Examples
The boom mounting device in this embodiment includes: a socket wrench assembly 1, a support rod assembly 2 and a fixing member 3.
The socket wrench assembly 1 includes: a socket wrench 11 and a wrench securing member 12. In this embodiment, the wrench fixing member 12 is an angle bracket. The circumference of the socket wrench 11 is welded and fixed on two vertical edges of the corner brace, so that the socket wrench 11 and the wrench fixing piece 12 are fixed. Of course, the wrench fixing member 12 may be a single plate or C-shaped, and may fix the socket wrench 11. As shown in fig. 2, the socket wrench 11 has a longitudinal opening groove 11a, and the suspension rod 100 can be placed inside the socket wrench 11.
The boom mounting apparatus may be adapted for mounting booms 100 of different heights so that the length of the support assembly 2 is adjustable. The lower sleeve 23 has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the middle sleeve 22, and the lower end of the middle sleeve 22 is inserted into the lower sleeve 23. The upper vertical sections 23a of the upper sleeve 21, the middle sleeve 22 and the lower sleeve 23 are provided with two adjusting holes penetrating through the circumference. After the three sleeves are inserted, the adjusting holes of two adjacent sleeves can be overlapped; the adjustment fasteners 24 are fixed to the overlapped adjustment holes to adjust the length of the support assembly 2.
It should be noted that the number and shape of the sleeves can be set as desired. The same function can be achieved by placing the upper and middle sleeves below, as in the construction of the upper sleeve. Or the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve are inserted into the middle sleeve. Or the lower sleeve 23 is of a segmented structure and is assembled by several separate sleeves. If the number of the sleeves is 2, one sleeve is in a positive L shape, the other sleeve is in an inverted L shape, and cross bars of the sleeves and the cross bars are mutually inserted, the basic function (the height cannot be adjusted) can be realized; if necessary, an adjustable straight sleeve can be added above and/or below. The structure at the position of the horizontal section 23b may be replaced by a circular arc transition, and the horizontal structure is not necessarily required.
In this embodiment, a socket fixing plate 21a is welded to the upper end of the upper socket 21, and a wrench fixing plate 12a is further provided in the socket wrench assembly 1.
