The sound generating device is also called a loudspeaker or a loudspeaker, and is applied to a sound box to convert an audio signal into sound for playing.

Therefore, there is a need to provide a new sound generation device to solve the above technical problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a sound production device which comprises a sound production unit, wherein the sound production unit comprises a vibrating diaphragm used for vibrating and producing sound, the sound production device also comprises a metal front cover and a sealing layer, the metal front cover is arranged on one side, far away from the sound production unit, of the vibrating diaphragm, the sealing layer is attached to one side, far away from the vibrating diaphragm, of the metal front cover, the metal front cover and the vibrating diaphragm are separated to form a sound production front cavity, the metal front cover is provided with a sound production hole penetrating through the metal front cover and opposite to the vibrating diaphragm, the sound production front cavity is communicated with the outside through the sound production hole, and the orthographic projection of the sealing layer on the metal front cover along the vibration direction of the vibrating diaphragm is completely located in the range of the metal front cover.

The extending wall 24 and the second fixing portion 114 are arranged at intervals, the extending wall 24 and the basin stand 12 jointly enclose an accommodating space 28, and the accommodating space 28 is filled with glue to realize sealing. The sound outlet 21 penetrates through the front cover 22, one end of the surrounding wall 23, which is far away from the front cover 22, abuts against the periphery of the diaphragm 11, and the first fixing portion 113 is interposed between the surrounding wall 23 and the basin frame 12. When gluing, the step 27 can prevent glue from overflowing, and ensure that the appearance of the sounding device 100 is not affected, i.e. the step 27 is more beneficial to gluing under the condition of ensuring the sealing performance and the appearance of the sounding device 100.
The sealing layer 4 is attached to one side, far away from the vibrating diaphragm 11, of the metal front cover 2, specifically, the sealing layer 4 is attached to one side, far away from the surrounding wall 23, of the front cover plate 22, and the orthographic projection of the sealing layer 4 on the metal front cover 2 along the vibrating direction of the vibrating diaphragm 11 is completely located within the range of the metal front cover 2. The sounder device 100 is assembled into the mobile terminal 200 through the sealing layer 4, and the sealing layer 4 can increase the water resistance and the sealing performance of the sounder device 100 and simultaneously play a role in buffering to protect the sounder device 100 from being damaged in the transportation process and the use process. Note that, the mobile terminal 200 only shows a part assembled with the sound production device 100.
The invention also provides an embodiment which is substantially the same as the structure, and the difference is that the sound production device further comprises a breathable isolating piece 3a which is covered and fixed on the metal front cover 2a, and meanwhile, the metal front cover 2a has no step structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the metal front cover 2a and the air-permeable partition 3a together define an accommodating cavity 30a, and the sound-generating unit is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 30 a.
Specifically, the metal front cover 2a includes a front cover 22a disposed at an interval with the diaphragm 11a, a surrounding wall 23a extending from the periphery of the front cover 22a to the direction of the diaphragm 11a in a bending manner, an extending wall 24a extending from the periphery of the surrounding wall 23a along the second fixing portion, and a first fixing edge 25a extending from one end of the extending wall 24a far away from the surrounding wall 23a to the direction far away from the sounding single body in a bending manner.
The air-permeable partition 3a includes a bottom plate 31a spaced from the front cover plate 22a, a side wall 32a bent and extended from the periphery of the bottom plate 31a toward the extending wall 24a, and a second fixing edge 33a bent and extended from one end of the side wall 32a away from the bottom plate 31a toward the direction away from the sound-generating unit, wherein the first fixing edge 25a and the second fixing edge 33a are glued and fixed, that is, the metal front cover 2a and the air-permeable partition 3a are glued and fixed by the first fixing edge 25a and the second fixing edge 33 a. That is, the present embodiment is different from the previous embodiment in that the air-permeable partition 3a is added to improve the dust-proof capability without occupying additional space, and preferably, the air-permeable partition 3a is made of a metal material and has a thinner size.
