Abstract
The invention relates to a round bamboo for decoration and a manufacturing method thereof. The adhesive layer is arranged, so that the adhesive force of a paint film of the round bamboo is greatly improved, and the round bamboo does not peel, bubble or fall off. The defects that natural round bamboos are easy to discolor, crack and mildew are overcome, the bamboo has the performances of water resistance, decoration, light resistance and the like, is good in size stability, not easy to crack, rich and stable in color, and has better light aging resistance and better and more durable overall decoration effect if an ultraviolet blocking function is added.

The invention belongs to the technical field of bamboo processing, and particularly relates to decorative round bamboo and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The outer surface of the bamboo is difficult to glue because the outer surface of the bamboo contains a wax layer, the adhesion of a paint film is poor, and the existing processing methods comprise lathe milling, sanding and the like. Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings, so that the technical solutions of the present invention can be understood and appreciated more easily.
As shown in figure 1, the innermost layer of the decorative round bamboo is a round bamboo substrate 1, and the outermost layer is a decorative layer 5. Wherein, the outer surface of the round bamboo substrate 1 is provided with an interface layer 2, and a waterproof layer 4 is arranged between the interface layer 2 and the decorative layer 5.
In a more preferred embodiment, an adhesion layer 3 is provided between the waterproof layer 4 and the interface layer 2 to improve the adhesion strength between the waterproof layer 4 and the decorative layer 5. The adhesion layer 3 is a mixture of auxiliaries such as polyurethane, an adhesion promoter and the like, wherein the adhesion promoter can be gamma-glycidyl ether oxypropyl methyldiethoxysilane (the using amount is less than 2%) or polyester resin (the using amount is 3% -15%).
A more preferred embodiment is to provide a light-resistant layer on the outer surface of the decorative layer 5.
The round bamboo base material 1 is generally selected from round bamboos which grow for 3-5 years and have proper shapes and diameters, and is dried and free of cracking after being treated to be used as the round bamboo base material 1.
And in the interface layer 2, the wax layer on the surface of the round bamboo is subjected to flexible sanding or sand blasting treatment to obtain the interface layer 2 with high adhesive force, and a sand blasting process is preferably used.
The adhesion layer 3 is provided with the adhesion layer 3 when the adhesion is poor, according to the characteristics of the waterproof layer 4 and the decoration layer 5. The adhesion layer 3 is arranged on the outer surface of the interface layer 3 through processes of spraying, brushing and the like.
The waterproof layer 4 is prepared from environment-friendly materials such as waterborne polyurethane and PVDC emulsion, and when the waterproof performance requirement is high, a composite waterproof layer can be adopted.
The decorative layer 5 is a paint film coated and sprayed on the outermost layer of the decorative round bamboo, and colored paints such as green, yellow and the like which are close to the natural color of bamboo are sprayed on the waterproof layer 4 through a spraying process. When light resistance is required, an ultraviolet absorbent can be added into the colored paint or an ultraviolet shielding layer is additionally added.
A manufacturing method of round bamboo for decoration comprises the following specific steps: firstly, selecting materials, and selecting proper shapes and diameters from 3-5 years old bamboos for felling. Then, the inner joint is opened, and the step can be omitted for naturally dried or difficult-to-crack round bamboos; if manual drying is needed, the inner joint is cut to a certain length as much as possible and then opened. And (3) drying the round bamboo joints, wherein the drying treatment mode comprises natural drying or microwave drying. Wherein, the microwave drying process comprises the following steps: the microwave power is 20-100 kW, the microwave treatment time is 3-15 min, the air drying is carried out for 3-7 d after the microwave treatment, and the water content is controlled to be 8-15%.
And after drying, carrying out mechanical treatment on the surface of the round bamboo, and uniformly removing a wax layer on the surface of the round bamboo by adopting a flexible sanding or sand blasting process, preferably a sand blasting process.
The parameters of the sand blasting process are as follows: the aperture of the nozzle is 0.6mm, the pressure is 0.4-0.7MPa, the abrasive is SiC or corundum, the grain diameter of the abrasive is 100-120 meshes, the distance between the nozzle and the surface of the round bamboo is 100-200mm, the angle is 30-75 degrees, and the feeding speed of the round bamboo is 0.01-0.5 m/s.
And after the mechanical treatment is finished, performing surface spraying treatment. The surface of the round bamboo is protected or decorated by adopting the processes of spraying, brushing and the like. Preferably, the coating is selected according to the target, and can be waterproof, anti-aging, mildew-proof and the like, or can be colored paint, such as green, yellow and the like colored paint which is close to the natural color of the bamboo. Or, spraying a light-resistant layer, specifically an ultraviolet shielding layer, on the outer surface of the colored paint
The adopted spraying process is as follows: the aperture of the nozzle is 2-3mm, the air pressure is 0.3-0.4MPa, and the spray coating is carried out and then the drying is carried out. Setting different drying temperatures according to the types of the coatings, such as 40-80 ℃ for the water-based waterproof coating, and drying for 2 h.
When the adhesion of the coating is poor, an adhesion layer can be firstly sprayed on the surface of the round bamboo to improve the adhesion of the round bamboo, so that a surface paint film is not easy to damage.
The adhesion layer 3 is arranged, so that the paint film adhesion of the waterproof layer 4 of the round bamboo is greatly improved, and peeling, bubbling and falling are avoided. The defects that natural round bamboos are easy to discolor, crack and mildew are overcome, the bamboo has the performances of water resistance, decoration, light resistance and the like, is good in size stability, not easy to crack, rich and stable in color, and has better light aging resistance and better and more durable overall decoration effect if an ultraviolet blocking function is added.
When the sandblasted interface layer 2 is provided but the adhesion layer 3 is absent, when the waterproof layer 4 is PVDC, the adhesion measured by the cross-cut method is improved from 5 to 2, and after the adhesion layer 4 is added, the adhesion measured by the cross-cut method can be further improved to 1 or even 0. The ultraviolet shielding coating is arranged to shield 99% of ultraviolet rays.

4. A round decorative bamboo as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein an ultraviolet absorber is provided in the decorative layer (5).
5. The ornamental round bamboo according to claim 1, wherein the round bamboo base material (1) comprises a dried non-split round bamboo, and the round bamboo has a growth time of 3 to 5 years.
6. Round decorative bamboo according to claim 1, characterized in that the interface layer (2) comprises a wax layer on the surface of the round bamboo after sand blasting.
7. The round bamboo as set forth in claim 1, wherein the waterproof layer (4) comprises a water-based polyurethane layer, a PVDC emulsion layer, a composite waterproof layer.
8. A decorative round bamboo as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said decorative layer (5) comprises a paint film, said paint film being sprayed on said waterproof layer (4).
9. The round bamboo as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesion layer (3) is made of polyurethane and adhesion promoter.
10. A round bamboo for decoration and a manufacturing method thereof are characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1 selecting bamboo, selecting bamboo with proper shape and diameter for felling in 3-5 years growth period;
