The kumquat processing device for preserved kumquats according to claim 3, wherein a mounting plate (28) is fixedly mounted on the top of the transverse plate (23), two symmetrical limiting sleeves (29) are fixedly mounted on the top surface of the mounting plate (28), and inner rings of the two limiting sleeves (29) are respectively movably connected with the outer surfaces of the two rotating shafts (6).

The kumquat processing device for preserved kumquat according to claim 1, wherein a communicating pipe (161) is fixedly communicated with an inner wall of the bellows (16) close to the main box body (1), one end of the communicating pipe (161) far away from the bellows (16) penetrates through an inner side wall of the main box body (1) and extends to the inside of the main box body (1), a fixed pipe (162) is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the bellows (16) close to the communicating pipe (161), a fan (163) is fixedly installed between the inner walls of the fixed pipes (162), an electric heating block (164) is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the bellows (16), and an air inlet pipe (165) is fixedly communicated with a side of the bellows (16) far away from the communicating pipe (161).

The kumquat processing device according to claim 1, wherein the straight pipe (18) comprises a first vertical pipe (181), a second vertical pipe (182) and a third vertical pipe (183), the first vertical pipe (181) and the third vertical pipe (183) are respectively and fixedly communicated with a dehumidifier (17) and a water tank (401), the second vertical pipe (182) is fixedly connected between the first vertical pipe (181) and the third vertical pipe (183) through bolts, a filter screen (184) is fixedly installed between the inner walls of the second vertical pipe (182), and hoses are respectively arranged in the middle parts of the first vertical pipe (181) and the second vertical pipe (182).

The kumquat processing device for preserved kumquats according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism (7) comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a transmission belt, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are respectively and fixedly arranged on the outer surfaces of the two rotating shafts (6), and the transmission belt is in transmission connection between the outer surfaces of the driving wheel and the driven wheel.

the first step is as follows: opening a box door (5) and a barrel door (11), putting cumquats to be treated into two rotary drums (9), closing the barrel door (11) and the box door (5), starting a driving motor (8), driving two rotary shafts (6) to synchronously rotate through a transmission mechanism (7), so that the two rotary drums (9) synchronously rotate, starting a water suction pump (405), pumping water in a water tank (401) into a shell (406), spraying the water on the rotary drums (9) through a plurality of spray heads (407), spraying and cleaning the cumquats in the rotary drums (9), and simultaneously, as the rotary drums (9) continuously rotate, directly throwing out partial impurities on the surfaces of the cumquats through a screen (10) to be matched with spraying and cleaning to quickly clean the surfaces of the cumquats;
the second step is that: after cleaning, the water suction pump (405) is turned off, the fan (163) and the electric heating block (164) are started, after the electric heating block (164) heats air in the air box (16), the fan (163) conveys hot air to the inside of the main box body (1) through the communicating pipe (161), the kumquat in the rotary drum (9) is dried, the hot air absorbing moisture in the kumquat enters the dehumidifier (17) through the fan cover (13) and the mounting pipe (14), after the moisture in the hot air is removed by the dehumidifier (17), the hot air enters the air box (16) through the straight pipe (18) and enters the inside of the main box body (1) through the communicating pipe (161) again, hot air circulation drying is realized, and energy consumed during equipment working is saved;
the third step: after drying, the electric heating block (164) is closed, valves of the air inlet pipe (165) and the three-way pipe (20) are opened, the fan (163) sucks air outside the air box (16) into the main box body (1), hot air is discharged through the three-way pipe (20), air cooling is carried out on the cumquats in the rotary drum (9), after cooling of the cumquats is completed, the box door (5) and the drum door (11) are opened, the cumquats are taken out of the rotary drum (9), and therefore the whole cumquats processing process is completed.
