背景技术
轮转印刷机通常是将印刷后的纸张通过多组辊轮组件的传送作用,在传送中使印刷的墨水冷却最后通过收卷圆筒对纸张进行收卷,收卷后的纸张使用者在使用时需要剪刀或者其他裁剪工具对纸张进行裁剪,所以本发明提供一种可以将印刷后的纸张进行烘干和裁剪齿形切口的轮转印刷机来解决上述问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,包括裁剪室;所述裁剪室中设有齿形切口裁剪机构,所述齿形切口裁剪机构包括工作台、裁剪块连接板、裁剪块、裁剪刀和裁剪口,所述工作台安装在裁剪室中且其上开设有多组裁剪口,工作台上设有多组与裁剪口相对应的裁剪刀,多个所述裁剪刀通过裁剪块与裁剪块连接板连接;所述工作台两侧均设有固定组件,所述固定组件包括安装板、一号传送轮、二号传送轮、传送轮安装槽和裁剪连杆,所述一号传送轮和二号传送轮位于纸张两侧且与纸张接触,所述一号传送轮设置在工作台两侧开设的传送轮安装槽中且通过裁剪连杆分别与工作台和安装板转动连接,所述安装板安装在工作台两侧,所述二号传送轮通过裁剪连杆与安装板转动连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述齿形切口裁剪机构与推杆机构连接,所述推杆机构包括连接板、滑动支撑块、圆盘、连杆、铰接杆和滑动板,多个所述裁剪块连接板均与连接板连接,所述连接板的一侧通过滑动板滑动连接在滑动支撑块开设的滑槽中,所述滑动支撑块安装在裁剪室上,所述滑动板上铰接有铰接杆,所述铰接杆的端部铰接在圆盘一端,所述圆盘通过连杆与安装在裁剪室上的电机转动连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过齿形切口裁剪机构的作用实现了对纸张开设齿形切口的作用,在纸张上有间隔地开设齿形切口能够方便使用者无需剪刀或者小刀就能够只通过将纸张沿齿形两端撕开即可,固定输送组件能给纸张起到进一步的固定和传送作用,裁剪齿形切口后的纸张通过收卷桶进行收卷;本发明能够对纸张进行烘干、镀膜和间隔裁剪齿形切口的作用,收卷后的纸张,使用者无需工具只需沿着齿形切口即可将纸张分段,操作简单,使用方便。
2.通过设置裁剪成段机构,能够将裁剪了齿形切口后的纸张进一步进行裁剪成段,将收卷收集的方式换位堆叠收集的方式,丰富了整体装置的功能性。

在本实施例中,所述覆膜机构4的一侧设有烘干机构2,所述烘干机构2包括烘干室21、风扇22、通风分隔板23、烘干漏风板24和加热组件25,所述烘干室21中设有风扇22,所述风扇22上方设有通风分隔板23,所述通风分隔板23上安装有加热组件25,所述加热组件25上间隔设有烘干漏风板24,所述烘干漏风板24的出风口正对纸张1安装。
工作原理:纸张1来到齿形切口裁剪机构5中,现有烘干机构2对纸张1上的墨水进行烘干,具体是风扇22通过通风分隔板23的作用将加热组件25产生的空气通过烘干漏风板24往纸张1处吹,进而能够通过热空气对纸张1上的墨水烘干,然后纸张1来到覆膜机构4处进行覆膜,一号覆膜辊轮41和二号覆膜辊轮42设在纸张1的两侧是为了对纸张1覆膜前进行固定,减震弹簧43起到减震的作用,纸张1来到三号覆膜辊轮46和四号覆膜辊轮47中间后,由于三号覆膜辊轮46的转动作用将保护膜输送带45上的保护膜44压到纸张1上,由于三号覆膜辊轮46和四号覆膜辊轮47的作用能够将保护膜输送带45与纸张1固定,进而实现了对纸张1上表面覆膜的功能;覆膜后的纸张1通过输送辊轮12的进一步传送到齿形切口裁剪机构5上,通过一号传送轮53和二号传送轮54对纸张1两侧进行固定和传送,电机驱动圆盘63旋转,圆盘63通过铰接杆65带动滑动板66在滑动支撑块62的滑槽中做上下的往复运动,进而可以推动裁剪块56上的裁剪刀57到裁剪口58中,实现了对纸张1开设齿形切口的作用,在纸张1上有间隔地开设齿形切口能够方便使用者无需剪刀或者小刀就能够只通过将纸张1沿齿形两端撕开即可,固定输送组件7能给纸张1起到进一步的固定和传送作用,裁剪齿形切口后的纸张1通过收卷桶8进行收卷;本发明能够对纸张1进行烘干、镀膜和间隔裁剪齿形切口的作用,收卷后的纸张1,使用者无需工具只需沿着齿形切口即可将纸张1分段,操作简单,使用方便。
实施例2
请参阅图6~7,本发明实施例中,一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,所述齿形切口裁剪机构5的一侧还设有裁剪成段机构10,所述裁剪成段机构10包括切割圆盘101、支撑滑杆102、切割连杆103、纸张支撑板104、挡板105、纸张收集箱106、弹性连接件107、传送转轴108、传送斜齿109、传送滚轮110和切割槽112,所述切割槽112和切割圆盘101分别位于纸张1两侧,所述切割槽112与切割圆盘101配合且与工作台51侧壁连接,所述切割圆盘101通过切割连杆103与安装在支撑滑杆102上的电机转动连接,所述支撑滑杆102与裁剪室3滑动连接,所述切割槽112的一侧沿纸张1运动方向依次设有传送滚轮110、纸张支撑板104和纸张收集箱106,所述传送滚轮110上沿圆周方向布设有多个传送斜齿109,所述传送斜齿109的旋向与纸张1运动方向相同,所述传送滚轮110通过传送转轴108与安装在裁剪室3上的电机转动连接,所述纸张支撑板104分别设在纸张1两侧且均通过弹性连接件107与裁剪室3连接,所述纸张收集箱106远离纸张支撑板104的一侧设有挡板105。
工作原理:裁剪了齿形切口后的纸张1来到裁剪成段机构10处,电机带动切割圆盘101旋转,支撑滑杆102滑动在裁剪室3中的过程中切割圆盘101会在切割槽112中对纸张1进行裁剪,裁剪后的纸张1由于传送滚轮110上的传送斜齿109的作用将纸张1通过纸张支撑板104传到纸张收集箱106中进行同一收集,而设置挡板105能够避免切成段后的纸张1由于传送滚轮110的作用飞到纸张收集箱106外;通过设置裁剪成段机构10,能够将裁剪了齿形切口后的纸张1进一步进行裁剪成段,将收卷收集的方式换位堆叠收集的方式,丰富了整体装置的功能性。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (7)
1.一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,包括裁剪室(3);其特征在于,所述裁剪室(3)中设有齿形切口裁剪机构(5),所述齿形切口裁剪机构(5)包括工作台(51)、裁剪块连接板(55)、裁剪块(56)、裁剪刀(57)和裁剪口(58),所述工作台(51)安装在裁剪室(3)中且其上开设有多组裁剪口(58),工作台(51)上设有多组与裁剪口(58)相对应的裁剪刀(57),多个所述裁剪刀(57)通过裁剪块(56)与裁剪块连接板(55)连接;所述工作台(51)两侧均设有固定组件,所述固定组件包括安装板(52)、一号传送轮(53)、二号传送轮(54)、传送轮安装槽(59)和裁剪连杆(60),所述一号传送轮(53)和二号传送轮(54)位于纸张(1)两侧且与纸张(1)接触,所述一号传送轮(53)设置在工作台(51)两侧开设的传送轮安装槽(59)中且通过裁剪连杆(60)分别与工作台(51)和安装板(52)转动连接,所述安装板(52)安装在工作台(51)两侧,所述二号传送轮(54)通过裁剪连杆(60)与安装板(52)转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,其特征在于,所述齿形切口裁剪机构(5)与推杆机构(6)连接,所述推杆机构(6)包括连接板(61)、滑动支撑块(62)、圆盘(63)、连杆(64)、铰接杆(65)和滑动板(66),多个所述裁剪块连接板(55)均与连接板(61)连接,所述连接板(61)的一侧通过滑动板(66)滑动连接在滑动支撑块(62)开设的滑槽中,所述滑动支撑块(62)安装在裁剪室(3)上,所述滑动板(66)上铰接有铰接杆(65),所述铰接杆(65)的端部铰接在圆盘(63)一端,所述圆盘(63)通过连杆(64)与安装在裁剪室(3)上的电机转动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,其特征在于,所述工作台(51)的两侧分别设有固定输送组件(7)和输送辊轮(12),所述输送辊轮(12)设置在纸张(1)两侧且转动连接在辊轮连杆(11)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,其特征在于,所述固定输送组件(7)的一侧设有收卷桶(8),所述收卷桶(8)外围收卷有纸张(1)且通过收卷连杆(9)与裁剪室(3)上的电机转动连接。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,其特征在于,所述输送辊轮(12)的一侧设有覆膜机构(4),所述覆膜机构(4)包括一号覆膜辊轮(41)、二号覆膜辊轮(42)、减震弹簧(43)、保护膜(44)、保护膜输送带(45)、三号覆膜辊轮(46)、四号覆膜辊轮(47)和覆膜支撑板(48),所述覆膜支撑板(48)位于纸张(1)两侧且一端设有二号覆膜辊轮(42)和一号覆膜辊轮(41),所述二号覆膜辊轮(42)和一号覆膜辊轮(41)位于纸张(1)两侧,所述二号覆膜辊轮(42)一端与安装在裁剪室(3)上的减震弹簧(43)连接;所述覆膜支撑板(48)的另一端设有保护膜输送带(45),所述保护膜输送带(45)与覆膜支撑板(48)之间具有角度且其上与保护膜(44)连接,所述纸张(1)与保护膜(44)的交汇处两端分别设有三号覆膜辊轮(46)和四号覆膜辊轮(47),所述三号覆膜辊轮(46)旋向与纸张(1)的运动方向相同且一端与减震弹簧(43)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,其特征在于,所述覆膜机构(4)的一侧设有烘干机构(2),所述烘干机构(2)包括烘干室(21)、风扇(22)、通风分隔板(23)、烘干漏风板(24)和加热组件(25),所述烘干室(21)中设有风扇(22),所述风扇(22)上方设有通风分隔板(23),所述通风分隔板(23)上安装有加热组件(25),所述加热组件(25)上间隔设有烘干漏风板(24),所述烘干漏风板(24)的出风口正对纸张(1)安装。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于裁剪的轮转印刷机,其特征在于,所述齿形切口裁剪机构(5)的一侧还设有裁剪成段机构(10),所述裁剪成段机构(10)包括切割圆盘(101)、支撑滑杆(102)、切割连杆(103)、纸张支撑板(104)、挡板(105)、纸张收集箱(106)、弹性连接件(107)、传送转轴(108)、传送斜齿(109)、传送滚轮(110)和切割槽(112),所述切割槽(112)和切割圆盘(101)分别位于纸张(1)两侧,所述切割槽(112)与切割圆盘(101)配合且与工作台(51)侧壁连接,所述切割圆盘(101)通过切割连杆(103)与安装在支撑滑杆(102)上的电机转动连接,所述支撑滑杆(102)与裁剪室(3)滑动连接,所述切割槽(112)的一侧沿纸张(1)运动方向依次设有传送滚轮(110)、纸张支撑板(104)和纸张收集箱(106),所述传送滚轮(110)上沿圆周方向布设有多个传送斜齿(109),所述传送斜齿(109)的旋向与纸张(1)运动方向相同,所述传送滚轮(110)通过传送转轴(108)与安装在裁剪室(3)上的电机转动连接,所述纸张支撑板(104)分别设在纸张(1)两侧且均通过弹性连接件(107)与裁剪室(3)连接,所述纸张收集箱(106)远离纸张支撑板(104)的一侧设有挡板(105)。
