respectively acquiring energy consumption use condition data of each energy consumption monitoring area, and monitoring the energy consumption use condition data to obtain corresponding monitoring results;
monitoring and analyzing the monitoring result and the corresponding energy consumption reference value to obtain a corresponding analysis result, wherein the analysis result comprises that the energy consumption exceeds the standard and the energy consumption is normal;
and if the analysis result indicates that the energy consumption exceeds the standard, triggering a corresponding alarm message.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the system is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. The method for acquiring, monitoring, analyzing and alarming the energy consumption of the independent rooms of the office building is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring an office layout and a corresponding office function distribution area, and splitting the office layout into corresponding energy consumption monitoring areas according to the office function distribution area;
respectively acquiring energy consumption use condition data of each energy consumption monitoring area, and monitoring the energy consumption use condition data to obtain a corresponding monitoring result;
monitoring and analyzing the monitoring result and a corresponding energy consumption reference value to obtain a corresponding analysis result, wherein the analysis result comprises that the energy consumption exceeds the standard and the energy consumption is normal;
and if the analysis result shows that the energy consumption exceeds the standard, triggering a corresponding alarm message.
2. The method for acquiring, monitoring, analyzing and alarming energy consumption of independent rooms of an office building as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the energy consumption use condition data of each energy consumption monitoring area respectively comprises the following steps:
respectively acquiring personnel information of each energy consumption monitoring area, and acquiring corresponding energy consumption equipment information according to the personnel information;
and respectively acquiring personal energy consumption data corresponding to each piece of energy consumption equipment information, and forming the personal energy consumption data into the energy consumption service condition data.
3. The method for acquiring, monitoring, analyzing and alarming energy consumption of independent rooms of an office building according to claim 2, wherein the monitoring and analyzing the monitoring result and the corresponding energy consumption reference value specifically comprises:
calculating an average energy consumption value of the energy consumption detection area according to the personnel information and the corresponding energy consumption equipment information of each energy consumption monitoring area;
and setting a corresponding energy consumption weight according to the energy consumption equipment information, and calculating a corresponding energy consumption reference value according to the energy consumption weight and the average energy consumption value.

The method for acquiring, monitoring, analyzing and alarming energy consumption of independent rooms of an office building according to claim 3, wherein the calculating of the average energy consumption value of the energy consumption detection area according to the personnel information and the corresponding energy consumption equipment information of each energy consumption monitoring area specifically comprises:
acquiring the use weight of an energy consumption product corresponding to each personnel information according to the energy consumption equipment information, and calculating the personal energy consumption average value corresponding to each personnel information according to the use weight of the energy consumption product and the energy consumption equipment information;
and calculating the average energy consumption value according to the personal energy consumption average value of each personnel information in each energy consumption monitoring area.
5. The method for acquiring, monitoring, analyzing and alarming energy consumption of independent rooms of an office building as recited in claim 1, wherein the triggering of the corresponding alarm message specifically comprises:
acquiring corresponding responsible person identification from each energy consumption monitoring area;
and sending the alarm message to a corresponding energy consumption monitoring end according to the responsible person identifier.
6. The system for acquiring, monitoring, analyzing and alarming the energy consumption of the independent room of the office building is characterized by comprising the following components:
the system comprises a region dividing module (10) and a power consumption monitoring module, wherein the region dividing module is used for acquiring an office layout and a corresponding office function distribution region, and dividing the office layout into corresponding power consumption monitoring regions according to the office function distribution region;
the energy consumption monitoring module (20) is used for respectively acquiring the energy consumption service condition data of each energy consumption monitoring area and monitoring the energy consumption service condition data to obtain a corresponding monitoring result;
the energy consumption analysis module (30) is used for monitoring and analyzing the monitoring result and the corresponding energy consumption reference value to obtain a corresponding analysis result, and the analysis result comprises that the energy consumption exceeds the standard and the energy consumption is normal;
and the energy consumption alarm module (40) is used for triggering a corresponding alarm message if the analysis result shows that the energy consumption exceeds the standard.
7. The office building independent room energy consumption collection, monitoring, analysis and alarm system of claim 6, wherein the energy consumption monitoring module comprises:
the personnel and equipment acquisition submodule is used for respectively acquiring personnel information of each energy consumption monitoring area and acquiring corresponding energy consumption equipment information according to the personnel information;
and the personnel energy consumption acquisition submodule is used for respectively acquiring personal energy consumption data corresponding to each piece of energy consumption equipment information and forming the personal energy consumption data into the energy consumption service condition data.
8. The office building independent room energy consumption collection, monitoring, analysis and alarm system of claim 7, wherein the energy consumption analysis module comprises:
the average value calculation submodule is used for calculating an average energy consumption value of the energy consumption detection areas according to the personnel information of each energy consumption monitoring area and the corresponding energy consumption equipment information;
and the reference value calculation submodule is used for setting a corresponding energy consumption weight according to the energy consumption equipment information and calculating the corresponding energy consumption reference value according to the energy consumption weight and the average energy consumption value.
9. Computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in said memory and executable on said processor, characterized in that said processor when executing said computer program performs the steps of the office building independent room energy consumption collection, monitoring, analysis and alarm method according to any of the claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method for energy consumption collection, monitoring, analysis and alarm for individual rooms of an office building as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
