Cold rolling of aluminium is one of the most important processes in aluminium processing, and the lubricating fluid is critical to the ability of cold rolling of aluminium to produce continuously and to the quality of the finished aluminium sheet or foil strip.
The traditional cold rolling process of the aluminum plate strip or the aluminum foil generally adopts light pure oil (such as D60, D80, D100 and the like) and lubricating oil consisting of additives for rolling. This lubricating oil technique has limited rolling speed and pass reduction due to insufficient cooling rate. Meanwhile, the light pure oil has low viscosity, is very easy to volatilize and cause fire, has high oil consumption and causes high rolling cost.

Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the technical problem of the skilled person to prevent the white spots caused by the water corrosion of the rolled aluminum coil and the blackening of the whole plate surface caused by the water corrosion.

Therefore, the phenomenon is simulated by adopting a standard corrosion test, the lamination corrosion test in a reference standard method (GB/T6144-2010) is tested, and the corrosion area (%) is taken as a key parameter of water corrosion white spot after a test piece is taken out. The rolling mill verifies that the obtained experimental result is consistent with the water corrosion white spot condition generated by rolling the aluminum coil by the actual rolling mill. It is considered that the water corrosion white spot test can reflect the actual formation of water corrosion white spots.
A water corrosion blackening experiment and a water corrosion resistance degree experiment: the phenomenon of blackening of the aluminum plate caused by water corrosion means that when the aluminum plate strip is rolled and deformed and a new aluminum surface is formed, rolling liquid is lack of water corrosion resistance in a roll gap area, so that the whole plate surface of the aluminum plate strip at the outlet of a rolling mill is blackened, and even the aluminum plate strip is gradually blackened in the placing process. Therefore, the lamination experiment is adopted to simulate the phenomenon that the new aluminum surface is blackened in the production and placing process, the lamination experiment in the method (GB/T6144-2010) of the reference standard is tested, and the corrosion area (%) of the aluminum surface is taken out as one of the parameters of the water corrosion blackening degree; similarly, in the experiment of the degree of water corrosion resistance, the lamination corrosion test is adopted to simulate the blackening problem caused by water corrosion, the method refers to the standard lamination corrosion test (SH/T0692), and the oxygen content of the surface of the taken aluminum sheet is used as another parameter of the blackening degree caused by water corrosion. The rolling mill verifies that the results of the obtained water corrosion blackening experiment and the results of the water corrosion resistance degree experiment are consistent with the actual conditions, and the water corrosion blackening experiment and the water corrosion resistance degree experiment can be considered to reflect the actual formation conditions of the water corrosion blackening.

To further verify the correctness of the conclusion, the pure oil rolling oil, the comparative formula 1, the inventive formula 2 and the inventive formula 3 were actually verified on an industrial production rolling mill, respectively, and referring to fig. 4 to 8, fig. 4 is a photograph of an aluminum coil obtained by rolling the pure oil rolling oil, fig. 5 is a photograph of an aluminum plate strip obtained by rolling the comparative formula 1, fig. 6 is a photograph of an aluminum coil obtained by rolling the inventive formula 1, fig. 7 is a photograph of an aluminum coil obtained by rolling the inventive formula 2, and fig. 8 is a photograph of an aluminum coil obtained by rolling the inventive formula 3.
The comparison shows that the surfaces of aluminum coils rolled on an industrial rolling mill by the formulas 1 and 3 are completely free of water corrosion white spots, the aluminum coils reach the level of a rolled plate surface of the traditional pure oil rolling oil, large white water corrosion spots exist at the edges and the middle part of the plate after the aluminum coils are rolled by the formula 1, a small amount of white spots also exist at the edge part of the formula 2, but compared with the formula 1, the improvement effect is obviously improved, and the result is consistent with the result of a simulation experiment.
In a water corrosion blackening experiment, compared with a comparison formula 1, the corrosion areas of the formula 1 and the formula 2 of the invention on the surface of an aluminum plate are within 10%, and the formula 1 of the invention even reaches the level of pure oil rolling oil. The inventive formulation 2 was also greatly enhanced over the comparative formulation 1, resulting in a reduction of the corrosion area from >90% to at most 10%. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it can be seen that the surface of the aluminum plate obtained according to the formula 1 of the present invention is smooth and has no blackening due to any water corrosion, while the surface of the aluminum plate obtained according to the comparative formula 1 is severely blackened.
The inventor also carries out element content analysis on the surfaces of the aluminum coils actually rolled by the pure oil rolling oil, the comparative formula 1 and the formula 1 of the invention, the obtained results are shown in the table III, and the data show that the oxygen content of the surface of the aluminum plate rolled by the comparative formula 1 exceeds 30 percent, which is considered to be the oxygen content increase caused by water corrosion, and the fact that the plate blackening of the comparative formula 1 is closely related to the water corrosion is shown. The oxygen content of the surface of the aluminum plate rolled by the formula 1 is equivalent to that of the surface of the aluminum plate rolled by the pure oil rolling oil.
Meanwhile, in a water corrosion resistance degree experiment developed in a laboratory, the content of alumina formed on the surface of an aluminum plate by the formula 1 is similar to that of alumina formed on the surface of the aluminum plate by pure oil rolling oil, and is far less than that of the alumina formed on the surface of the aluminum plate by the comparative formula 1. This also proves the correctness of the field rolling condition.

The comparison formula proves that under the combined action of oxyacid of phosphorus and organic amine in the water-soluble lubricating liquid, the water corrosion blackening can be effectively reduced. When the selected amine belongs to tertiary amine or comprises ethylene oxide groups, the blackening phenomenon of the surface of the aluminum plate caused by water corrosion can be greatly reduced and even prevented.
The comparison formula proves that under the combined action of oxyacid of phosphorus and organic amine in the water-soluble lubricating liquid, white spots generated by water corrosion and blackening generated by water corrosion can be effectively reduced. When the selected amines belong to tertiary amines (formula 1 and formula 2 of the invention, namely when the N atom in the amine is connected with two methyl groups) or comprise ethylene oxide groups (formula 1 of the invention), the blackening phenomenon of the surface of the aluminum plate caused by water corrosion can be greatly reduced and even prevented. The amine group including the ethylene oxide group is preferably used in combination with the amine group not including the ethylene oxide group, and the water corrosion prevention effect is also excellent (i.e., the present formula 3).
The inventor not only uses the EO-PO polymer with the mass percentage of 10-15wt% (shown in the table I) in the formula of the invention for testing, but also uses the EO-PO polymer with other proportions (0-10 wt% and 20-95 wt%) for testing, and also obtains similar results, namely, the water-soluble lubricating fluid provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively reduce the white spot and the black phenomenon caused by water corrosion mainly under the combined action of the oxyacid of phosphorus and the organic amine.
The inventor not only utilizes amines with the total number of carbon atoms of 12-14 to carry out tests, but also utilizes other amines with the total number of carbon atoms of 4-16 to carry out tests, and obtains similar results, namely under the combined action of oxyacid of phosphorus and organic amine, the water-soluble lubricating fluid provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively reduce white spots and blackening phenomena caused by water corrosion.
Therefore, the water-soluble lubricating liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for rolling the aluminum plate, and the aluminum coil obtained by rolling does not produce white corrosion spots. Therefore, the water-soluble lubricating liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce the influence of water corrosion white spots generated by rolling of the aluminum plate. On the other hand, the phenomenon of blackening of the surface of the aluminum coil obtained by rolling the aluminum plate by using the water-soluble lubricating liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention is also well improved, so that the problem of blackening of the surface of the aluminum plate produced by rolling the aluminum plate can be further improved by using the water-soluble lubricating liquid provided by the embodiment of the invention. The method improves the yield of the aluminum coil rolled by using the water-soluble lubricating liquid and makes the aluminum coil more beautiful.
In an experiment, in the oxyacid of phosphorus, the organic amine and the water-soluble polymer of the water-soluble lubricating liquid, when the mass fraction of the oxyacid of phosphorus is in the range of 0.1wt% -3.0wt%, the mass fraction of the organic amine is in the range of 3.0wt% -15.0wt% and the mass fraction of the water-soluble polymer is in the range of 0.0wt% -95.0wt%, the water-soluble lubricating liquid can reduce the water corrosion of an aluminum coil.
When the mass fraction range of the oxyacid of phosphorus in the water-soluble lubricating liquid, the mass fraction range of the organic amine in the water-soluble polymer, and the mass fraction range of the oxyacid of phosphorus in the water-soluble lubricating liquid is 0.2wt% -2.5wt%, the mass fraction range of the organic amine in the water-soluble polymer is 4.0wt% -14.0wt%, the mass fraction range of the water-soluble polymer in the water-soluble lubricating liquid is 10.0wt% -90.0wt%, the water corrosion effect of the aluminum coil by the water-soluble lubricating liquid is slightly excellent.
In the oxyacid of phosphorus, the organic amine and the water-soluble polymer in the water-soluble lubricating liquid, when the mass fraction range of the oxyacid of phosphorus is 0.6wt% -2.0wt%, the mass fraction range of the organic amine is 6.0wt% -12.0wt% and the mass fraction range of the water-soluble polymer is 10.0wt% -80.0wt%, the water-soluble lubricating liquid has a better effect of reducing water corrosion to an aluminum coil.
In the oxyacid of phosphorus, the organic amine and the water-soluble polymer in the water-soluble lubricating liquid, when the mass fraction range of the oxyacid of phosphorus is 1.0wt% -1.8wt%, the mass fraction range of the organic amine is 8.0wt% -10.0wt% and the mass fraction range of the water-soluble polymer is 50.0wt% -70.0wt%, the water-soluble lubricating liquid has the best effect of reducing the water corrosion of the aluminum coil.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a processing method for cold rolling of aluminum, which comprises the step of applying the water-soluble lubricating fluid to an aluminum plate or an aluminum foil strip.
Therefore, the aluminum coil obtained by rolling the aluminum plate by the processing method for cold rolling the aluminum provided by the embodiment of the invention does not generate white corrosion spots. Therefore, the processing method for cold rolling the aluminum provided by the embodiment of the invention can reduce the influence of water corrosion white spots generated by rolling the aluminum plate; on the other hand, the surface blackening phenomenon of the aluminum coil obtained by rolling the aluminum plate by using the aluminum cold rolling processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is also well improved, so that the surface blackening problem generated by rolling the aluminum plate can be further improved by using the aluminum cold rolling processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the yield of the aluminum coil is improved when the aluminum coil is rolled by using the water-soluble lubricating liquid, and the aluminum coil is more attractive.

Claims (6)

1. The water-soluble lubricating liquid for cold rolling of aluminum is characterized by comprising the following components:
a water-soluble polymer, the water-soluble polymer being an EO-PO polymer;
the oxyacid of phosphorus is at least one of phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, hypophosphorous acid and phosphorous acid;
an organic amine having the general formula (I):

The water-soluble lubricating fluid according to claim 1, wherein in the oxyacid of phosphorus, the organic amine, and the water-soluble polymer of the water-soluble lubricating fluid, the mass fraction of the oxyacid of phosphorus ranges from 0.2wt% to 2.5wt%, the mass fraction of the organic amine ranges from 4.0wt% to 14.0wt%, and the mass fraction of the water-soluble polymer ranges from 30.0wt% to 90.0wt%.

The water-soluble lubricating fluid according to claim 3, wherein in the oxyacid of phosphorus, the organic amine, and the water-soluble polymer of the water-soluble lubricating fluid, the mass fraction of the oxyacid of phosphorus ranges from 0.6wt% to 2.0wt%, the mass fraction of the organic amine ranges from 6.0wt% to 12.0wt%, and the mass fraction of the water-soluble polymer ranges from 40.0wt% to 80.0wt%.

The water-soluble lubricating fluid according to claim 4, wherein in the oxyacid of phosphorus, the organic amine, and the water-soluble polymer of the water-soluble lubricating fluid, the mass fraction of the oxyacid of phosphorus ranges from 1.0wt% to 1.8wt%, the mass fraction of the organic amine ranges from 8.0wt% to 10.0wt%, and the mass fraction of the water-soluble polymer ranges from 50.0wt% to 70.0wt%.
6. A method of cold rolling aluminum, comprising applying the water-soluble lubricating fluid according to any one of claims 1 to 5 to an aluminum plate or an aluminum foil strip.
