Claims (10)

1. A multipurpose textile apparatus comprising a main body supporting guard mechanism (1), characterized in that: a cutting mechanism (2) is fixedly arranged on one side of the main body supporting and protecting mechanism (1), a winding mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the main body supporting and protecting mechanism (1), the winding mechanism (3) comprises two winding shafts (301), a winding disc (302), an adjusting limit sleeve (303), a connecting rotating disc (304) and a positioning clamping strip (305), an adjusting limit sleeve (303) is arranged on the outer side of one end of the winding shaft (301), one end of the adjusting limit sleeve (303) is connected with a winding disc (302) in a sliding way, four positioning clamping strips (305) are arranged on the inner side of the winding disc (302), a connecting rotating disc (304) is fixedly installed on one side of the winding disc (302), one end of the winding mechanism (3) is connected with a limiting locking mechanism (4) in a sliding way, and a guide adjusting mechanism (5) is fixedly arranged on one side of the winding mechanism (3).

A multi-purpose textile apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the guide adjusting mechanism (5) comprises an end fixing plate (501), a second transmission motor (502), a limiting fixing strip (503), a guide pulley (504), a connecting sliding block (505), a transmission screw (506), a connecting frame (507), a guide mounting frame (508) and a guide wheel (509), wherein the end fixing plate (501) is fixedly installed at one end of the second transmission motor (502), two limiting fixing strips (503) are fixedly welded at one side of the second transmission motor (502), the guide pulley (504) is connected at one side of each limiting fixing strip (503) through a positioning pin, the connecting sliding block (505) is slidably connected to the upper end face of one limiting fixing strip (503), the transmission screw (506) is installed at the inner side of the connecting sliding block (505), the connecting frame (507) is fixedly installed at one side of the connecting sliding block (505), and the guide mounting frame (508) is fixedly welded at both ends of the connecting frame (507), the inner side of the guide mounting frame (508) is connected with a guide wheel (509) in a sliding way.

A multi-purpose textile apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the outside of coiling axle (301) is provided with the constant head tank, locator card strip (305) set up the inboard at the constant head tank, locator card strip (305) and coiling dish (302) injection moulding as an organic whole, adjust stop collar (303) and pass through threaded connection with coiling axle (301).

(A) checking whether the functions of all parts are intact, arranging chain wheels on the outer sides of one ends of two winding shafts (301), arranging chains on the outer sides of the chain wheels, enabling the two winding shafts (301) to be connected through the chains, enabling one winding shaft (301) to be connected with a first transmission motor (104) through a coupler, placing two winding disks (302) on the outer sides of the winding shafts (301), enabling a positioning clamping strip (305) to play a connecting and guiding role, enabling one ends of two cotton tapes or rope tapes to penetrate through a tape body transmission port (106) and a guide mounting frame (508), enabling a guide wheel (509) to guide a tape body, and finally fixing the guide wheel on the outer side of the winding disks (302);
(B) the outer side of the movable protective cover (102) is operated with a handle, so that the movable protective cover (102) is opened in a sliding manner, the upper end of a locking rod (407) is operated, the locking rod (407) drives the bottom end of a limiting vertical plate (402) to slide on the inner side of a guide sliding plate (401), the guide rod (403) plays a role in guiding the limiting vertical plate (402), a spring mounting seat (405) is connected with the limiting vertical plate (402) through a spring, the spring mounting seat (405) and a connecting support plate (406) can be driven to move, an adjusting limiting sleeve (303) is rotated according to a winding position, the position of a winding disc (302) can be determined, and the spring mounting seat (405) is fixed on the limiting vertical plate (402) through the support of the spring;
(C) the locking rod (407) is rotated, so that the locking rod (407) locks the limiting vertical plate (402) and the main body supporting frame (107), the winding disc (302) is kept stable, the movable protective cover (102) is reset, the protection is facilitated during the integral operation, the power supply is switched on, the second transmission motor (502) is started, the second transmission motor (502) drives the transmission screw (506) to rotate under the supporting action of the end fixing plate (501), the connecting slide block (505) is in threaded connection with the transmission screw (506), and the connecting slide block (505) drives the two guide wheels (509) to move to the position flush with the end part of the winding disc (302) under the guiding action of the limiting fixing strip (503);
(D) the first transmission motor (104) is started, so that the first transmission motor (104) drives the two winding shafts (301) to rotate, the winding operation of the winding disc (302) is further driven, the guide pulley (509) and the guide pulley (504) guide the belt body together, the operation stability is convenient to keep, meanwhile, the second transmission motor (502) is started, the second transmission motor (502) drives the connecting slide block (505) to reciprocate, the belt body can be uniformly wound on the outer side of the winding disc (302) through the guide of the guide pulley (509), the winding effect is better, and the textile use is convenient;
(E) after winding, the operation handle (202) is operated, so that the operation handle (202) drives the connection rotating seat (201) to rotate relative to the main body protective shell (101), the cutting blade (203) is driven to cut off the belt body, the locking rod (407) is operated, the limiting locking mechanism (4) is separated from one end of the winding shaft (301), and the winding disc (302) can be conveniently taken out and replaced.
