1) Placing the out-of-window device 20 in a folded state horizontally over the lower window edge of window 71 of the outer body structure 70 (see fig. 6);
2) By means of the first rotation shaft 231 and the second rotation shaft 232, the rotation connection rod 224 (fig. 7) is lifted and the window outer opening fixing device 21 is rotated, so that the window outer opening fixing device 21 is tightly attached to the outer side of the window 71 (fig. 8 and 9), wherein: if the detachable cross bar 212 'is designed above the rope threading part 213 of the vertical rod 211 of the window outer opening fixing device 21, the detachable cross bar 212' is installed after the window outer opening fixing device 21 is lifted by rotation;
3) The window fixing device 10 is tightly attached to the inner side of the window 71, and the window fixing device 10 and the window fixing device 21 are tied by the split bolts 30, so that the window fixing device 10 and the window fixing device 21 are clamped on the window 71 in a frame-holding manner (as shown in fig. 10 and 11), wherein: the upper adjustable inclined support 12 and the lower adjustable inclined support 13 on the window inner opening fixing device 10 are adjusted, so that the upper adjustable inclined support 12 is obliquely upwards propped against the bottom surface of the upper floor slab 90 in the outer main body structure 70, and the lower adjustable inclined support 13 is obliquely downwards propped against the top surface of the overhanging horizontal section component 221 extending into the window 71, and therefore the lower adjustable inclined support 13 plays a role in horizontally limiting the overhanging horizontal section component 221;
4) The overhanging outer pole 223 and the overhanging oblique section assembly 222 folded together are turned to a set obtuse angle shape (fig. 12) toward the outside, and then the overhanging outer pole 223 is turned to a set obtuse angle shape (fig. 13) toward the outside, so that the overhanging folding outer pole 22 overhanging the window 71 is in an unfolded state, wherein: the safety steel wire rope 225 which is tied between the hanging ring 227 of the overhanging outer rod 223 and the hanging ring 226 of the overhanging horizontal section component 221 is in a tensioning state;
5) The folding horizontal safety net support system is installed to penetrate the net-picking wire rope 40 in the rope penetration part 213 on the window outer opening fixing device 21 and the net-picking wire rope 40 in the rope penetration hole 2230 of the cantilever outer rod 223, thereby installing a horizontal safety net (not shown in the drawing) between the two net-picking wire ropes 40 formed by pulling.
Thus, before construction, the horizontal safety net support system of the present invention is installed on each window 71 at the same height on the outer body structure 70, and the horizontal safety net is continuously installed between the two net picking steel wires 40 pulled on the horizontal safety net support system, thereby preparing for construction.
The invention also provides a disassembly method of the folding horizontal safety net support system after construction is finished, as shown in fig. 14, comprising the following steps:
1) After the horizontal safety net and the net picking steel wire rope 40 are detached, the cantilever outer rod 223 is rotated, so that the cantilever outer rod 223 is folded on the cantilever inclined section assembly 222 and is positioned on the same plane with the cantilever inclined section assembly 222;
2) The overhanging outer rod 223 and the overhanging inclined section component 222 which are folded together are rotated, so that the overhanging outer rod 223 and the overhanging inclined section component 222 are folded on the overhanging horizontal section component 221 and are positioned on the same plane with the overhanging horizontal section component 221;
3) Loosening the split bolt 30, and detaching the window internal fixing device 10, wherein the upper adjustable diagonal brace 12 and the lower adjustable diagonal brace 13 on the window internal fixing device 10 are adjusted to loosen the upper and lower tightening parts;
4) Rotating the rotating connecting rod 224, the window outer opening fixing device 21 and the rotating connecting rod 224 are folded on the overhanging horizontal section assembly 221 and are positioned on the same plane with the overhanging horizontal section assembly 221, namely, the window outer opening fixing device 20 is finally folded into a plane shape, wherein: if the detachable cross bar 212 'is designed above the rope threading part 213 of the vertical rod 211 of the window outer opening fixing device 21, the detachable cross bar 212' is detached first and then the window outer opening fixing device 21 is folded;
5) The folding horizontal safety net support system is disassembled.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention is convenient to install and disassemble, can be completed by common workers, does not need professional shelves, does not need professional training, and is easy to implement.
2. The invention has high overall stability after installation, does not need to consider the risk of losing and damaging spare parts in the process of installation and disassembly, and has high turnover use efficiency.
3. The invention has the advantages of easy obtainment and manufacture of all parts, small number of parts, few connecting nodes, easy inspection, safety and reliability, and is processed by adopting conventional materials on a construction site.
4. The installation and the disassembly processes of the invention can be completed at the indoor window part, the risk of high-altitude operation is avoided, and the invention is not influenced by external conditions.
5. The invention has the advantages of rapid installation and disassembly processes, high efficiency, and no falling risk of parts, and all the processes are carried out indoors.
6. The invention is designed with the safety steel wire rope, which provides safety guarantee for the unfolding of the folding cantilever device, and in addition, the invention is designed with the protection limiting plate, which provides a temporary construction platform for the net hanging operation, and reduces the potential safety hazard.
7. The folding type cantilever support frame can meet the requirements of window openings and wall thickness with different sizes, is small in storage space after folding, is convenient to transport in a turnover mode, and overcomes various defects existing in the existing cantilever support frame.

A folding horizontal safety net support system, characterized in that: it includes window inside and outside mouth fixing device and window device, and the device outside the window includes window outside mouth fixing device and folding device of choosing outward, wherein: the window inner opening fixing device and the window outer opening fixing device which are respectively clung to the inner side and the outer side of the window of the outer main body structure are connected through split bolts so as to be clamped at the window position; a rope threading component for threading the net picking steel wire rope is arranged on one side of the window outer opening fixing device facing the outside; the folding cantilever device comprises a cantilever horizontal section assembly, a cantilever inclined section assembly, a cantilever outer rod and a rotating connecting rod, one end of the rotating connecting rod is connected with the middle part of the window outer opening fixing device through a first rotating shaft, the other end of the rotating connecting rod is connected with the middle part of the cantilever horizontal section assembly through a second rotating shaft, the cantilever end of the cantilever horizontal section assembly is connected with one end of the cantilever inclined section assembly through a first limiting rotating shaft, the other end of the cantilever inclined section assembly is connected with one end of the cantilever outer rod through a second limiting rotating shaft, and the other end of the cantilever outer rod is suspended and provided with a rope penetrating hole for penetrating a steel wire rope of a cantilever net; the upper part and the lower part of the window inner opening fixing device are respectively provided with an upper adjustable inclined support for propping against the bottom surface of the upper floor slab and a lower adjustable inclined support for propping against the overhanging horizontal section component extending into the window; when the folding cantilever device which extends out of the window is in an unfolding state, the folding cantilever device is unfolded from the window to the outside to be in a gradually upturned shape under the limiting actions of self gravity, a downward adjustable inclined support, a first limiting rotating shaft and a second limiting rotating shaft; when the folding is retracted, the window outer device separated from the window inner opening fixing device through the split bolt can be rotated and folded to form a plane shape.
2. The folding horizontal security mesh support system of claim 1, wherein:

the window outer opening fixing device comprises a ladder-shaped window outer opening H-shaped keel frame formed by welding vertical rods and cross rods, wherein the window outer opening H-shaped keel frame is used for being tightly attached to the outer side of a window and is clamped on the window through the split bolt and the window inner opening H-shaped keel frame, and the split bolt is used for being fixedly clamped on the window together with the window inner opening H-shaped keel frame: the vertical rod is provided with a drawknot hole for penetrating and installing the split bolt, the rope penetrating component is installed towards one side of the outdoor side of the middle part of the vertical rod, and the cross rod above the rope penetrating component which is positioned at the vertical rod is a detachable cross rod when the window is vertically clung to the outer side of the window through the H-shaped keel frame.
3. The folding horizontal security mesh support system of claim 1, wherein:
the suspension end of the cantilever outer rod is provided with a suspension ring, and a safety steel wire rope is tied between the suspension ring of the cantilever outer rod and the suspension ring arranged on the middle part of the cantilever horizontal section assembly.
4. The folding horizontal security mesh support system of claim 1, wherein:
the cantilever horizontal section assembly comprises a plurality of rod pieces which are arranged in parallel, a protection limiting plate is welded below the part, which is positioned outside the window, of all the rod pieces in a cantilever mode, the rotary connecting rod is rotationally connected with the rod pieces through the second rotating shaft, and the rotary connecting rod is rotationally connected with a vertical rod of the window outer opening fixing device through the first rotating shaft;
the cantilever inclined section assembly comprises a plurality of rods which are arranged in parallel, a protection limiting plate is welded below all the rods together, the rods of the cantilever inclined section assembly are rotationally connected with the rods of the cantilever horizontal section assembly through a first limiting rotating shaft, and the rods of the cantilever inclined section assembly are rotationally connected with the cantilever outer rod through a second limiting rotating shaft.
5. The folding horizontal security mesh support system of claim 4, wherein:
when the folding cantilever device overhanging the window is in an unfolding state: the overhanging horizontal section component horizontally extends to the outside from the inside of the room under the limiting action of the connection of the rotating connecting rod and the lower adjustable inclined support; the cantilever inclined section component which is inclined upwards forms an obtuse angle with the cantilever horizontal section component under the limiting action of the first limiting rotating shaft; the cantilever outer rod which is inclined upwards forms an obtuse angle with the cantilever inclined section component under the limiting action of the second limiting rotating shaft;

6. A method of installing a folding horizontal security mesh support system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
1) Horizontally arranging the device outside the window in a folding state on a window of an outer main body structure;
2) Lifting the rotary connecting rod and rotating the window outer opening fixing device by the aid of the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft, so that the window outer opening fixing device is clung to the outer side of a window;
3) Making the window inner opening fixing device cling to the inner side of the window, and tying the window inner opening fixing device and the window outer opening fixing device through the split bolt so as to clamp the window inner opening fixing device and the window outer opening fixing device on the window, wherein: the upper adjustable inclined support and the lower adjustable inclined support are adjusted, so that the upper adjustable inclined support is obliquely upwards propped against the bottom surface of an upper floor slab in the outer main body structure, and the lower adjustable inclined support is obliquely downwards propped against the top surface of the overhanging horizontal section component extending into the window;
