As a further scheme of the present invention, the first driving mechanism includes a servo motor 37, the servo motor 37 is fixedly connected to the front side of the filter box 1 through a motor base 38, an output shaft of the servo motor 37 is fixedly connected with a third gear 39, the third gear 39 is in transmission connection with a fourth gear 41 through a second gear chain 40, and the middle part of the fourth gear 41 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 2; during operation, because the rotation angle of axis of rotation 2 at every turn all must guarantee unanimously, and can comparatively steady rotation, through starting servo motor 37, third gear 39 and second toothed chain 40 drive fourth gear 41, and fourth gear 41 fixed connection is on axis of rotation 2, and when axis of rotation 2 rotated 90 degrees, servo motor 37 stall to realize can both rotating the same angle at every turn, steady rotation.
As a further scheme of the invention, the front side of the filter box 1 is fixedly connected with a chip guide groove 42, the bottom of the inlet of the chip guide groove 42 is positioned below the chip outlet hole 36, the top of the chip guide groove 42 is higher than the top of the filter plate 3, and the bottom of the chip guide groove 42 is provided with a chip collecting basket 43; during operation, when the first scraper 5 and the second scraper 35 scrape sundries, the sundries need to be cleaned, when the second scraper 35 of the first scraper 5 scrapes the expense scraps, the first scraper 5 scrapes the expense scraps from the top of the filter box 1, the second scraper 35 scrapes the sea weeds at the top of the first scrap receiving plate 11 from the scrap outlet hole, and the sea weeds flow into the scrap collecting basket 43 from the scrap guide groove 42 at the front side of the filter box 1, so that the expense scraps are cleaned and collected.
The working principle is as follows: as shown in figure 1, in the state that the invention has not just cleaned up impurities, the next filter plate 3 to be cleaned up is obtained by entering irrigation water from the right inlet of the filter box 1, the irrigation water is flushed to the vertical filter plate 3 at the bottom of the rotating shaft 2, the vertical filter plate 3 filters waste residues and seaweeds in the irrigation water, the filtration is carried out for a period of time, when the next filter plate 3 is cleaned up, the first driving mechanism is started to drive the rotating shaft 2 to rotate, the filter plate 3 rotates 90 degrees anticlockwise, the filter plate 3 with the vertical bottom is turned to the horizontal state, the filter plate 3 at the left side is turned to the vertical position, when the vertical filter plate 3 is about to turn to the horizontal state, the guide rod 21 is jacked up, the guide rod 21 is pulled out from the positioning slot 19, the first scrap receiving plate 11 slides leftwards under the action of the first spring 14 to reset and moves to the position right below the horizontal filter plate 3, when the filter plate 3 continues to rotate to the horizontal position, the guide rod 21 moves inwards for a distance on the filter plate 3 and enters the through hole of the L-shaped acting plate 24, the inserted rod 20 moves downwards under the action of the second spring 23 and contacts with the top of the second slide rod 12, when the vertical filter plate 3 moves to the horizontal state, the first driving mechanism is closed, the second driving mechanism is started to drive the first scraper 5 to scrape scraps on the filter plate 3 which moves to the horizontal state through the L-shaped connecting plate 7, when the first scraper 5 moves forwards, the cutter 6 at the bottom is driven to move in the cutting groove 4 to cut sundries such as seaweed and the like at the top of the filter plate 3, the cut seaweed is distributed and falls from the filter hole of the filter plate 3, part of the seaweed is scraped by the first scraper 5, the sundries at the top of the filter plate 3 are scraped from the top of the filter box 1 by the first scraper 5, and the fallen seaweed falls into the top of the first scrap, when the first scraper 5 is about to move to the forefront side, the first guide block 10 and the second guide block 18 act to make the first guide block 10 slide upwards for a certain distance along the first T-shaped chute 9, the gas spring 44 is stretched, the first guide block 10 slides out of the first rectangular block 8, the first guide block 10 is matched with the guide groove 16 at the bottom of the first guide plate 15, the first driving mechanism rotates reversely to drive the first scraper 5 to retreat and drive the first guide block 10 to slide in the guide groove 16, the first guide block 10 acts on the first guide plate 15 to slowly open the first scrap receiving plate 11 to the right side, the first scrap receiving plate 11 moves to the right side and simultaneously pulls the second spring 23 to drive the first slide rod 44 to move to the right side together, when the first scrap receiving plate 11 moves to the forefront side, the inserting rod 20 is inserted into the positioning slot 19 of the first slide rod 44 to position the first scrap receiving plate 11, and the first guide block 10 continues to move backwards, the first guide block 10 falls back under the action of the gas spring 44 after being separated from the guide groove 16, and returns to the initial height, the first scraper 5 slowly returns to the initial position, and the cleaning is completed.
