and matching the operation flow corresponding to the application operation request in a preset operation flow library to obtain the operation flow corresponding to the application operation request, determining an application operation tool needing to be called in the operation flow by combining the application information, and sending a calling request to the application operation tool to process the application operation request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving the application operation request from the user, the method further comprises:
sending the information retrieval request to the operation and maintenance platform for information retrieval to obtain organization personnel information corresponding to the application operation request;
and determining contact information of the personnel associated with the operation process according to the organization personnel information so as to contact the personnel associated with the operation process.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the organizing personnel information comprises: applying the applicant information and/or the approval personnel information and/or the operator information of the operation request.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the application operation request is an application online request, and determining the application operation tool to be called in the operation flow according to the application information comprises:
according to the operation flow, sending application online information to an application management tool according to the application information, calling the application management tool, and executing application online.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the application operation request is an application offline request, and determining the application operation tool to be called in the operation flow according to the application information comprises:
sending offline application confirmation information to the user according to the operation flow;
after receiving the offline confirmation information, sending application offline information to the application management tool, and calling the application management tool to execute application offline;
and sending a monitoring canceling request to an application monitoring tool according to the application information so that the application monitoring tool cancels the application alarm.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein upon receiving an acknowledgment offline information, the method further comprises:
sending whether machine recovery confirmation information is recovered or not to a user, if the machine recovery confirmation information is received, sending server recovery information to a host management tool, calling the host management tool to recover the capacity of a server, and sending the application offline request information to the application management tool after the server recovery is finished;
and if receiving the machine non-recovery confirmation information, directly sending the application offline information to the application management tool.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to sending a downline application confirmation message to the user in accordance with the operational flow, the method further comprises:
sending a shielding alarm request to the application monitoring tool to enable the application monitoring tool to shield the application alarm;
sending an application stop request to the application management tool to enable the application to stop the application running for the management tool;
and after the preset time is reached, sending offline application confirmation information to the user.
8. A process management apparatus for application operations, comprising:
a communication module for receiving an application operation request from a user,
the information retrieval system is used for generating an information retrieval request according to the application operation request, and sending the information retrieval request to an operation and maintenance platform for information retrieval so as to obtain application information corresponding to the application operation request;
the flow confirmation module is used for matching in a preset operation flow library to obtain an operation flow corresponding to the application operation request, and determining an application operation tool needing to be called in the operation flow by combining the application information;
the communication module is further configured to invoke the application operation tool to process the application operation request.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the communication module is further configured to send the information retrieval request to the operation and maintenance platform for information retrieval, so as to obtain organization personnel information corresponding to the application operation request;
the process confirmation module is further used for determining contact information of the personnel associated with the operation process according to the organization personnel information so as to facilitate contact of the personnel associated with the operation process.
10. A computer system, comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform the method of any of claims 1-7 above.
