When cutting the roll paper with large diameter, the time and labor are consumed for manually carrying the roll paper, the roll paper is placed in the feeding hopper 31, further optionally, the hydraulic cylinder is selected as the feeding driving part 33, the arc-shaped groove 311 is formed in the feeding hopper 31, and the roll paper is attached to the inner side of the feeding hopper 31. For example, when the swing angle of the blanking frame 61 is large, the blanking frame driving member base 64 and the blanking frame base 62 can be separately arranged, so that the space is reasonably utilized; when the swing angle of the blanking frame 61 is small, the blanking frame driving part base 64 and the blanking frame base 62 can be integrally arranged like the feeding base 32, so that the occupied area of the equipment is reduced, and the space utilization rate is improved.

3) And (3) cutting: the air expansion shaft 11 assembled on the paper ejection mechanism 1 moves in the vertical direction according to the diameter of the roll paper until the center position of the roll paper core hole is aligned, the linear driving mechanism 2 drives the air expansion shaft 11 to be inserted into the roll paper core, the air expansion shaft 11 ventilates and tightly expands the roll paper core hole, the first roller set 51 rises to lift up the roll paper to enable the roll paper to be separated from the carrier roller 7, the control module controls the paper ejection mechanism 1 to move for a corresponding distance according to the specific length of the required roll paper, then the first roller set 51 falls back to the lower part of the carrier roller 7, the second dustproof door 42 is closed, the first dustproof door 41 moves downwards to a position with a certain gap from the peripheral side of the roll paper, the carrier roller 7 drives the roll paper to rotate, the roll paper starts to be rotationally cut, the air expansion shaft 11 driven by the paper core hole of the roll paper rotates, and the paper ejection mechanism 1 with the air expansion shaft 11 restrains the movement of the paper core.
4) A discharging stage: after the cutting, the second dust-proof door 42 is opened, and the second roller set 52 conveys the cut part out of the paper cutting mechanism 4 and then is pushed out by the blanking mechanism 6 at the blanking end.
5) A continuous cutting stage: the paper pushing mechanism 1 continues to move for a specific distance required to be cut, and performs circulating operation, so that continuous cutting of roll paper is realized.
