A chip mounter for lens on CWDM wavelength division multiplexer, characterized by: the chip mounter comprises a workbench, a clamp for clamping a lens, a transmission device for conveying and transporting the clamp away from the workbench, a placing device for fixing a filter plate, a camera for detecting and shooting the position of the filter plate on the placing device, a turnover device for fixing the filter plate and loading the filter plate onto the clamp, a clamping manipulator for clamping the filter plate on the placing device onto the turnover device, a glue dispensing device for dispensing glue between the filter plate and the lens, a first curing device for curing glue between the filter plate and the lens, a second curing device for curing glue between the filter plate and the lens, and a turntable which is rotatably connected with the workbench and used for moving the clamp, wherein the turntable is provided with a fixing device for positioning the clamp;
the transmission device, the turnover device, the dispensing device, the first curing device and the second curing device are sequentially arranged around the turntable.

The die attachment machine of claim 1, wherein the die attachment machine comprises: turning device is including being fixed in the base on the workstation, rotating the board of being connected of placing and tilting mechanism with the base, tilting mechanism include with place board sliding connection's slide, be fixed in the fixing base on the slide, rotate the upset seat of being connected, with the fixing base with upset seat swing joint's centre gripping hand and be fixed in on the slide and with centre gripping hand complex grip slipper, press from both sides and get the manipulator and snatch on filter to the grip slipper, the centre gripping hand upset and slide are to the carousel direction slide and pack into the filter on the centre gripping hand into the lens of anchor clamps centre gripping.

The die attachment machine of claim 1, wherein the die attachment machine comprises: be equipped with first pusher on the workstation, conveyor includes material loading transmission band, unloading transmission band, positioning seat, second pusher and third pusher, and the positioning seat is arranged in between material loading transmission band and the unloading transmission band, and the positioning seat is arranged in between first pusher and the second pusher, and positioning seat and fixing device cooperation, third pusher promotes the anchor clamps of material loading transmission band to positioning seat or unloading transmission band on, anchor clamps on second pusher promotes to fixing device on with the positioning seat, anchor clamps on first pusher promotes to the positioning seat on.

The die attachment machine of claim 1, wherein the die attachment machine comprises: the clamp comprises a first clamping seat and a second clamping seat which are hinged to each other, a first clamping groove is formed in the first clamping seat, a second clamping groove is formed in the second clamping seat, the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove form a clamping space for clamping the lens, a magnet is embedded in the first clamping seat, and a metal sheet which is adsorbed by the magnet is embedded in the second clamping seat.

The die attachment machine of claim 4, wherein the die attachment machine comprises: fixing device is including being fixed in mount and spacing seat on the carousel, with mount sliding connection and to spacing gliding carriage of seat and be fixed in the top support piece on the carriage, it has the spacing groove that is used for anchor clamps spacing to open on the spacing seat, and the top support piece is contradicted with the lens in the centre gripping space, be equipped with on the workstation and be used for promoting the carriage gliding thrust unit that makes progress.

The die attachment machine for the lens of the CWDM wavelength division multiplexer according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein: the glue dispensing device comprises two glue dispensing components which correspond to the clamp and are arranged on two sides of the clamp, and each glue dispensing component comprises an injection pump and a glue dispensing head connected with the injection pump.

The die attachment machine for the lens of the CWDM wavelength division multiplexer according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein: first solidification equipment and second solidification equipment all include two irradiation portions that correspond with anchor clamps, and anchor clamps both sides are arranged respectively in to two irradiation portions, irradiation portion all includes the LED ultraviolet lamp.
8. The die attachment machine of claim 2, wherein the die attachment machine comprises: the turnover mechanisms are two, and the two turnover mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the placing plate.

The die attachment machine of claim 5, wherein the die attachment machine comprises: the fixing frame is provided with a guide hole, the sliding frame is provided with a guide rod which is connected with the guide hole in a sliding mode, the guide rod is sleeved with a reset spring, and two ends of the reset spring are respectively abutted to the fixing frame and the sliding frame.

The die attachment machine for the lens of the CWDM wavelength division multiplexer as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the conveying device is provided with a first limiting channel matched with the feeding conveying belt, a second limiting channel matched with the discharging conveying belt, a first intercepting plate corresponding to the first limiting channel and a second intercepting plate corresponding to the second limiting channel, and the first limiting channel and the second limiting channel are formed by two limiting plates.
