The screening mechanism 90 can adjust the clearance of the screening frame 91 according to different crushing requirements, control the sizes of garden garbage particles such as leaves and branches and the like which can pass through, and improve the application range of the invention.
The specific operation mode of the specific embodiment of the invention is as follows: the invention is connected with an external power supply, a first motor 11 is started, the first motor 11 drives a driving belt wheel 13 to rotate through the first motor 11, the driving belt wheel 13 transmits power to a driving belt wheel 15 through a first transmission belt 14, the driving belt wheel 15 drives a top wheel 18 on a first rotating shaft 16 to rotate anticlockwise, simultaneously a first gear 20 on the first rotating shaft 16 drives a second gear 21 to rotate, the second gear 21 drives a first belt wheel 23 on a transmission shaft 22 to rotate, the first belt wheel 23 transmits power to a second belt wheel 25 through a second transmission belt 24, the second belt wheel 25 drives a pressing wheel 27 on a second rotating shaft 26 to rotate clockwise, materials such as leaves and branches are thrown in from a feeding port 2, the branches are lifted by a top plate 19 and are broken by a pressing plate 28 in cooperation with the top plate 19, the materials slide down to an impurity removing cavity 5 along a working cavity 4, in addition, a second motor 31 drives a second power shaft 32 to rotate after being started, the first runner 33 on the second power shaft 32 is rotated and then stirs the materials in the impurity removing cavity 5 through the transverse plate 34, the stones mixed in the stones fall to the bottom end of the impurity removing cavity 5 through the screen 35, the materials piled above enter the crushing cavity 6 through the through hole 65, in addition, the third motor 81 is started to drive the third belt wheel 84 on the third power shaft 83 to rotate, the third belt wheel 84 transmits power to the fourth belt wheel 86 through the third transmission belt 85, the fourth belt wheel 86 drives the crushing cutter rest 88 on the rotating shaft 87 to rotate and crush the materials in the crushing cavity 6, and the materials such as leaves and branches fall to the discharge hole 3 through the gap in the screening rack 91 after being crushed to the specified size.
When the clearance in the screening frame 91 needs to be adjusted, the knob 103 is pulled outwards to separate the second clamping block 105 from the second clamping groove 106, the knob 103 is rotated to drive the first supporting rod 93 to rotate, the first supporting rod 93 simultaneously drives the second synchronizing wheel 96 and the third supporting rod 98 to rotate through the synchronous belt 97 on the first synchronizing wheel 94, and the clearance in the screening frame 91 can be changed through rotating the screening plate 100.
When the stones at the bottom end of the impurity removing cavity 5 need to be cleaned, the first push plate 42 is pushed outwards to drive the first clamping block 39 to be separated from the first clamping groove 37, the baffle plate 36 rotates anticlockwise to open the waste material opening 9, the control rod 59 is pushed upwards to move the first key 56 on the clutch frame 55 into the first key groove 53, the second power shaft 32 drives the second rotating wheel 51 to rotate through the matching relation with the first key 56, and the stone at the bottom end of the impurity removing cavity 5 is pushed to the waste material opening 9 by the push plate 52 on the second rotating wheel 51 and is discharged.
