本发明公开了一种食品包装膜,包括收卷轴和包装膜,所述收卷轴的外侧均匀缠绕有包装膜,所述包装膜包括韧性边、膜片和预撕条缝,所述膜片包括保护表层、抗菌层、防水层、隔热层和加强层。本发明通过安装有收卷轴、包装膜和预撕条缝,便于包装膜的收卷运输,便于包装膜的拆分使用,能有效增加包装膜使用时的便捷性,提高包装膜的适用性,通过安装有膜片和韧性边,便于通过韧性边增加膜片边角位置处的结构强度,避免膜片在使用过程中边角起翘分层,便于使得韧性边随着膜片的使用情况进行拉伸,便于通过膜片和韧性边充分包覆食品和包装盒,从而包覆不同形状的食品和包装盒,便于有效对食品进行包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装技术领域,具体为一种食品包装膜。
背景技术
包装膜主要通过树脂混合挤出而成,具有抗穿刺,超强度高性能,主要用于对堆放在托板上的货物进行缠绕包装,使包装物更加稳固整洁,有效防水,在食品邻域是不可缺少的一种包装物品,而现有的食品包装膜在使用过程中,存在以下几点缺陷:
1、现有的食品包装膜大多为一体式结构,无法根据包装需求逐个拿取使用,需要人工拉扯或剪裁使用,使用的便捷性不佳,适用性不佳;
2、现有的食品包装膜大多通过多层膜片压制而成,无法保证包装膜边角位置处的粘合性,在一定温度下,易使得包装膜边角产生起翘分层的现象,降低包装膜的密封性,从而影响包装膜的使用;
3、现有的食品包装膜大多结构韧性和强度一般,仅能进行简单的拉伸使用,受力过大易产生断裂现象,而且现有的包装膜抗菌性不佳,无法有效隔离环境细菌、水汽、油污,无法有效隔离环境温度,易使得环境因素对食品品质造成影响,降低食品的保鲜度,减少包装膜对食品的防护性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食品包装膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有食品包装膜使用时便捷性不佳,适用性不佳,无法保证包装膜边角位置处的粘合性,易使得包装膜边角产生起翘分层的现象,结构韧性和强度一般,无法有效隔离环境细菌、水汽、油污,无法有效隔离环境温度问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种食品包装膜,包括收卷轴和包装膜,所述收卷轴的外侧均匀缠绕有包装膜,所述包装膜包括韧性边、膜片和预撕条缝,所述膜片的外侧均热熔有韧性边,且相邻2个膜片之间通过韧性边热熔连接,所述膜片之间韧性边的中央均压制有预撕条缝,所述膜片包括保护表层、抗菌层、防水层、隔热层和加强层,所述加强层的内部填充有弹性树脂,且弹性树脂的中央均匀穿插有刚性加强筋,所述加强层的一侧热压有隔热层,且隔热层远离加强层的一侧热压有防水层,所述防水层远离隔热层的一侧热压有抗菌层,且抗菌层远离防水层的一侧热压有保护表层,所述抗菌层的内部填充有纳米二氧化钛颗粒。
优选的,所述膜片均设为正方形结构,且韧性边为环氧树脂条。
优选的,所述保护表层为BOOP膜,厚度为20μm。
优选的,所述抗菌层为PET膜,厚度为32μm。
优选的,所述防水层为PE膜,厚度为8μm。
优选的,所述隔热层为OPP保护膜,厚度为15μm。
优选的,所述加强层为EVOH膜,厚度为40μm,且刚性加强筋为聚砜胶棒,且刚性加强筋的直径为20μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该食品包装膜,通过安装有收卷轴、包装膜和预撕条缝,便于包装膜的收卷运输,便于包装膜的拆分使用,能有效增加包装膜使用时的便捷性,提高包装膜的适用性;
2、该食品包装膜,通过安装有膜片和韧性边,便于通过韧性边增加膜片边角位置处的结构强度,避免膜片在使用过程中边角起翘分层,便于使得韧性边随着膜片的使用情况进行拉伸,便于通过膜片和韧性边充分包覆食品和包装盒,从而包覆不同形状的食品和包装盒,便于有效对食品进行包装;
3、该食品包装膜,通过安装有保护表层、抗菌层、防水层、隔热层和加强层,便于通过保护表层增加包装膜的机械强度和耐磨性,并有效提高膜片表明印刷性能,便于根据包装食品特性对包装膜进行印刷标识,便于通过抗菌层内部填充的纳米二氧化钛颗粒隔离环境紫外线对食品的照射,并使得纳米二氧化钛颗粒与紫外线进行反应,增加包装膜的抗菌性,便于通过防水层增加包装膜的防潮性并隔绝水汽,避免环境湿度对包装食品品质的影响,避免包装食品受潮腐烂,便于通过隔热层提高包装膜的隔热性,减少环境温度对包装食品品质的影响,增加包装食品的保鲜度,便于通过加强层内部的刚性加强筋提高包装膜的强度、弹性、硬度和抗冲击性,并有效增加包装膜对食品气味、香料的隔绝性,增加包装膜的耐油性,便于有效包装食品,减少食品气味的流失,避免食品油脂的渗透,有效对食品进行保护。

工作原理:使用时,首先将单个包装膜2由预撕条缝5位置处撕下,然后将食品置入包装盒中,将包装膜2中央的膜片4中心对准包装盒中央,使得包装膜2包覆在包装盒表面,并将韧性边3贴附在包装盒侧壁上,使得包装膜2完全包裹并密封住包装盒即可,包装膜2使用过程中,韧性边3可有效随着膜片4进行拉伸,便于包覆不同形状的食品和包装盒,而且韧性边3能有效避免膜片4边角起翘分层,便于包装膜2的使用,膜片4内部的保护表层41能有效增加包装膜的机械强度和耐磨性,并有效提高膜片4表明印刷性能,便于根据包装食品特性对包装膜2进行印刷标识,抗菌层42内部填充的纳米二氧化钛颗粒421能有效隔离环境紫外线对食品的照射,并能与紫外线进行反应有效除菌,增加包装膜2的抗菌性,防水层43能有效增加包装膜2的防潮性并隔绝水汽,避免环境湿度对包装食品品质的影响,避免包装食品受潮腐烂,隔热层44能有效提高包装膜2的隔热性,减少环境温度对包装食品品质的影响,增加包装食品的保鲜度,加强层45能有效通过内部刚性加强筋452提高包装膜2的强度、弹性、硬度和抗冲击性,并有效增加包装膜2对食品气味、香料的隔绝性,增加包装膜2的耐油性,便于有效包装食品,减少食品气味的流失,避免食品油脂的渗透,有效对食品进行保护。

1.一种食品包装膜,包括收卷轴(1)和包装膜(2),其特征在于:所述收卷轴(1)的外侧均匀缠绕有包装膜(2),所述包装膜(2)包括韧性边(3)、膜片(4)和预撕条缝(5),所述膜片(4)的外侧均热熔有韧性边(3),且相邻2个膜片(4)之间通过韧性边(3)热熔连接,所述膜片(4)之间韧性边(3)的中央均压制有预撕条缝(5),所述膜片(4)包括保护表层(41)、抗菌层(42)、防水层(43)、隔热层(44)和加强层(45),所述加强层(45)的内部填充有弹性树脂(451),且弹性树脂(451)的中央均匀穿插有刚性加强筋(452),所述加强层(45)的一侧热压有隔热层(44),且隔热层(44)远离加强层(45)的一侧热压有防水层(43),所述防水层(43)远离隔热层(44)的一侧热压有抗菌层(42),且抗菌层(42)远离防水层(43)的一侧热压有保护表层(41),所述抗菌层(42)的内部填充有纳米二氧化钛颗粒(421)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述膜片(4)均设为正方形结构,且韧性边(3)为环氧树脂条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述保护表层(41)为BOOP膜,厚度为20μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(42)为PET膜,厚度为32μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述防水层(43)为PE膜,厚度为8μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述隔热层(44)为OPP保护膜,厚度为15μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述加强层(45)为EVOH膜,厚度为40μm,且刚性加强筋(452)为聚砜胶棒,且刚性加强筋(452)的直径为20μm。
