本发明涉及一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,所述轴承包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述内圈置于外圈内,两者同心且相互之间留有间隙,所述内圈外表面和外圈内表面均设置有沟槽,内圈和外圈沟槽配合后构成滚道,所述滚动体置于滚道内;所述外圈内表面两端分别设置有环形开口槽,所述内圈外表面两端分别设置环形挡块,挡块一一对应并伸入开口槽内,间隙接触,滑动配合,并在滚动体两端形成空腔;所述空腔内储存润滑脂;所述内圈包括主体、挡圈,所述挡圈套在主体上,与主体螺纹连接,所述挡圈与设置在主体上的开口槽相对,共同构成内圈外表面上的沟槽;两个挡块,一挡块设置在主体上,与主体一体,一挡块设置在挡圈上,与挡圈一体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,具体涉及一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承。
背景技术
滚子轴承属于滚动轴承中的一种,是现代化机械中广泛运用的部件之一。它是依靠主要元件之间的滚动接触来支撑转动零件的。滚子轴承现大多已经标准化。滚子轴承具有启动所需力矩小、旋转精度高、选用方便等优点。
发明内容
本发明提出一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承。
本发明的技术方案:
一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,所述轴承包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,所述内圈置于外圈内,两者同心且相互之间留有间隙,所述内圈外表面和外圈内表面均设置有沿圆周方向设置的沟槽,内圈和外圈沟槽配合后构成滚道,所述滚动体置于滚道内;所述外圈内表面两端分别设置有环形开口槽,所述内圈外表面两端分别设置环形挡块,挡块一一对应并伸入开口槽内,间隙接触,滑动配合,并在滚动体两端形成空腔;所述空腔内储存润滑脂。
考虑到挡块的设计,使得轴承难以组装,为此,所述内圈包括主体、挡圈,所述挡圈套在主体上,与主体螺纹连接,所述挡圈与设置在主体上的开口槽相对,共同构成内圈外表面上的沟槽;两个挡块,一挡块设置在主体上,与主体一体,一挡块设置在挡圈上,与挡圈一体。
所述螺纹为防松螺纹;防止主体与挡圈松脱。
所述轴承安装在安装轴上;所述安装轴穿过内圈内孔,其轴肩抵在挡圈上,轴肩尺寸大于主体与挡圈螺纹配合的尺寸;进一步防止主体与挡圈松脱。
上述轴承组装时,先将内圈主体置于外圈内,再装滚动体,最后再装挡圈,但由于上述结构(主要是外圈)的限制,使得拧旋转挡圈十分不方便,为此进一步设计了一种三支点扳手,并通过三支点扳手装或拆挡圈。
所述三支点扳手包括扳手主体,所述扳手主体上一周圈均匀分布设置有三个插销,所述三支点扳手还包括扳手手柄,扳手手柄与板手主体连接。
在所述挡圈与主体相对侧端面上一周圈均匀分布设置有三个盲孔;三个插销一一对应并挡圈的盲孔内,旋转扳手手柄,驱动扳手主体带动挡圈一起转动,装或拆挡圈。
所述扳手主体为三角板,其角部以圆角过度;三个插销绕扳手主体中心一周圈均匀分布。
本发明优点是,设计合理,结构简单,利用内圈与外圈配合,在滚动体两端形成空腔,用于存储润滑脂,以保证轴承高速旋转的润滑需求;且组合安装方便快捷。

如图1-7所示,一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,所述轴承1包括内圈11、外圈12和滚动体13,所述内圈11置于外圈12内,两者同心且相互之间留有间隙,所述内圈11外表面和外圈12内表面均设置有沿圆周方向设置的沟槽,内圈11和外圈12沟槽配合后构成滚道,所述滚动体13置于滚道内;所述外圈12内表面两端分别设置有环形开口槽14,所述内圈11外表面两端分别设置环形挡块15,挡块15一一对应并伸入开口槽14内,间隙接触,滑动配合,并在滚动体13两端形成空腔16;所述空腔16内储存润滑脂;所述内圈11包括主体111、挡圈112,所述挡圈112套在主体111上,与主体111螺纹连接,所述挡圈112与设置在主体111上的开口槽相对,共同构成内圈11外表面上的沟槽;两个挡块15,一挡块15设置在主体111上,与主体111一体,一挡块15设置在挡圈112上,与挡圈112一体;所述螺纹为防松螺纹;所述轴承1安装在安装轴2上;所述安装轴2穿过内圈11内孔,其轴肩抵在挡圈112上,轴肩尺寸大于主体111与挡圈112螺纹配合的尺寸。
所述三支点扳手包括扳手主体32,所述扳手主体32上一周圈均匀分布设置有三个插销33,所述三支点扳手还包括扳手手柄34,扳手手柄34与板手主体32连接;在所述挡圈112与主体111相对侧端面上一周圈均匀分布设置有三个盲孔31;三个插销33一一对应并挡圈111的盲孔31内,旋转扳手手柄34,驱动扳手主体34带动挡圈111一起转动,装或拆挡圈111;所述扳手主体32为三角板,其角部以圆角过度;三个插销33绕扳手主体32中心一周圈均匀分布。

1.一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,所述轴承包括内圈、外圈和滚动体,其特征在于,所述内圈置于外圈内,两者同心且相互之间留有间隙,所述内圈外表面和外圈内表面均设置有沿圆周方向设置的沟槽,内圈和外圈沟槽配合后构成滚道,所述滚动体置于滚道内;所述外圈内表面两端分别设置有环形开口槽,所述内圈外表面两端分别设置环形挡块,挡块一一对应并伸入开口槽内,间隙接触,滑动配合,并在滚动体两端形成空腔;所述空腔内储存润滑脂;
所述内圈包括主体、挡圈,所述挡圈套在主体上,与主体螺纹连接,所述挡圈与设置在主体上的开口槽相对,共同构成内圈外表面上的沟槽;两个挡块,一挡块设置在主体上,与主体一体,一挡块设置在挡圈上,与挡圈一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,其特征在于,所述螺纹为防松螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,其特征在于,所述轴承安装在安装轴上;所述安装轴穿过内圈内孔,其轴肩抵在挡圈上,轴肩尺寸大于主体与挡圈螺纹配合的尺寸。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,其特征在于,通过三支点扳手装或拆挡圈;
所述三支点扳手包括扳手主体,所述扳手主体上一周圈均匀分布设置有三个插销,所述三支点扳手还包括扳手手柄,扳手手柄与板手主体连接;
在所述挡圈与主体相对侧端面上一周圈均匀分布设置有三个盲孔;三个插销一一对应并挡圈的盲孔内,旋转扳手手柄,驱动扳手主体带动挡圈一起转动,装或拆挡圈。
5.根据权利要4所述的一种挡圈螺纹锁紧式轴承,其特征在于,所述扳手主体为三角板,其角部以圆角过度;三个插销绕扳手主体中心一周圈均匀分布。
