In this embodiment, the preferred identification component may be a color mark sensor, the color mark sensor adapted to the pattern to be identified and/or the color is selected, and the position of the color mark sensor is fixed between the overprinting system 600 and the positioning traction mechanism 400, so that since the running speed of the overprinting system 600 is constant, the moving speed of the printing stock can be calculated by calculating the time difference between two patterns to be identified and/or the color and the distance between two patterns to be identified and/or the color monitored by the color mark sensor, and the moving speed is fed back to the positioning traction mechanism 400, and the rotating speed of the driving roller 410 is controlled by controlling the rotating speed of the servo motor, so as to change the conveying speed; specifically, the running speed of the overprinting system 600 is set as the reference speed of the identification assembly, and when the detected moving speed of the printing stock is higher than the reference speed, the rotating speed of the servo motor is reduced; when the detected moving speed of the printing stock is lower than the reference speed, the rotating speed of the servo motor is increased; therefore, the conveying speed of the driving roller to the printing stock ensures the matching of the pattern on the printing stock and the plate roller pattern of the overprinting system 600, and greatly improves the accuracy of the overprinting pattern. The software and the control program used in the present application are conventional technologies, and the present application controls the mechanical structure of the present application only by using the conventional software or control program, which is not the point of the present application.
A compensation assembly 500 is also included, the compensation assembly 500 being located between the overprint system 600 and the positional tractor mechanism 400. The compensating assembly 500 of the preferred embodiment comprises a compensating roller 510 and an adjusting assembly 520, wherein the compensating roller 510 is movably arranged at the output end of the adjusting assembly 520; specifically, the 520-position ball screw nut adjusting structure of the adjusting assembly can realize coarse adjustment of the positioning of the paper by means of the compensating assembly 500, so that the positioning precision of the paper is further improved, and the adjusting amplitude and the adjusting frequency of the positioning traction mechanism are reduced.
Further, the embodiment further comprises a deviation rectifying assembly 300, wherein the deviation rectifying assembly 300 is located at the front end of the positioning traction mechanism 400, and when the printing stock deviates in the printing process, the printing stock is timely rectified by the deviation rectifying assembly 300, so that the overprinting precision of the overprinting system 600 is improved.
