Claims (3)

1. The wetting agent for three-proofing finishing is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-10 parts of surfactant with molecular formula of C6H55-20 parts of-O-R-OH substance, 5-10 parts of environment-friendly solvent and 60-90 parts of water;
the surfactant is composed of carbonyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol propylene oxide-ethylene oxide block copolymer and polyhydroxy amine compound according to the mass ratio of 1:8: 1; the carbonyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether adopts at least one of carbon chain number of 10 and EO number of 5-8, the EO content of the fatty alcohol propylene oxide-ethylene oxide block copolymer is 20%, and the polyhydroxy amine compound adopts at least one of ethylenediamine propylene oxide-ethylene oxide block copolymer and ethylenediamine ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block copolymer;
said formula C6H5The substance of-O-R-OH is ethylene glycol phenyl ether or propylene glycol phenyl ether.
2. The wetting agent for three-proofing finishing of claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly solvent is at least one of butyl triethylene glycol, diethylene glycol and dipropylene glycol.
3. A method for preparing the wetting agent for three-proofing finishing of any one of claims 1 to 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) respectively weighing surfactant with formula amount and molecular formula of C6H5-O-R-OH, an environmentally friendly solvent and water for use;
2) adding 50% of water at normal temperature and normal pressure into a reaction kettle equipped with a stirrer, heating to 60 ℃, adding surfactant at formula amount, and stirring for 20-50 min;
3) adding formula amount of molecular formula C into the mixture obtained in the step 2) under the condition of continuous stirring6H5-O-R-OH for 10-20 min;
4) adding the environment-friendly solvent with the formula amount into the mixture obtained in the step 3) under the condition of continuous stirring for 10-20min, and then adding the rest 50% of water;
5) continuously stirring the mixture obtained in the step 4), stirring for 20-30min, and then discharging to obtain the product.
