The method of claim 1, wherein the first level form area comprises one or more second level form areas, and layout information of the second level form areas in the first level form area is defined by a first level form area value; the second level form area comprises one or more third level form areas, and layout information of the third level form areas in the second level form area is defined by second level form area values; the third-level form area comprises a data input area and/or a data type identification area, and layout information of the data input area and/or the data type identification area is defined by a third-level form area value; the data type is determined by the interaction modality of the corresponding component.

The method for implementing the project distribution and management system for clinical research according to claim 2, wherein when JSON data corresponding to the form formed by the design is transmitted to the server for storage, the first-level form area value, the second-level form area value and the third-level form area value are respectively stored in the first-level storage block, the second-level storage block and the third-level storage block.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the interaction modality of the components comprises any one or more of the following: multiple lines of text, single lines of text, numerical values, radio boxes, drop-down boxes, check boxes, dates, times, file uploads, split lines, signatures, descriptive text, rich text, buttons, and multiple records.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring the filling of the project declaration form comprises: sponsor name, plan number, project name, treatment area, project staging, target group number, medication name, and project description.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring the filling item of the project task data collection form comprises: the item information data item, the pre-item training data item, the item initiation data item, the subject visit data item, the SAE report data item, the item execution information data item, the item inspection information data item, and the item summary data item.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein configuring the entry of the entry task selection and distribution form comprises: a first level sub-item name, a second level sub-item checkbox, and a CRC checkbox.
8. An implementation apparatus for an item distribution and management system in clinical research, comprising:
a memory for storing instructions executable by the processor; and a processor for executing the instructions to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
9. A computer readable medium storing computer program code which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1-7.
