Fig. 10 is an enlarged view showing a portion a of fig. 1. Fig. 11 is a perspective view showing the coupling portion 65 of fig. 10. As shown in fig. 10, each detachable joint frame 63 includes a joint body 64 and a plurality of coupling portions 65 provided to the joint body 64. In this example, 3 coupling portions 65 are provided in one joint body 64. The detachable joint frame 63 is connected to the joint frame attachment portion 8b of the hanger 8 by a plurality of connection portions 65. In a state where the detachable joint frame 63 is coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8b, the detachable joint frame 63 is horizontally arranged along the joint frame mounting portion 8 b.
The joint main body 64 has a rod-shaped portion 641 having a rectangular cross section and a pair of frame holding portions 642 provided to the rod-shaped portion 641. The rod 641 is provided with an attachment groove along the longitudinal direction of the rod 641. The width of the opening portion of the mounting groove is narrower than the width of the space inside the mounting groove. In a state where the joint main body 64 is disposed such that the opening portion of the mounting groove faces upward, the pair of frame holding portions 642 project from the lower portion of the rod-shaped portion 641 to both sides in the width direction of the joint main body 64. The pair of frame holding portions 642 is provided over the entire length of the rod-shaped portion 641. The attachment/detachment joint frame 63 holds the illumination plate 4 in a state where the end portion of the illumination plate 4 is placed on the frame holding portion 642.
The coupling section 65 includes a base member 65a fixed to the rod-shaped section 641 and a coupling member 65b provided on the base member 65 a. The coupling portion 65 is formed of metal or synthetic resin. The base member 65a is fixed to the rod 641 by a fastener. The base member 65a is provided with a fixing hole. The fastener includes a bolt inserted through the fixing hole of the base member 65a and a nut disposed in the mounting groove of the rod-shaped portion 641. The threaded portion of the bolt of the fastener is inserted into the mounting groove from the opening portion of the mounting groove. The coupling member 65b has a pair of clamping portions 65 c. The pair of clamping portions 65c face each other in the width direction of the joint main body 64. The pair of gripping portions 65c have a curved cross-sectional shape. The respective front end portions of the pair of gripping portions 65c approach but do not contact. The coupling member 65b is a cylindrical portion having a C-shaped cross section formed by a pair of clamping portions 65C. The pair of gripping portions 65c are elastically deformable.
When the clamping portion 65c is pressed against the joint frame mounting portion 8b, the space between the distal ends of the pair of clamping portions 65c is opened by elastic deformation, and the joint frame mounting portion 8b enters between the pair of clamping portions 65 c. The pair of clamping portions 65c clamp and hold the joint frame mounting portion 8 b. In each detachable joint frame 63, the number of the coupling portions 65 provided in one joint body 64 is determined according to the weight of each of the illumination plate 4 and the detachable joint frame 63 so that the detachable joint frame 63 holding the illumination plate 4 does not fall off from the joint frame attachment portion 8 b.
Next, a description will be given of a procedure for attaching the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 to the joint housing 6.
First, the 1 st illumination plate 41 is disposed in each of the 1 st area X1.
When the 1 st illumination plate 41 is disposed in the 1 st area X1, first, both end portions of the 1 st illumination plate 41 are inserted into the pair of 1 st grooves 621 from the 2 nd area X2 side. Thereafter, the 1 st lighting panel 41 is slid along the 1 st slot 621 toward the 1 st area X1 until being inserted into the 2 nd slot 622. When the 1 st illumination plate 41 is inserted into the 2 nd slot 622, the 1 st illumination plate 41 is held by not only the pair of 1 st fixing-seam parts 61a but also the 2 nd fixing-seam part 61 b. In a state where the 1 st lighting panel 41 is disposed in the 1 st area X1, both end portions of the 1 st lighting panel 41 in the depth direction of the car room 1 are inserted into the pair of 1 st grooves 621, and one end portion of the 1 st lighting panel 41 in the width direction of the car room 1 is inserted into the 2 nd groove 622.
After one 1 st illumination plate 41 is arranged in one 1 st area X1 as described above, another 1 st illumination plate 41 is arranged in another 1 st area X1. The arrangement method of the one and the other 1 st illumination plates 41 to the 1 st area X1 is the same, except that the direction of the insertion groove is different. In this way, the 1 st illumination panel 41 is disposed in each of the 1 st area X1.
Thereafter, the 2 nd lighting panel 42 is disposed in the 2 nd area X2 in a state where the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 is not coupled to the suspension 8.
When the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is disposed in the 2 nd area X2, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is first tilted, and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is passed through the space of the 2 nd area X2 existing between the pair of 1 st fixing seams 61 a. The 2 nd lighting plates 42 are placed on the pair of 1 st fixing seams 61a at both ends in the depth direction of the car room 1. Thereby, the 2 nd lighting panel 42 is arranged to the 2 nd area X2.
Then, the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 is connected to the joint frame attachment portion 8b of each hanger 8.
Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the detachable joint frame 63 of fig. 1 is coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8 b. Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing a state in which the detachable joint frame 63 of fig. 1 is coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8 b.
When the detachable joint frame 63 is coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8b, the detachable joint frame 63 is pushed up from below the hanger 8 toward the joint frame mounting portion 8 b. Thereby, the connection portion 65 is connected to the joint frame attachment portion 8 b. When the connection portion 65 is connected to the joint frame attachment portion 8b, the end portions of the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 positioned on both sides of the detachable joint frame 63 are held by the frame holding portion 642 of the joint body 64. In this way, the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 are attached to the joint frame 6.
When the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 are removed from the joint housing 6, the procedure is performed in reverse order to the procedure when the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 are attached to the joint housing 6.
That is, the attachment/detachment joint frames 63 disposed on both sides of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 are gripped and pulled directly downward, and the connection portions 65 to which the joint frames 63 are attached are detached from the joint frame attachment portions 8b of the hanger 8. The attachment/detachment joint frames 63 disposed on both sides of the 2 nd lighting panel 42 are detached, and then the 2 nd lighting panel 42 is lifted up. Then, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is lowered through the space between the pair of 1 st fixing-seam portions 61 a. Thereafter, one 1 st illumination plate 41 is slid from one 1 st area X1 to the 2 nd area X2, and one 1 st illumination plate 41 is lowered through the space of the 2 nd area X2. Thereafter, another 1 st illumination plate 41 is slid from another 1 st area X1 to a 2 nd area X2, and another 1 st illumination plate 41 is lowered through the space of the 2 nd area X2. In this way, the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 are detached from the joint frame 6.
In such an elevator car ceiling lighting device, each lighting panel 4 is held by a detachable joint frame 63 having a connecting portion 65 detachable from the ceiling fixing member 5 and a fixed joint frame 61 provided to the ceiling fixing member 5. Therefore, by removing the detachable joint frame 63, the opening area of the joint frame 6 can be increased. This makes it possible to facilitate the attachment/detachment operation of the illumination panel 4 to/from the joint housing 6.
Further, between the pair of 1 st fixing seam parts 61a, there are two 1 st regions X1 and a 2 nd region X2 located between the two 1 st regions X1. The 1 st illumination plate 41 is disposed in the 1 st area X1, and the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is disposed in the 2 nd area X2. A detachable joint frame 63 is disposed between each of the 1 st illumination plate 41 and the 2 nd illumination plate 42. Therefore, the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 can be attached to and detached from both sides of the 2 nd illumination plate 42, and the attachment/detachment work of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 to and from the joint frame 6 can be facilitated. In addition, the plurality of 1 st illumination plates 41 can be attached to and detached from the joint housing 6 through the shared space of the 1 st area X1, and the attachment and detachment work of the 1 st illumination plate 41 to and from the joint housing 6 can be facilitated.
Further, a fixing joint frame 61 is provided to the cover 7. Accordingly, the illumination plate 4 can be easily and more reliably held by being slidably attached to the fixing joint frame 61.
Further, the pair of 1 st fixing seam portions 61a is provided with a pair of 1 st grooves 621 facing each other with the 1 st region X1 interposed therebetween. A part of the 1 st lighting panel 41 is inserted into the pair of 1 st grooves 621. This enables the 1 st illumination plate 41 to be more reliably held by the pair of 1 st fixing-seam portions 61 a. Further, the 1 st illumination plate 41 can be easily slid along the pair of 1 st grooves 621 between the 1 st area X1 and the 2 nd area X2. This makes it possible to facilitate the work of attaching and detaching the 1 st illumination plate 41 to and from the joint housing 6.
The coupling portion 65 of the detachable joint frame 63 is coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8b of the ceiling fixing member 5. Therefore, by positioning the joint frame mounting portion 8b at a position lower than the position of the lighting fixture 3, the connection portion 65 can be easily attached to and detached from the ceiling fixing member 5.
The detachable joint frame 63 is coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8b in a state where the joint frame mounting portion 8b is sandwiched between the pair of sandwiching portions 65c by the elastic restoring force of the pair of sandwiching portions 65 c. Therefore, the detachable joint frame 63 and the joint frame attachment portion 8b can be coupled by simply pressing the pair of sandwiching portions 65c against the joint frame attachment portion 8 b. Further, the detachable joint frame 63 can be detached from the joint frame attachment portion 8b only by applying a force to the detachable joint frame 63 in a direction away from the joint frame attachment portion 8 b. This can facilitate the work of attaching and detaching the joint frame 63 to and from the joint frame attachment portion 8 b.
The ceiling fixing member 5 includes a cover 7 and a hanger 8 disposed inside the cover 7. The hanger 8 has a joint frame attachment portion 8b to which a coupling portion 65 of the joint frame 63 is attached and detached. Therefore, by determining the position of the hanger 8 in accordance with the position between the respective illumination plates 4 of the plurality of illumination plates 4, the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 can be disposed at the position between the respective illumination plates 4 of the plurality of illumination plates 4.
Embodiment 2.
In embodiment 1, the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 is separate from the 2 nd illumination plate 42. However, the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 may be integrated with the 2 nd illumination plate 42.
Fig. 14 is a perspective view showing a state in which the removable seam frame 63 of the elevator car ceiling lighting device according to embodiment 2 of the present invention is integrated with the 2 nd lighting panel 42.
A rectangular illumination plate frame 43 disposed along the outer peripheral edge of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is fixed to the 2 nd illumination plate 42. The lighting panel frame 43 has a pair of rail members 43 a. The pair of rail members 43a are disposed at both ends of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 in the width direction of the car room 1. The pair of rail members 43a is disposed along the depth direction of the car room 1.
Fig. 15 is an enlarged view showing a portion D of fig. 14. Fig. 16 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V of fig. 14. The detachable joint frame 63 includes a joint body 64 and a plurality of coupling portions 65, and also includes a plurality of illumination plate support portions 68 provided on the joint body 64.
The illumination plate support portions 68 are disposed at the same positions as the coupling portions 65 in the longitudinal direction of the joint body 64. The illumination plate support portion 68 faces the frame holding portion 642 with the 2 nd illumination plate 42 and the rail member 43a interposed therebetween. The illumination plate support portion 68 has a fixing hole at one end and an L-shaped other end. One end portion of the illumination board support portion 68 is fixed to the joint body 64 together with the coupling portion 65 by a fastener. The other end of the illumination plate support portion 68 is hooked to the rail member 43 a. This prevents the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 from coming off the 2 nd illumination plate 42. That is, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is integrated with the attachment/detachment joint frame 63. Further, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 slides with respect to the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 by the illumination plate support portion 68 being guided by the rail member 43 a. The other structure is the same as embodiment 1.
Next, a procedure for attaching the 2 nd illumination plate 42 to the joint housing 6 will be described.
When the 2 nd illumination plate 42 integrated with the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 is attached to the joint frame 6, first, one of the two end portions of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 in the depth direction of the car room 1 is placed on the corresponding 1 st fixing joint portion 61 a. Thereafter, the other of the both end portions of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is placed on the corresponding 1 st fixed joint portion 61a, and the respective coupling portions 65 of the detachable joint frame 63 are coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8 b. In this way, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is attached to the joint frame 6.
In such an elevator car ceiling lighting device, the 2 nd lighting panel 42 is integrated with the attachment/detachment joint frame 63. Therefore, the work of attaching and detaching the 2 nd illumination plate 42 to and from the fixed joint frame 61 and the work of attaching and detaching the joint frame 63 to and from the ceiling fixing member 5 can be performed simultaneously. This makes it possible to facilitate the attachment/detachment operation of the illumination panel 4 to/from the joint housing 6.
The 2 nd illumination plate 42 is slidable with respect to the attachment/detachment joint frame 63. Therefore, even after the 2 nd illumination plate 42 is attached to the joint frame 6, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 can be moved with respect to the attachment/detachment joint frame 63, and the position of the 2 nd illumination plate 42 with respect to the joint frame 6 can be adjusted. This makes it possible to facilitate the work of attaching and detaching the 2 nd illumination plate 42 to and from the joint housing 6.
The detachable joint frame 63 further includes an illumination plate support portion 68, and the illumination plate support portion 68 is hooked on the rail member 43a provided on the 2 nd illumination plate 42. The 2 nd illumination plate 42 slides with respect to the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 by being guided by the guide rail member 43a by the illumination plate support portion 68. Therefore, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 can be slid with respect to the attachment/detachment joint frame 63 with a simple configuration.
The illumination plate support portion 68 and the frame holding portion 642 of the joint body 64 may be formed of a material having no unevenness and a smooth surface. For example, the material of each of the illumination plate support portion 68 and the frame holding portion 642 may be metal or synthetic resin. In this case, even if the 2 nd illumination plate 42 and the rail member 43a are held by the joint body 64 and the illumination plate support portion 68 without a gap, the 2 nd illumination plate 42 can slide with respect to the attachment/detachment joint frame 63. Only the surfaces of the frame holding portion 642 of the joint main body 64 and the illumination plate support portion 68 may be formed of a smooth material without unevenness.
Embodiment 3.
Embodiment 3 is different from embodiment 1 in that a connecting member is provided in the cover 7.
Fig. 17 is a cross-sectional view showing a connection member 9 provided on a cover 7 of an elevator car ceiling lighting device according to embodiment 3 of the present invention. The car ceiling lighting device further includes a connection member 9 interposed between the cover 7 and the fixed joint frame 61.
The cover 7 is provided with a plate-like projection 71 projecting from the lower end of the cover 7 toward the inside of the cover 7. The protruding portions 71 are provided on the cover front plate portion 7a, the cover rear plate portion 7b, and the pair of cover side plate portions 7c, respectively. The protruding portions 71 are horizontally arranged along the cover front plate portion 7a, the cover rear plate portion 7b, and the pair of cover side plate portions 7c, respectively. The protruding portion 71 is formed integrally with the cover 7 by bending a plate.
The connection member 9 is attached to the protrusion 71 and is provided at the lower end of the cover 7. The connecting member 9 has a main body 91 and a fixing portion 92 fixed to the main body 91.
The main body 91 has a plate-like 1 st clamping portion 91a, a plate-like joint frame fixing portion 91b, and a connecting portion 91c connecting the 1 st clamping portion 91a and the joint frame fixing portion 91b to each other. The main body 91 is formed by bending a plate. The cross-sectional shape of the main body 91 is formed in an S-shape by the 1 st clamping portion 91a, the joint frame fixing portion 91b, and the connecting portion 91 c. In a state where the connecting member 9 is attached to the protruding portion 71, the 1 st clamping portion 91a and the joint frame fixing portion 91b are horizontally arranged, and the joint frame fixing portion 91b is arranged below the 1 st clamping portion 91 a.
The seam frame fixing portion 91b is provided with a plurality of fixing holes. The fixed joint frame 61 is fixed to the joint frame fixing portion 91b by a fastener. The fastener has a bolt inserted through the fixing hole of the joint frame fixing portion 91b and a nut attached to the bolt.
The fixing portion 92 has: a plate-like overlapping portion 92a that is overlapped and fixed to the connecting portion 91 c; and a plate-shaped 2 nd clamping portion 92b protruding from the overlapping portion 92a and facing the 1 st clamping portion 91 a. The fixing portion 92 is formed by bending a plate. The cross-sectional shape of the fixing portion 92 is formed in an L shape by the overlapping portion 92a and the 2 nd sandwiching portion 92 b.
The connecting member 9 is provided to the cover 7 in a state where the protruding portion 71 is sandwiched between the 1 st sandwiching portion 91a and the 2 nd sandwiching portion 92 b. The 2 nd clamping portion 92b is elastically deformable. The projection 71 is held between the 1 st and 2 nd clips 91a, 92b by the elastic restoring force of the 2 nd clip 92 b. That is, the 1 st clamping portion 91a and the 2 nd clamping portion 92b function as clips that clamp the protruding portion 71.
The connecting member 9 is attached to the protruding portions 71 of the cover front plate portion 7a, the cover rear plate portion 7b, and the pair of cover side plate portions 7 c. The 1 st fixing joint 61a of the fixing joint frame 61 is fixed to the connecting member 9 attached to the projecting portion 71 of each of the cover front plate portion 7a and the cover rear plate portion 7 b. The 2 nd fixing seam portions 61b of the fixing seam frame 61 are fixed to the connecting members 9 attached to the projecting portions 71 of the pair of cover side plate portions 7c, respectively. The shape of each of the 1 st fixed joint portion 61a and the 2 nd fixed joint portion 61b is the same as the shape of the joint main body 64 of the detachable joint frame 63 in embodiment 1. Therefore, the 1 st and 2 nd fixing seam portions 61a and 61b have a pair of frame holding portions 642, respectively. The 1 st fixing joint portion 61a and the 2 nd fixing joint portion 61b hold the illumination plate 4 in a state where the end portion of the illumination plate 4 is placed on the frame holding portion 642. The other structure is the same as embodiment 1.
When the fixing joint frame 61 is attached to the cover 7, the fixing joint frame 61 is fixed to the joint frame fixing portion 91b of the connecting member 9 in advance. Thereafter, the connection member 9 is press-fitted into the protruding portion 71 from the inside of the cover 7, and the protruding portion 71 is inserted between the 1 st clip portion 91a and the 2 nd clip portion 92 b. Thereby, the fixing joint frame 61 is attached to the cover 7 via the connecting member 9.
In such an elevator car ceiling lighting device, the coupling member 9 is provided to the cover 7 in a state where the protruding portion 71 of the cover 7 is sandwiched between the 1 st sandwiching portion 91a and the 2 nd sandwiching portion 92 b. Thus, the connection member 9 can be attached to the cover 7 only by inserting the protrusion 71 between the 1 st clip part 91a and the 2 nd clip part 92b, and the attachment work of the fixed joint frame 61 to the cover 7 can be facilitated.
Further, an extension portion extending from the joint frame fixing portion 91b of the connection member 9 toward the inside of the cover 7 may be formed, and the 1 st groove 621 or the 2 nd groove 622 may be formed by the extension portion and the frame holding portion 642 fixing the joint frame 61. By inserting the lighting panel 4 into the 1 st groove 621 or the 2 nd groove 622 and holding the lighting panel 4 on the fixing joint frame 61, the lighting panel 4 can be held more reliably.
Embodiment 4.
Embodiment 4 differs from embodiment 1 in the structure of the coupling portion 65 to which the joint frame 63 is attached and detached.
Fig. 18 is a sectional view showing a detachable joint frame 63 of an elevator car ceiling lighting device according to embodiment 4 of the present invention. In fig. 18, a joint main body 64 of the joint frame 63 is shown by a broken line. The coupling portion 65 has: a base member 65a fixed to the joint body 64; a pair of coupling members 65b coupled to the joint frame mounting portion 8 b; and a biasing member 65e that biases the pair of coupling members 65 b.
The pair of coupling members 65b includes a pair of gripping portions 65c and a pair of operating portions 65d provided to the pair of gripping portions 65c, respectively. The pair of coupling members 65b are held by the base member 65a in a state where the pair of clamping portions 65c face each other in the width direction of the detachable joint frame 63. The pair of coupling members 65b penetrate the base member 65 a. The pair of holding portions 65c is located on the opposite side of the pair of operating portions 65d with respect to the base member 65 a. The pair of operation portions 65d protrude from the base member 65a toward the joint main body 64.
The pair of clamping portions 65c are formed as a pair of projecting pieces that project from the base member 65a and are formed to face each other. The pair of clamping portions 65c each form a part of a ring shape. The respective front end portions of the pair of gripping portions 65c approach but do not contact. The pair of operation portions 65d protrude from the base member 65a toward the joint main body 64.
One coupling member 65b of the pair of coupling members 65b is fixed to the base member 65 a. The other engaging member 65b is displaceable relative to the base member 65 a. The pair of coupling members 65b are rotatably coupled to each other at the rotation shaft portion.
In the coupling portion 65, when the pair of coupling members 65b are rotated in a direction in which the pair of gripping portions 65c approach each other, the pair of operating portions 65d are displaced in a direction in which they are separated from each other. In the coupling portion 65, when the pair of coupling members 65b are rotated in a direction in which the pair of gripping portions 65c are separated from each other, the pair of operation portions 65d are displaced in a direction in which they approach each other. Thereby, the pair of operation portions 65d can apply an operation force to rotate the pair of gripping portions 65c in a direction to separate from each other.
The urging member 65e is an elastic body such as a plate spring, a coil spring, or rubber. The urging member 65e is provided between the pair of operation portions 65 d. The pair of coupling members 65b are biased in a direction in which the pair of gripping portions 65c approach each other by the biasing force of the biasing member 65 e.
The pair of coupling members 65b are disposed through holes provided in the joint body 64. Therefore, the pair of operation portions 65d can be operated in a state where the joint frame 63 is attached to the joint frame attachment portion 8 b.
Next, a method of attaching the coupling portion 65 to the joint frame attachment portion 8b will be described.
First, the 2 nd lighting plates 42 are placed on the 1 st fixing seam portion 61a at both ends in the depth direction of the car room 1. Then, the pair of holding portions 65c are brought close to the joint frame mounting portion 8b, and the pair of operating portions 65d are operated against the urging force of the urging member 65e, thereby opening the pair of holding portions 65 c. In a state where the pair of clamping portions 65c are opened, the joint frame mounting portion 8b is inserted between the pair of clamping portions 65 c. After that, the application of the operation force to the pair of operation portions 65d is stopped. Thereby, the joint frame mounting portion 8b is sandwiched between the pair of sandwiching portions 65c by the urging force of the urging member 65 e.
Since the pair of clamping portions 65c can be opened by the operating portion 65d, the connecting portion 65 can be easily attached to and detached from the joint frame attachment portion 8 b.
In such an elevator car ceiling lighting device, the pair of coupling members 65b includes a pair of holding portions 65c and a pair of operating portions 65 d. Therefore, the detachable joint frame 63 can be easily attached to and detached from the suspending device 8 by opening and closing the pair of clamping portions 65c by operating the pair of operation portions 65 d.
The coupling section 65 according to embodiment 4 can be applied to the coupling section 65 to which the joint frame 63 is attached and detached according to embodiment 1, and can also be applied to the coupling section 65 to which the joint frame 63 is attached and detached according to embodiment 2.
In the above example, one coupling member 65b of the pair of coupling members 65b is fixed to the base member 65 a. However, the pair of coupling members 65b may be displaceable with respect to the base member 65 a. In this case, the base member 65a is provided with a rotation shaft portion, and the pair of coupling members 65b are provided so as to be rotatable about the rotation shaft portion. Even in this case, the pair of gripping portions 65c can be operated by applying an operating force to the pair of operating portions 65d, and the connecting portion 65 can be easily attached to and detached from the joint frame attachment portion 8 b.
In each of the above embodiments, the following modifications can be made.
A plurality of the 1 st illumination plates 41 may be disposed in the one and the other 1 st regions X1.
The basic method of attaching and detaching the 1 st illumination panel 41 in the 1 st area X1 by sliding is the same regardless of the number of the 1 st illumination panels 41.
First, the 1 st illumination plate 41 is inserted into the 1 st slot 621, and the 1 st illumination plate 41 is slid until being inserted into the 2 nd slot 622. Thereafter, the next 1 st lighting panel 41 is inserted into the 1 st slot 621 and slid until the 1 st lighting panel 41 is touched. This method is repeated a number of times corresponding to the number of the 1 st illumination plates 41, and the 1 st illumination plates 41 are systematically mounted.
In the case where there are a plurality of any 1 st illumination plates 41, the suspending members 8 and the detachable joint frames 63 may be provided between the adjacent 1 st illumination plates 41. Thus, the 4 ends of the plurality of 1 st illumination plates 41 can be held by either the fixing joint frame 61 or the detachable joint frame 63. Therefore, even when there are a plurality of 1 st illumination plates 41, all of the four end portions of the 1 st illumination plate 41 can be held without being bent. The method of attaching and detaching the joint frame 63 at this time is the same as that of the 2 nd illumination plate 42.
In addition, the number of the 2 nd illumination plates 42 arranged in the 2 nd area X2 may be plural.
The 2 nd lighting plate 42 is held at the 1 st fixing seam portion 61a at both end portions in the depth direction of the car room 1, and the 2 nd lighting plate 42 is held at the attachment/detachment seam frame 63 at both end portions in the width direction of the car room 1.
The same applies to the method of attaching and detaching the 2 nd lighting plate 42 by placing the 2 nd lighting plate 42 at both ends in the depth direction of the car room 1 on the 1 st fixing seam portion 61a and then holding the 2 nd lighting plate 42 at both ends in the width direction of the car room 1 by the attaching and detaching seam frame 63, even if there are a plurality of the 2 nd lighting plates 42.
When there are a plurality of the 2 nd lighting panels 42, the suspending members 8 and the attachment/detachment joint frames 63 are provided between the 2 nd lighting panels 42. For example, in the case where there are two 2 nd illumination plates 42, 3 suspending members 8 and 3 attachment/detachment joint frames 63 are provided, respectively.
The joint body 64 may be provided with a grip portion for easily holding the detachable joint frame 63 with fingers so that the detachable joint frame 63 can be easily detached. The grip portion is a work hole having a size that allows fingers to be inserted therein, for example.
In the case of using a tool for detaching the joint frame 63, a working hole into which a tool for detachment is inserted may be provided in the joint body 64. When the tip of the removal tool is bent like an L-shape, the removal joint frame 63 can be easily removed.
In order to improve the appearance, a blind cover can be added on the operation hole.
When the joint body 64 is provided with a work hole for receiving a finger and a blind lid for the work hole, the detachable joint frame 63 can be detached without using a tool.
Further, although the embodiment in which the 1 st groove 621 is formed in the cover front plate portion 7a and the cover rear plate portion 7b and the 2 nd groove 622 is formed in each cover side plate portion 7c has been described, the 1 st groove 621 and the 2 nd groove 622 may be formed only in two positions.
In the portion where the 1 st groove 621 or the 2 nd groove 622 is not formed, the 1 st illumination plate 41 may also jump upward from the 1 st fixing-seam portion 61a for some reason. At this time, in order to prevent the 1 st illumination plate 41 from falling off from the 1 st slot 621 or the 2 nd slot 622, a movement restriction member may be provided on the cover 7 as shown in fig. 8. The movement prevention member is formed of metal or synthetic resin.
The movement restricting member is provided inside the cover 7 at a position higher than the position where the 1 st fixing joint portion 61a is attached and higher than the position where the 1 st groove 621 is attached. Therefore, even if the movement restricting member is provided, the mounting of the 1 st illumination plate 41 is not hindered.
When the 1 st illumination plate 41 moves upward, the 1 st illumination plate 41 hits the movement restriction member. Therefore, the 1 st illumination plate 41 is restricted from further movement, preventing it from falling.
In the present invention, the embodiments may be freely combined or may be appropriately modified or omitted within the scope of the invention.
