Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tracked vehicles, and particularly relates to a folding floating device which is particularly suitable for tracked vehicles.
Background
Compared with a yacht with the same tonnage, the existing amphibious tracked vehicle is mainly characterized in that the density is far higher than that of the yacht with the same tonnage, the length-width ratio is far lower than that of the yacht with the same tonnage, and even after hydrodynamic shaping, the appearance and the density of the amphibious tracked vehicle cannot be compared with those of the yacht. Compared with a pure land vehicle, the amphibious tracked vehicle has the greatest characteristic that the density is lower after air is filled in the vehicle in multiple modes, so that the vehicle body capable of floating on water is realized.
The catamaran is a common unconventional naval vessel structure, the sailing speed is generally 35-40 sections, the catamaran is formed by two large-length-width-ratio sheet bodies connected by deck bridges, the limitation of the traditional monohull vessel on the length-width ratio is broken through, and the wave making resistance is smaller than that of the monohull vessel with the same tonnage. On the basis that the crawler of the amphibious tracked vehicle is difficult to break away from the water surface, the crawler is wrapped through the foldable additional structure, so that the crawler plays a role of an underwater sheet body of the catamaran, large water resistance is avoided, and the water running speed and the seaworthiness of the amphibious tracked vehicle can be greatly improved.
The Tensairity beam can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the inflatable beam by adding the lower-chord flexible inhaul cable and the upper-chord rigid pressure rod to the low-pressure inflatable bag, effectively reduce the internal pressure of the inflatable beam and effectively relieve the contradiction among the inflation pressure, the membrane material strength and the beam bearing capacity in the inflatable structure. The tension-compression separation is realized under the stress condition of the inflatable beam structure, the self weight of the inflatable beam is lighter than that of a simple inflatable beam, the unfolding speed is higher, the folding volume is smaller, the bearing capacity is higher, and the inflatable beam is applied to a river-crossing boat bridge to a certain extent. According to the research of the national defense science and technology university, the asymmetrical spindle-shaped Tensaiity inflatable bridge section with the span of 8 meters and the interface radius of 0.5 meter can support an LD-50-grade crawler-type thin-shell vehicle, so that the Tensaiity bridge section is completely feasible as an amphibious thin-shell vehicle water buoyancy structure technically. The army light-weight modular trestle system has been put into use in 2009 to clearly demonstrate the use of collapsible Tensairity structural bridge sections on water. Based on the basis, the Tensairity structure bridge section is used for improving the underwater structure of the amphibious tracked vehicle, the shape resistance is reduced, and the purpose of realizing high-speed running of the amphibious tracked vehicle is completely feasible.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, contents and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
The embodiment provides a folding floating device, the structure and the using state of which are shown in figures 1-6, the folding floating device adopts a compressible folding polymer film inflatable film structure, and comprises a telescopic and inflatable device 1, a side wall 2 and an inflatable film underwater floating body structure 3.
The inflatable membrane underwater floating body structure 3 is arranged on the side wall 2, and the side wall 2 is connected with the amphibious tracked vehicle body through the telescopic and inflating device 1. The inflatable membrane underwater floating body structure 3 has water tightness and can form an inflatable space in water. After the amphibious tracked vehicle enters water, the side wall 2 is lowered by the telescopic and inflating device 1, so that the side wall 2 extends out underwater, and the inflatable membrane underwater floating body structure 3 in a compressed state is located below the track. Flexible and aerating device 1 opens the back and can aerify aeration membrane underwater floating body structure 3 for aeration membrane underwater floating body structure 3's aeration membrane expands gradually, after the displacement and the shape stability of aeration membrane, just forms aeration membrane structure, amphibious tracked vehicle's automobile body can progressively come up under aeration membrane underwater floating body structure 3's the support, up to aeration membrane complete expansion back automobile body leave the surface of water, vehicle track is aerifyd membrane underwater floating body structure 3 parcel simultaneously. In the process, the vehicle body with the small length-width ratio is gradually and completely lifted out of the water surface, the travelling wave resistance of the underwater floating body structure 3 with the large length-width ratio is far smaller than that of the vehicle body with the small length-width ratio in the process of accelerating the travelling speed of the inflatable membrane, the accessory resistance is reduced at the same time after the vehicle track is lifted out of the water surface, and the travelling speed of the vehicle is accordingly accelerated.
The inflatable membrane underwater floating body structure 3 is composed of a plurality of membrane structures composed of a plurality of membranes, and a foldable framework structure can be added in a single membrane structure under necessary conditions to increase the strength of the underwater structure during high-speed running, so that serious deformation is prevented. In this embodiment, the underwater buoyant structure 3 of the inflatable membrane is designed by a Tensairity structure.
