The left end and the right end of the paper-plastic composite bag are driven by the electric slide block 31 to periodically move in opposite directions, so that the paper-plastic composite bag is periodically bent and tensioned. In the process, the paper-plastic composite bag is driven to twist by the cooperation of the guide wheel 310 and the guide plate 5, so that wrinkles are formed on the surface of the paper-plastic composite bag.
Step three, removing kraft paper: the paper-plastic composite bag is driven by the air cylinder 32 to rise out of the water until the kraft paper is pressed against the brush roller 47. The first motor 48 drives the brush rollers 47 to rotate, and the second motor 411 drives the two brush rollers 47 which are symmetrical front and back to move from the middle to the front end and the back end, so that the soaked kraft paper is cleaned.
Step four, cleaning the plastic layer: and (2) putting the paper-plastic composite bag without the kraft paper into water according to the method in the second step, cleaning the residual kraft paper on the plastic layer through water flow, moving the cleaned plastic layer out of the water surface, and finally detaching the edges of the left end and the right end of the plastic layer from the clamping mechanism 3.
