Abstract

本发明涉及公开带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,该溢流阀广泛用于工程机械的多路阀中,对液压系统起保护作用。它主要包括挡圈、阻尼阀芯、主阀芯、阀套、回位弹簧、回位弹簧、阀座、锥阀芯、阀体、调压弹簧、调压丝杆、锁紧螺母。在主阀芯与阀座之间安装回位弹簧,并且在阻尼阀芯与主阀芯之间安装回位弹簧,使得阻尼阀芯与锥阀芯始终贴合在一起。阻尼阀芯随着锥阀芯的开启与关闭同步移动,二者不会受油压影响产生撞击,溢流阀从开启到全开溢流平稳,因而不会有噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及溢流阀技术领域,尤其是带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀。
背景技术
现国内常见的带阻尼阀芯的先导溢流阀,主要有挡圈、阻尼阀芯、主阀芯、阀套、回位弹簧、阀座、锥阀芯、阀体、调压弹簧、调压丝杆、锁紧螺母等组成。与没有阻尼阀芯即只有阻尼孔的先导溢流阀相比,该阀的启闭率更高,抗污染能力也好些,因此在工程机械的液压系统中有广泛的应用。但其在实际工作中也有些许的不足,该阀从开启到全开的短暂时间内由于受弹簧力与液压力的综合作用,阻尼阀芯与锥阀芯会交替出现贴合与分开即撞击现象,因此产生轻微而短暂的噪音,同时伴有一定的压力波动。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服以上现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种启闭率高,溢流平稳,噪音小的先导式溢流阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,包括同轴设置在阀体内的阻尼阀芯、主阀芯、阀套,阀套上开设阀套孔,阻尼阀芯的末端与主阀芯之间安装有第一回位弹簧,阀套的末端安装阀座,阀座内穿设锥阀芯,锥阀芯的锥头伸入阻尼阀芯的末端,阀座与主阀芯之间安装有第二回位弹簧,阀座与主阀芯之间的空腔形成压力腔(P1),所述的锥阀芯的尾端安装调压丝杆,所述的调压丝杆与锥阀芯之间安装有调压弹簧,调压丝杆通过锁紧螺母固定于阀体的末端面。
进一步,所述的阻尼阀芯与主阀芯间隙配合。
进一步,所述的间隙控制在0.05~0.15mm。
进一步,所述的阀座、阀体的外壁凹槽内安装有O型圈。
进一步,所述的阀套的外壁凹槽内安装有O型圈和挡圈。
进一步,所述的阻尼阀芯设为实心式。
进一步,所述的阻尼阀芯的末端设置凸台,用于安装第一回位弹簧。
本发明的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其有益效果是:该结构的溢流阀在主阀芯与阀座之间安装第二回位弹簧,同时在阻尼阀芯与主阀芯之间安装第一回位弹簧,这样在第一回位弹簧和第二回位弹簧的共同作用下阻尼阀芯与锥阀芯始终“粘”在一起,当锥阀芯开启和关闭时,阻尼阀芯会与之同步移动,这样既保证了先导溢流阀的基本功能,同时解决了锥阀芯开启到全开的短暂时间内,在回位弹簧与液压力的共同作用下阻尼阀芯与锥阀芯两者相互贴合与脱开交替出现,产生轻微撞击而带来的噪音问题。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示的新型带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,包括同轴设置在阀体9内的阻尼阀芯2、主阀芯3、阀套4,阀套4上开设阀套孔T,阻尼阀芯2的末端与主阀芯3之间安装有第一回位弹簧5,阀套4的末端安装阀座7,阀座7内穿设锥阀芯8,锥阀芯8的锥头伸入阻尼阀芯2的末端,阀座7与主阀芯3之间安装有第二回位弹簧6,阀座7与主阀芯3之间的空腔形成压力腔P1,锥阀芯8的尾端安装调压丝杆11,调压丝杆11与锥阀芯8之间安装有调压弹簧10,调压丝杆11通过锁紧螺母12固定于阀体9的末端面。
阻尼阀芯2与主阀芯3间隙配合,可通过调节阻尼阀芯2与主阀芯3的配合间隙以获得所需的启闭率,一般而言,间隙越小启闭率越高。在实际应用中,根据需要该间隙一般控制在0.05~0.15mm。
阀座7、阀体9的外壁凹槽内安装有O型圈13。
阀套4的外壁凹槽内安装有O型圈13和挡圈1。
阻尼阀芯2设为实心式,阻尼阀芯2的末端设置凸台,用于安装第一回位弹簧5。
功能实现描述如下:将主阀芯3、阻尼阀芯2、回位弹簧5、回位弹簧6与阀座7依次装入阀套4中,在回位弹簧5的作用下,阻尼阀芯2与组装后的锥阀芯8始终“粘”连在一起,主阀芯3与阀套4在回位弹簧5和回位弹簧6的共同作用下始终闭合在一起,阻尼阀芯2由现有技术中的空心式改为实心式。当P口加压时,液压油沿着阻尼阀芯2与主阀芯3的环形间隙进入到P1腔,锥阀芯8打开前,P1腔的压力与P口压力相同,主阀芯3与阀套4处于闭合状态,随着P口压力的升高达到一定值,油压克服弹簧力使锥阀芯8与阻尼阀芯2一起向左移动打开,P1腔压力下降,主阀芯3在压差作用下向左移动打开,P口与T口连通,高压油泄掉,对液压系统起到保护作用。

Claims (7)

1.带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:包括同轴设置在阀体(9)内的阻尼阀芯(2)、主阀芯(3)、阀套(4),阀套(4)上开设阀套孔,阻尼阀芯(2)的末端与主阀芯(3)之间安装有第一回位弹簧(5),阀套(4)的末端安装阀座(7),阀座(7)内穿设锥阀芯(8),锥阀芯(8)的锥头伸入阻尼阀芯(2)的末端,阀座(7)与主阀芯(3)之间安装有第二回位弹簧(6),阀座(7)与主阀芯(3)之间的空腔形成压力腔(P1),所述的锥阀芯(8)的尾端安装调压丝杆(11),所述的调压丝杆(11)与锥阀芯(8)之间安装有调压弹簧(10),调压丝杆(11)通过锁紧螺母(12)固定于阀体(9)的末端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:所述的阻尼阀芯(2)与主阀芯(3)间隙配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:所述的间隙控制在0.05~0.15mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:所述的阀座(7)、阀体(9)的外壁凹槽内安装有O型圈(13)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:所述的阀套(4)的外壁凹槽内安装有O型圈(13)和挡圈(1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:所述的阻尼阀芯(2)设为实心式。
7.根据权利要求6所述的带阻尼阀芯的先导式溢流阀,其特征是:所述的阻尼阀芯(2)的末端设置凸台,用于安装第一回位弹簧(5)。
