Abstract

In the using process, the first component and the second component are uniformly mixed to obtain the waterborne wood coating.

and dispersing the defoaming agent, the leveling agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent and the second mixture at the rotating speed of 1000rpm for 5 minutes to obtain a first component.
In the using process, the first component and the second component are uniformly mixed to obtain the waterborne wood coating.
Performance testing
The performance of the aqueous wood coatings prepared in the example 1 and the comparative examples 1-2 is measured, the temperature is adjusted to 30S (25 ℃ T-2 cup) at the end of the year, the aqueous wood coatings are sprayed on the surface of a wood product substrate, the formed paint films are respectively tested, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
As shown in the results in table 1, the surface drying time of the aqueous wood coating provided in example 1 of the present invention on the wood product substrate is 20 minutes, the actual drying time is 1 hour and 30 minutes, no rib swelling phenomenon occurs, and the hole penetration performance is excellent; the surface drying time of the aqueous wood coating provided by the comparative example 1 on the wood product substrate is 35 minutes, the actual drying time is 2 hours and 30 minutes, the phenomenon of slight rib expansion exists, the hole-entering performance is generally good, the surface drying time of the aqueous wood coating provided by the comparative example 2 on the wood product substrate is 25 minutes, the actual drying time is 1 hour and 45 minutes, the phenomenon of rib expansion exists, and the hole-entering performance is generally good. Therefore, the water-based wood coating provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention has the characteristics of high drying speed, good hole-entering performance and opening effect, excellent rib expansion prevention performance and good adhesive force.

2. The aqueous woodenware coating according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the first component to the second component is 100: (5-15).
3. The aqueous wood coating of claim 1, wherein the ethanol is selected from the group consisting of absolute ethanol.
4. The aqueous wood coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the abrasive powder is selected from zinc stearate.
5. The aqueous woodenware coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the anti-settling agent is selected from polyamide wax.
6. The aqueous wood coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the drier is selected from naphthenates of cobalt manganese oxides.
7. The aqueous woodenware coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the defoaming agent is selected from polysiloxane.
8. The waterborne wood coating according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the waterborne curing agent is selected from silane oligomers.
9. The preparation method of the water-based wood coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the preparation method of the first component comprises the following steps:
carrying out first mixing treatment on water-based cationic acrylic resin, ethanol and water to obtain a first mixture;
carrying out second mixing treatment on the milled powder, the anti-settling agent, the drier and the first mixture to obtain a second mixture;
and carrying out third mixing treatment on the defoaming agent, the flatting agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent and the second mixture to obtain the first component.
10. The method for preparing the waterborne wood coating according to claim 9, wherein in the step of performing the first mixing treatment on the waterborne cationic acrylic resin, the ethanol and the water, the waterborne cationic acrylic resin, the ethanol and the water are subjected to the dispersion treatment for 3-5 minutes at a rotation speed of 600-800 rpm; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
in the step of carrying out second mixing treatment on the milling powder, the anti-settling agent, the drier and the first mixture, carrying out dispersion treatment on the milling powder, the anti-settling agent, the drier and the first mixture at the rotation speed of 1000-1200rpm for 10-30 minutes;
and in the step of carrying out third mixed material treatment on the defoaming agent, the flatting agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent, the silane oligomer and the second mixture, carrying out dispersion treatment on the defoaming agent, the flatting agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the thickening agent and the second mixture at the rotation speed of 800-1000rpm for 5-15 minutes.
