hard collision with the brake clamp unit, and the driving safety of a railway vehicle is ensured. When the identification locking device provided by the first embodiment has the second state, that is, the unlocked state, the force applied to the locking component 3 is increased, the force acting between the first connecting member 21 and the opening 333 is increased, so that the opening 333 is elastically deformed, the first connecting member 21 passes through the opening 333 and then is located on the other side of the opening 333, and the locking component 3 moves in the direction away from the moving part 11. At this time, the locking unit 3 does not intersect with the moving portion 11, and the locking unit 3 does not restrict the movement of the identifier 4. The identification piece 4 can be detached and replaced, the brake clamp unit is not required to be integrally detached from the rail vehicle, and the maintenance convenience is improved.
Specifically, the locking assembly 3 includes a first locking member 31, a second locking member 32, a first spring 33, a second spring 34, and a fixing member 35. The second locking piece 32 is located in the locking groove 12, the shape of the second locking piece 32 corresponds to that of the first locking piece 31, and the second locking piece 32 is butted with the first locking piece 31 and can be pressed by a pin shaft in an interference mode, or connected through a bolt, or welded, riveted and the like. The second locking member 32 and the accommodating portion 311 form an accommodating cavity, and the first spring 33 is located in the accommodating cavity and protects the first spring 33. The second locking member 32 is provided with a second guiding groove 322, the shape of the second guiding groove 322 is the same as that of the first guiding groove 313, the second guiding groove 322 is arranged corresponding to the first guiding groove 313, the first connecting member 21 passes through the second guiding groove 322, the second guiding groove 322 is mutually guided and connected with the first connecting member 21, and the first guiding groove 313 and the second guiding groove 322 cooperate to form a guiding groove of the locking assembly 3. The second locking member 32 is further provided with a fourth connecting portion 321, the fourth connecting portion 321 is opposite to the third connecting portion 312, and the second locking member 32 is movably connected to the third connecting member 23 through the third connecting portion 312 and the fourth connecting portion 321. Preferably, the identification lock device of the first embodiment is provided with the third connecting portion 312 and the fourth connecting portion 321 rotatably connected to the third connecting member 23.
The first spring 33 provides a locking force for the identification locking device provided in this embodiment. Specifically, the first spring 33 is made of a material having elasticity, particularly a metal material having elastic deformability. The first spring 33 has a first projection 331 and a second projection 332 which are oppositely arranged, the first projection 331 and the second projection 332 are oppositely arranged, an opening part 333 is formed between the first projection 331 and the second projection 332, the opening part 333 is arranged along the guiding direction of the guiding groove, the opening part 333 is arranged corresponding to the first connecting piece 21, and the size of the opening part 333 is smaller than that of the first connecting piece 21. In the first embodiment, when the identification locking device is in the first state, i.e., the locked state, the first connecting member 21 is located at one side of the opening 333, and the opening 333 restricts the movement of the first connecting member 21 because the size of the opening 333 is smaller than that of the first connecting member 21. At this time, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are located in the locking groove 12 and intersect with the moving portion 11, thereby restricting the movement of the identification member 4 and locking the identification member 4. When the identification locking device provided in the first embodiment is in the second state, i.e., the unlocked state, and an external force is applied to the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32, the force of the first connecting member 21 acting on the opening 333 is increased, the opening 333 is deformed, and the first connecting member 21 passes through the opening 333 and is located on the other side of the opening 333. At this time, the first locking piece 31 and the second locking piece 32 are located in the locking groove 12 and are away from the moving portion 11, so that the movement restriction of the identifier 4 is released and the identifier 4 is unlocked. In order to further improve the locking performance of the identification member 4, the identification locking device according to the first embodiment is provided in which the first spring 33 is provided as a semi-closed structure. Specifically, the first protrusion 331 of the first spring 33 is connected to one side of the second protrusion 332 to form the closing portion 334, the first connecting member 21 passes through the opening portion 333 and then enters the closing portion 334, and the closing portion 334 contacts the first connecting member 21. The sealing part 334 plays a role in wrapping the first connecting piece 21, so that the first connecting piece 21 cannot move after entering the sealing part 334, the stability of a locking state or an unlocking state is ensured, the capacity of bearing impact force, friction force and the like of the identification piece 4 is further improved, and the identification piece 4 is further prevented from falling off. To further facilitate the first connecting member 21 entering the closing portion 334, the other sides of the first projection 331 and the second projection 332 away from the closing portion 334 extend to form a guiding portion 335, and the guiding portion 335 can contact with the first connecting member 21. In the process of switching the states, because the guide portion 335 is connected with the first protrusion 331 and the second protrusion 332, the first connecting piece 21 can move along the guide portion 335 and enter the opening portion 333, so that the first connecting piece 21 is prevented from being stuck at the opening portion 333, the convenience of entering the closing portion 334 by the first connecting piece 21 is improved, and the reliability of the identification locking device provided by the first embodiment is also improved. Preferably, the identification locking device provided by the present embodiment is configured such that when the identification locking device is in the locked state, the first connecting member 2 is located inside the closing portion 334 and is in contact with the closing portion 334, thereby further enhancing the reliability of the locked state.
To improve the reliability of the first spring 33 and to prevent permanent deformation of the first spring 33 due to fatigue, the locking assembly 3 further comprises a second spring 34. The second spring 34 is sleeved outside the closed part 334 of the first spring 33 to assist in ensuring the elasticity and strength of the first spring 33.
The first embodiment also provides a variable-track-pitch brake caliper unit comprising the above-described identification locking device.
The first embodiment also provides a railway vehicle comprising the variable gauge brake caliper unit.
To facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the first embodiment, the operation process of the identification locking device provided in the first embodiment is further described.
Referring to fig. 12, when the identification member 4 is locked, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are manually pushed, and the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are rotated around the third connecting member 23 in the locking groove 12 toward the moving portion 11. The first connecting member 21 enters the closing portion 334 or the guiding portion 335 through the opening portion 333, the first connecting member 21 is located at the side of the opening portion 333, and the opening portion 333 blocks the first connecting member 21. At this time, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are partially positioned in the moving portion 11, and block the operation of the identification member 4 to lock the identification member 4.
Referring to fig. 13, when the identification member 4 is unlocked, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are manually pulled, and the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 rotate around the third connecting member 23 in the locking groove 12 in a direction away from the moving portion 11. The first connecting member 21 leaves the closing portion 334 or the guiding portion 335 through the opening portion 333, the first connecting member 21 is located on the other side of the opening portion 333, and the opening portion 333 performs a reverse blocking function on the first connecting member 21. At this time, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are separated from the moving portion 11, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 do not interfere with the moving portion 11, the locking of the identification member 4 is released, and the identification member 4 can move along the moving portion 11 to perform operations such as replacement of the identification member 4.
Second embodiment
The second embodiment also provides an identification locking device, and differs from the first embodiment in that the locking assembly 3 and the third connecting member 23 are movably connected to each other. Specifically, the locking assembly 3 is provided with two guide grooves, the third connecting member 23 passes through one guide groove, and the third connecting member 23 is connected with one guide groove in a guiding way. During locking or unlocking, the locking assembly 3 is moved in translation by the first link 21, the second link 23 and the two guide grooves. More specifically, the third connecting portion 312 of the first locking member 31 is provided in the same structure as the first guide groove 313. The fourth connecting portion 321 of the second lock 32 has the same configuration as the second guide groove 322, and preferably, the first guide groove 313 and the second guide groove 322 are linear grooves. The third connecting part 23 passes through the third connecting part 312 and the fourth connecting part 321, and the third connecting part 23 can move in the first guide groove 313 and the second guide groove 322 during the locking or unlocking process. Preferably, in order to reinforce the locking strength of the identification locking device provided in the second embodiment, the first spring pieces 33 are provided in two, the two first spring pieces 33 are respectively provided in the guiding directions of the two guiding grooves, the opening part 333 of one of the first spring pieces 33 is provided corresponding to the third connecting member 23, and the size of the opening part 333 is smaller than that of the third connecting member 23.

The second embodiment also provides a variable-track-pitch brake caliper unit comprising the above-described identification locking device.
The second embodiment also provides a rail vehicle comprising the variable gauge brake caliper unit described above.
To facilitate understanding of the technical solution of the second embodiment, the operation process of the identification locking device provided by the second embodiment is further described.
Referring to fig. 14, when the identification member 4 is locked, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are manually pushed, and the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are moved in the locking groove 12 toward the moving portion 11 by the first connecting member 21, the third connecting member 23 and the two guide grooves. The first connecting piece 21 and the third connecting piece 23 enter the closing part 334 or the guide part 335 through the opening part 333, the first connecting piece 21 and the third connecting piece 23 are located on one side of the opening part 333, and the opening part 333 blocks the first connecting piece 21 and the third connecting piece 23. At this time, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are partially positioned in the moving portion 11, and block the operation of the identification member 4 to lock the identification member 4.
Referring to fig. 15, when the identification member 4 is unlocked, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are manually pulled, and the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are rotated in the locking groove 12 in a direction away from the moving portion 11 by the first connecting member 21, the third connecting member 23 and the two guide grooves. The first connecting piece 21 and the third connecting piece 23 leave the closing part 334 or the guide part 335 through the opening part 333, the first connecting piece 21 and the third connecting piece 23 are both positioned at the other side of the opening part 333, and the opening part 333 plays a reverse blocking role for the first connecting piece 21 and the third connecting piece 23. At this time, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 are separated from the moving portion 11, the first locking member 31 and the second locking member 32 do not interfere with the moving portion 11, the locking of the identification member 4 is released, and the identification member 4 can move along the moving portion 11 to perform operations such as replacement of the identification member 4.

Claims (13)

1. An identification locking device, comprising:
a mount provided with:
the identification piece is connected with the track distance changing device and is movably connected with the mounting piece through the moving part;
a locking groove intersecting the moving portion;
a connection assembly, the connection assembly comprising:
the first connecting piece penetrates through the locking groove and is connected with the mounting piece;

a first spring sheet having:
a first protrusion;
the first protrusion and the second protrusion are oppositely arranged, an opening part is formed between the first protrusion and the second protrusion and is arranged along the guiding direction of the guiding groove, the opening part is arranged corresponding to the first connecting piece, and the size of the opening part is smaller than that of the first connecting piece;
wherein the identification locking means has a first state and a second state; in a first state, the first connecting piece is positioned on one side of the opening part in the guide groove, the locking component is intersected with the moving part, and the locking component limits the action of the identification piece; and in a second state, the first connecting piece penetrates through the opening part, the first connecting piece is positioned on the other side of the opening part in the guide groove, the locking assembly is far away from the moving part, and the locking assembly does not limit the action of the identification piece.

The identification locking device of claim 1 wherein said first protrusion is coupled to one side of said second protrusion to form a closed portion, said first connector being accessible into said closed portion through said opening, said closed portion being in contact with said first connector when said first connector is in said closed portion.
3. The identification locking device of claim 2 wherein said locking assembly further comprises:
