PLA does not resist high temperature, paper is brittle and does not resist high temperature, and a prepared product is easy to tear, so that the layer is formed and the leakage is caused; but is resistant to paper temperature refrigeration, oil separation and seepage control. The plastic-free coating material has the main problems of insufficient stiffness, soft molded product, no oil separation and poor leakage; but has high temperature resistance and strong flexibility. Therefore, there is a need for an environment-friendly paper that can provide better performance of paper properties and both of them.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation method of combined environment-friendly paper, which has the advantages of tighter closing, oil separation, leakage prevention, edge leakage prevention, low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance and double-layer protection, and solves the problems that paper made of PLA material is not high temperature resistant and is crisp, paper made of plastic-free coating material is not high enough in stiffness and a formed product is soft in the prior art.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the combined type environment-friendly paper comprises a raw paper base paper layer, a coating and a spraying film layer, wherein the coating is coated on the upper surface of the raw paper base paper layer, and the spraying film layer is coated on the lower surface of the raw paper base paper layer.

step three, base paper pretreatment: the raw paper base paper layer is pretreated, the raw paper base paper layer to be processed is conveyed at a constant speed through a conveying mechanism, the moisture content of the raw paper base paper layer is 7-11% in the conveying process, and the temperature is kept constant at 35-80 ℃;
fourthly, corona: carrying out corona treatment on the lower surface of the base paper layer by a corona machine at a constant speed while maintaining the stability of the prefabrication parameters of the third step, so that a groove is generated by the corona treatment on the lower surface of the base paper layer, and then conveying the base paper layer to the next procedure;
fifthly, laminating: enabling the base paper layer after the fourth step to pass through film spraying equipment at a constant speed, and enabling the film spraying equipment to uniformly spray film and film spraying raw materials on the lower surface of the base paper layer to obtain finished paper, wherein the film spraying temperature is 300-320 ℃; the film spraying speed is 40-190 m/min; the laminating amount is 20-65 g/m 2;
