determining pixels in each small area, sequencing the pixels, and selecting an intermediate pixel value as a correction pixel;
when the surrounding pixel value is larger than the correction pixel value, the position of the pixel point is marked as 1, otherwise, the position is 0, and the LBP value of the pixel point in the center of the window is obtained;
calculating a histogram of each small region, namely the frequency of occurrence of each number; then, normalizing the histogram;
after normalization is completed, the statistical histograms of each small region are connected into a feature vector, that is, the LBP texture feature vector of the whole graph.

the image preprocessing module 2 is connected with the main control module 3 and is used for carrying out gray processing, binarization processing and smoothing processing on the collected tooth surface image through a preprocessing procedure to obtain a meshing area binary image and a pit-like binary image; obtaining a pit binary image according to the meshing area binary image and the similar pit binary image;

the result evaluation module 8 is connected with the main control module 3 and is used for grading the pitting degree of the gear according to the recognition result of the convolutional neural network model and a preset evaluation standard through a result evaluation program to obtain pitting grade data of the gear and generate a result evaluation report;

The image preprocessing module 2 provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises:
the graying unit 2-1 is used for mapping pixel points originally described in three dimensions into pixel points described in one dimension;
a binarization unit 2-2 for converting the image signal processed by the graying unit into a binary image signal having only black and white;
and the image smoothing unit 2-3 is used for removing isolated white points on the strokes of the image, isolated black points outside the strokes and concave-convex points of the stroke edges so as to smooth the stroke edges.
The sample collection module 5 provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises:
the sample image generating unit 5-1 is used for simulating a gear pitting image sample by using a gear contact fatigue test through a gear box platform;
the sample image acquisition unit 5-2 is used for repeatedly acquiring gear pitting image samples through a CCD industrial camera which is vertically arranged with a gear of the gear box;
and the sample screening unit 5-3 is used for carrying out contrast screening on the collected gear pitting image samples and deleting sample images with high similarity.

Example 1
Fig. 1 shows a method for quantitatively detecting a gear pitting of an adaptive gear based on deep learning according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 shows a preferred embodiment of the method for performing a gray processing on a collected tooth surface image by using a graying unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
s201, obtaining the gray value of each pixel in the target tooth surface image to obtain a gray matrix.

s301, simulating a gear pitting image sample by a sample image generating unit by using a gear contact fatigue test through a gear box platform.
And S302, repeatedly collecting the gear pitting image sample by using a CCD industrial camera which is vertically arranged on a gear of the gear box through a sample image collecting unit.
And S303, carrying out contrast screening on the collected gear pitting image samples through a sample screening unit, and deleting sample images with high similarity.
Example 3
Fig. 1 shows a method for quantitatively detecting adaptive gear pitting based on deep learning according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 shows a preferred embodiment of the method for training a convolutional neural network model by using a model training program through a model training module according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:

s501, dividing the preprocessed image to be detected into a plurality of images with the resolution of m multiplied by m by adopting a multi-target detection method.
S502, inputting the separated images into a convolutional neural network model based on deep learning, judging whether each input image has a pitting defect, and if so, giving the position of the pitting pit and the size of the pitting pit.

Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) are a type of feed-forward Neural network containing Convolutional calculation and having a deep structure, and integrate ideas of two algorithms, namely Neural network and machine learning, so that the Convolutional Neural network has the autonomous learning capability of machine learning and the capability of the Neural network to process nonlinear problems. The convolutional neural network is similar to a common neural network in structure and comprises an input layer, a hidden layer and an output layer.
Firstly, an input layer is provided, the input layer of the convolutional neural network can process multidimensional data, and the input layer of the one-dimensional convolutional neural network receives a one-dimensional array or a two-dimensional array, wherein the one-dimensional array is usually time or frequency spectrum sampling; the two-dimensional array may include a plurality of channels; an input layer of the two-dimensional convolutional neural network receives a two-dimensional or three-dimensional array; the input layer of the three-dimensional convolutional neural network receives a four-dimensional array. Since learning is performed using gradient descent, input features of the convolutional neural network need to be normalized. Specifically, before inputting the learning data into the convolutional neural network, normalization is performed on the input data in the channel or time/frequency dimension, and if the input data is a pixel, the original pixel values distributed in [0,255] can be normalized to the [0,1] interval.
The hidden layer mainly comprises a convolutional layer, a pooling layer and a full-connection layer 3 common structures. The extraction of image features usually needs to be effectively extracted through a plurality of convolution layers and pooling layers, so the convolution layers and the pooling layers are alternately arranged, namely one convolution layer is connected with one pooling layer, the convolution layer is connected with one convolution layer after the pooling layer, and the like. In a common construction, a convolutional neural network and other neural networks are mainly different in that the convolutional neural network has convolutional layers and pooling layers. The convolution kernels in the convolutional layers contain weight coefficients, while the pooling layers do not, and therefore the pooling layers may not be considered independent layers. In a convolutional neural network, the number of convolutional layers and pooling layers is usually not only 1, and taking Le Net-5 as an example, the order of 3 types of common structures in the hidden layer is usually: input-convolutional layer-pooling layer-full-link layer-output.
The convolutional neural network is usually a fully-connected layer upstream of the output layer, and thus has the same structure and operation principle as the output layer in the conventional feedforward neural network. For the image classification problem, the output layer outputs the classification label using a logistic function or a normalized exponential function. In an object recognition problem, the output layer may be designed to output the center coordinates, size, and classification of the object. In the image semantic segmentation, the output layer directly outputs the classification result of each pixel.

acquiring high-quality tooth surface image data of a gear by using a CCD (charge coupled device) industrial camera through an image data acquisition module to obtain an image to be detected; the CCD industrial camera is vertically arranged with the tooth surface of the detected gear;
mapping pixel points of the collected tooth surface image originally described in three dimensions into pixel points described in one dimension by utilizing a graying unit of a preprocessing program through an image preprocessing module to realize grayscale processing;
step three, converting the image signal processed by the graying unit in the step two into a binary image signal only with black and white through a binarization unit, and carrying out binarization processing on the image;
step four, removing isolated white points on the image strokes, isolated black points outside the image strokes and concave-convex points on the edges of the image strokes by an image smoothing unit so as to smooth the edges of the image strokes;
fifthly, carrying out gray processing, binarization processing and smoothing processing on the collected tooth surface image to obtain a meshing area binary image and a pit-like binary image; obtaining a pit binary image according to the meshing area binary image and the similar pit binary image;
step six, the normal work of each module of the self-adaptive gear pitting quantitative detection system based on deep learning is coordinated and controlled by a main control module through a main control machine;
constructing a convolutional neural network model for carrying out pitting corrosion detection on the gear based on deep learning by utilizing a model construction program through a model construction module; the convolutional neural network comprises at least one convolutional layer, and the convolutional layer comprises a feature matrix which is subjected to segmentation compression processing and a generated sparse matrix which is subjected to sparse matrix vector multiplication;
step eight, a sample acquisition module is used for acquiring a large number of binary images of the gear pitting pits by using sample acquisition equipment to serve as sample data of the convolutional neural network model training;
step nine, unifying the sample data trained in the step eight to form an extracted feature matrix with consistent dimensionality, and inputting the extracted data feature matrix and a known data classification label into the convolutional neural network model constructed in the step seven after enhancement processing;
step ten, training the convolutional neural network model by using a model training program through a model training module according to a large number of collected image samples to obtain a trained convolutional neural network model; the convolutional neural network model comprises an input layer, a convolutional layer, a pooling layer, a full-connection layer and an output layer which are connected in sequence;
step eleven, inputting the preprocessed tooth surface image into a pre-trained convolutional neural network model by an image recognition program through an image recognition module to perform intelligent recognition of the gear pitting state;
step twelve, grading the pitting degree of the gear by using a result evaluation module according to the recognition result of the convolutional neural network model and a preset evaluation standard by using a result evaluation program to obtain pitting grade data of the gear and generate a result evaluation report;
thirteen, storing the acquired tooth surface image data, the preprocessed image data, the convolutional neural network model, the training sample image, the image recognition result and the result evaluation report by using a storage server through a data storage module;

2. The adaptive gear pitting quantitative detection method based on deep learning of claim 1, wherein in the second step, the method of performing the gray processing on the acquired tooth surface image by the graying unit comprises:
(I) acquiring the gray value of each pixel in the target tooth surface image to obtain a gray matrix;
(II) obtaining a balanced array according to the row/column gray distribution trend in the gray matrix;
and (III) correcting the gray matrix according to the balanced array to obtain the tooth surface image subjected to gray processing.
3. The adaptive gear pitting quantitative detection method based on deep learning of claim 1, wherein in step eight, the method for acquiring a binary image of the gear pitting pit as sample data by a sample acquisition module comprises:
(a) simulating a gear pitting image sample by a sample image generating unit by using a gear box platform and a gear contact fatigue test;
(b) repeatedly collecting gear pitting image samples by using a CCD industrial camera which is vertically arranged with a gear of a gear box through a sample image collecting unit;
(c) and comparing and screening the collected gear pitting image samples through a sample screening unit, and deleting sample images with high similarity.
4. The adaptive gear pitting quantitative detection method based on deep learning of claim 1, wherein in the ninth step, the method for enhancing the extracted data features comprises:
when the convolutional neural network is transmitted forwards, on each original convolutional kernel, the original convolutional kernel is modulated through dot multiplication of a manual modulation kernel and the original convolutional kernel to obtain a modulated convolutional kernel, and the modulated convolutional kernel is used for replacing the original convolutional kernel to carry out the forward transmission of the neural network so as to enhance the data characteristics.
5. The adaptive gear pitting quantitative detection method based on deep learning of claim 1, wherein in step ten, the method for training the convolutional neural network model by the model training module using the model training program comprises the following steps:

2) inputting the separated images into a convolutional neural network model based on deep learning, judging whether each input image has a pitting defect, and if so, giving the position of the pitting pit and the size of the pitting pit;
3) and summarizing data information of the point corrosion defects, and outputting a detection result of the point corrosion degree of the gear.
