Abstract
The invention provides one-time automatic press-fitting equipment and a press-fitting method for a valve body of an exhaust brake valve, and belongs to the field of manufacturing of automobile exhaust brake valves. The layout of the one-time automatic press-fitting equipment for the exhaust brake valve body adopts the vertical arrangement of the exhaust brake valve body, the one-time clamping and positioning and the multi-direction hydraulic press-fitting, a hydraulic station is arranged under a rack, a mechanical press-fitting tool unit is arranged on the table top of the rack, and an electric appliance control system and a button unit are also arranged on the rack. The press fitting method adopts the one-time automatic press fitting equipment for the exhaust brake valve body, realizes one-time positioning and clamping of the press fitting lining and the pin, and realizes semi-automatic press fitting. The technical scheme is further limited as follows: the travel switch unit comprises a mounting seat and a proximity switch, the mounting seat is connected to the table top of the rack, and the proximity switch is connected to the mounting seat; the proximity switch is used as a travel switch, and the switch action is realized without mechanical direct contact with a moving part, so that collision is avoided.
The one-time press-fitting method for the exhaust brake valve body adopts the one-time automatic press-fitting equipment for the exhaust brake valve body, and the specific links are as follows:
(1) the butterfly valve sheet is arranged in the valve body of the exhaust brake valve in advance and is fixed by a positioning shaft in an auxiliary way to prevent falling; then vertically sleeving a valve body of the exhaust brake valve on a positioning base of the equipment, and supporting a butterfly valve sheet by the positioning base;

(3) 2 bushings are placed into the bushing positioning seat, and the left bushing press-fitting hydraulic cylinder unit and the right bushing press-fitting hydraulic cylinder unit are started simultaneously to push the bushings to be pressed into the valve body, and after the bushings are pressed to a required depth, the bushings are inducted, confirmed and stopped by the travel switch unit;
(4) the pin is inserted into a pin hole of a brake valve body in advance, the pin is started to press the hydraulic cylinder unit, and the pin is pressed into a required depth through the ejector rod and then is inducted, confirmed and stopped by the travel switch unit;
(5) and after the press mounting is finished, loosening the clamping hydraulic cylinder unit and taking down the exhaust brake valve body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the one-time automatic press-fitting equipment for the exhaust brake valve body is arranged, the positioning mode of the brake valve body is changed through an innovative idea, the positioning mode of the brake valve body is changed from horizontal placement to vertical placement, the one-time positioning and clamping of a press-fitting lining and a pin is realized, semi-automatic press-fitting is realized, the press-fitting quality is improved, the efficiency is improved, and compared with the prior art, the efficiency is improved by at least 3 times.

As shown in fig. 3, the travel switch unit comprises a mounting seat 6-2 and a proximity switch 6-1, wherein the mounting seat 6-2 is connected to the table top of the rack, and the proximity switch 6-1 is connected to the mounting seat 6-2; the proximity switch is used as a travel switch, and the switch action is realized without mechanical direct contact with a moving part, so that collision is avoided.
In the invention, a clamping hydraulic cylinder unit 7 of the exhaust brake valve body one-time automatic press-fitting equipment is the conventional technology, and generally comprises a clamping hydraulic cylinder 7-1 and a clamping head 7-2, wherein the clamping hydraulic cylinder 7-1 is arranged on the table surface of a rack, and the clamping head 7-2 is connected with a piston rod of the clamping hydraulic cylinder 7-1.

(3) 2 bushings (a left bushing 107 and a right bushing 108) are placed in the bushing positioning seat, a left bushing press-fitting hydraulic cylinder unit (a reference number 106 represents a left pressure head) and a right bushing press-fitting hydraulic cylinder unit (a reference number 109 represents a right pressure head) are started at the same time, the bushings (the left bushing 107 and the right bushing 108) are pushed to be pressed into the valve body, and after the bushings are pressed to a required depth, the bushings are confirmed and stopped by a travel switch unit in an induction mode; shown in fig. 4 (f);
(4) the pin is inserted into a pin hole of the brake valve body in advance, the pin press-mounting hydraulic cylinder unit is started, and after the pin 1010 is pressed into a required depth through the ejector rod 1011, the pin is inducted, confirmed and stopped by the travel switch unit; shown in FIG. 4 (g);
(5) and after the press mounting is finished, loosening the clamping hydraulic cylinder unit and taking down the exhaust brake valve body.
