技术领域
本发明涉及微针美容技术领域，尤其是一种具有微针结构的美容面罩。
背景技术
由于皮肤最外层角质层的屏蔽作用，现有技术直接在脸部涂抹美容液或是敷面膜的方式会使得大部分的有效成分被阻挡在皮肤表面，而无法有效地真正被皮肤吸收。
微针是一种新型的透皮技术，由于其具有微痛，无创的特点，在美容、医学领域受到了广泛的关注和发展。美容用的微针的高度被严格限制在刺破角质层的同时不刺入真皮层，可以在皮肤表层形成微米尺寸的通道，美容产品中的有效成分便可以突破角质层屏蔽作用被皮肤吸收。
光疗是一种利用光线防治疾病的方法，在临床治疗的各个领域有着广泛的应用和发展。例如，红光可以改善血液循环，蓝紫光可以降低神经的兴奋度，具有镇静的效果。设计一种具有微针结构的美容面罩，使面膜的有效成分充分被皮肤吸收，并在敷面膜的同时享受光照治疗将显得十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种具有微针结构的美容面罩，本发明采用在面罩外壳内设置微针模片及光疗灯带，通过设置在面罩外壳的安装座及微针模片的插片之间的微振动装置驱动微针模片振动，经由微针模片的微针刺破面部的角质层，使面膜或美容液的有效成分充分被皮肤吸收，可以实现对人脸皮肤的按摩和透皮处理，加上光疗灯带的辅助可以大大提高皮肤对于美容产品的吸收效率，本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、吸收效率高及美容效果好的优点。
实现本发明目的的具体方案是：
一种具有微针结构的美容面罩，其特点包括面罩外壳、微振动装置、微针模片、光疗灯带、护垫及遮光眼罩；
所述面罩外壳由面板与围合面板的折边构成的壳体件，面罩外壳的面板上设有眼罩孔、鼻孔及透气孔，面板内面上设有数个安装座，面板与折边之间设有灯带槽及护垫槽，折边上设有绑带扣；
所述微针模片按面部不同的部位分设为数片，每片微针模片的正面设有微针、反面设有插片；
所述微振动装置上设有连接座及振动座，连接座上设有外螺纹，振动座上设有插槽；
所述护垫为带状；
所述护垫及光疗灯带设于面罩外壳面板内侧的周边，光疗灯带及护垫分别嵌在灯带槽及护垫槽内；
所述遮光眼罩由面罩外壳的面板内侧设于眼罩孔内；
所述微针模片分布在面罩外壳的面板内侧；
所述微振动装置为数件，微振动装置上连接座的外螺纹与面板的安装座连接，微振动装置上振动座的插槽与微针模片的插片插接。
所述微振动装置由连接座、超声波压电陶瓷片、下弹簧、振动座及上弹簧构成；
所述连接座为柱状件，外螺纹设于柱状件的一端，柱状件径向开有方孔、方孔内设振动板安装座；所述超声波压电陶瓷片设于振动板安装座内；所述振动座为圆台件，插槽设于圆台件的两侧；所述振动座的圆台设于连接座的方孔内；所述下弹簧设于方孔内，且位于振动座圆台的下方与超声波压电陶瓷片之间，上弹簧设于方孔内，且位于振动座圆台的上方与连接座上方孔的内壁之间。

参阅图1、图2，本发明包括面罩外壳110、微振动装置120、微针模片130、光疗灯带140、护垫150及遮光眼罩160。
参阅图1、图2、图3，所述面罩外壳110由面板与围合面板的折边构成的壳体件，面罩外壳110的面板上设有眼罩孔111、鼻孔112及透气孔113，面板内面上设有数个安装座118，面板与折边之间设有灯带槽116及护垫槽117，折边上设有绑带扣114。
参阅图1、图2、图6，所述微针模片130按面部不同的部位分设为数片，每片微针模片130的正面设有微针132、反面设有插片133。
参阅图1、图2、图4、图5，所述微振动装置120上设有连接座121及振动座124，连接座121上设有外螺纹1212，振动座124上设有插槽1241。
参阅图1、图2、图3、图6，所述护垫150为带状；所述护垫150及光疗灯带140设于面罩外壳110面板内侧的周边，光疗灯带140及护垫150分别嵌在灯带槽116及护垫槽117内；所述遮光眼罩160由面罩外壳110的面板内侧设于眼罩孔111内；所述微针模片130分布在面罩外壳110的面板内侧。

本发明是这样工作的：
参阅图1、图2、图3，本发明与电源控制器配合使用，电源控制器为超声波压电陶瓷片122及光疗灯带140提供电源；使用时，在诊疗者的面部敷上面膜或涂抹美容液，将本发明的面罩外壳110罩在诊疗者的面部，采用绑带经绑带扣114将面罩外壳110与诊疗者实现穿戴，此时，诊疗者的眼部与遮光眼罩160贴合，鼻子由鼻孔112漏出，诊疗者的面部周边与护垫150贴合；为保证面罩外壳110内外侧的空气流通，本发明还在面罩外壳110的面板上设置了数个透气孔113。
参阅图1、图2、图4、图6，穿戴完成后，开启电源控制器，超声波压电陶瓷片122振动，超声波压电陶瓷片122经下弹簧123、上弹簧125将振动波经振动座124传导至微针模片130，微针模片130正面的微针132对诊疗者的面部进行微针透皮和按摩；设于面罩外壳110面板内侧的光疗灯带140对诊疗者的面部进行光照治疗。
参阅图1、图2、图6，本发明的微针模片130按面部不同的部位分设为数片，以六片设置为例，上下的额头及下巴各一片，两侧的脸颊各两片，六片微针模片130彼此之间相互独立，且每片分立的微针模片130均配备有独立的微振动装置120，可以针对不同的诊疗者进行个性化设置，选择六片微针模片130对整个面部实施覆盖的微针治疗，或选择其中的一片或数片对面部实施局部的微针治疗。
参阅图1、图2、图4、图6，本发明将微振动装置120上连接座121的外螺纹1212与面板的安装座118连接，微振动装置120上振动座124的插槽1241与微针模片130的插片133插接。当电源控制器控制超声波压电陶瓷片122振动，超声波压电陶瓷片122经下弹簧123、上弹簧125将振动波经振动座124传导至微针模片130，微针模片130振动，微针模片130正面的微针132对诊疗者的面部进行微针治疗，微针模片130的振动频率、振幅及振动时间均可由电源控制器进行调控。
参阅图1、图2，为保护诊疗者的眼睛，防止光疗灯带140在光照治疗时对诊疗者的眼部灼伤，本发明在面罩外壳110的眼罩孔111内设置了遮光眼罩160，保证在工作状态下，光照治疗的光辐射不会损伤眼睛。本发明光疗灯带140由一条或多条单一色彩或不同色彩的LED灯条构成。
参阅图1、图2，本发明与面膜或美容液等产品配套使用，即在敷盖面膜或涂抹美容液后使用本发明；本发明通过微振动装置120和分立的微针模片130配合，可以实现对人脸皮肤的透皮处理以及脸部按摩，使得皮肤对美容产品的吸收效率得到提高，同时光疗灯带140的引入可以改善脸部的血液循环。
Claims (1)
1.一种具有微针结构的美容面罩，其特征在于，它包括面罩外壳（110）、微振动装置（120）、微针模片（130）、光疗灯带（140）、护垫（150）及遮光眼罩（160）；
所述面罩外壳（110）由面板与围合面板的折边构成的壳体件，面罩外壳（110）的面板上设有眼罩孔（111）、鼻孔（112）及透气孔（113），面板内面上设有数个安装座（118），面板与折边之间设有灯带槽（116）及护垫槽（117），折边上设有绑带扣（114）；
所述微针模片（130）按面部不同的部位分设为数片，每片微针模片（130）的正面设有微针（132）、反面设有插片（133）；
所述微振动装置（120）上设有连接座（121）及振动座（124），连接座（121）上设有外螺纹（1212），振动座（124）上设有插槽（1241）；
所述护垫（150）为带状；
所述护垫（150）及光疗灯带（140）设于面罩外壳（110）面板内侧的周边，光疗灯带（140）及护垫（150）分别嵌在灯带槽（116）及护垫槽（117）内；
所述遮光眼罩（160）由面罩外壳（110）的面板内侧设于眼罩孔（111）内；
所述微针模片（130）分布在面罩外壳（110）的面板内侧；
所述微振动装置（120）为数件，微振动装置（120）上连接座（121）的外螺纹（1212）与面板的安装座（118）连接，微振动装置（120）上振动座（124）的插槽（1241）与微针模片（130）的插片（133）插接；其中：
所述微振动装置（120）由连接座（121）、超声波压电陶瓷片（122）、下弹簧（123）、振动座（124）及上弹簧（125）构成；
所述连接座（121）为柱状件，外螺纹（1212）设于柱状件的一端，柱状件径向开有方孔（1211）、方孔内设振动板安装座（1213）；
所述超声波压电陶瓷片（122）设于振动板安装座（1213）内；
所述振动座（124）为圆台件，插槽（1241）设于圆台件的两侧；
所述振动座（124）的圆台设于连接座（121）的方孔（1211）内；
所述下弹簧（123）设于方孔（1211）内，且位于振动座（124）圆台的下方与超声波压电陶瓷片（122）之间，上弹簧（125）设于方孔（1211）内，且位于振动座（124）圆台的上方与连接座（121）上方孔（1211）的内壁之间。
