To further illustrate the present invention, the following description further illustrates an embodiment of a seed material packing mechanism with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following embodiments are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the seed guiding and packaging mechanism of the present invention comprises a material conveying support 1, a seed storage hopper 2, a seed conveying mechanism 3, a material blocking mechanism 4, a metering and transferring mechanism 5 and a tank conveying mechanism 6, wherein the seed conveying mechanism 3 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side above the material conveying support 1, the seed storage hopper 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 on the upper side of the seed conveying mechanism 3, the material blocking mechanism 4 and the metering and transferring mechanism 5 are sequentially arranged on the material conveying support 1 on the lower side of one end of the seed conveying mechanism 3 from top to bottom, and the tank conveying mechanisms 6 are respectively and horizontally and symmetrically arranged on the material conveying supports 1 on both sides of the metering and transferring mechanism 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the seed conveying mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a conveying motor 7, a conveying belt 8 and a material collecting pipe 9, wherein two ends of one side above a material conveying support 1 are respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected with a main conveying roller 10 and an auxiliary conveying roller 11, the conveying belt 8 is horizontally arranged on one side of the material conveying support 1, two sides of the conveying belt 8 are respectively and spirally wound on the main conveying roller 10 and the auxiliary conveying roller 11 which are respectively connected with two sides of the material conveying support 1, the conveying motor 7 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the material conveying support 1, the output end of the conveying motor 7 is vertically provided with a main belt pulley 12, one side of the main conveying roller 10 is vertically and coaxially provided with an auxiliary belt pulley 13, the main belt pulley 12 and the auxiliary belt pulley 13 are in transmission connection by a material conveying belt 14, the material collecting pipe 9 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 at the lower side of the auxiliary conveying roller 11, the upper end of the material collecting pipe 9 is provided with a circular arc structure matched with the conveying belt 8 along the side of the conveying belt 8, the seed storage hopper 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 on the upper side of the conveying belt 8, the connecting support 15 is horizontally and fixedly arranged between the seed storage hopper 2 and the material conveying support 1, the lower side of the seed storage hopper 2 is vertically communicated with a blanking pipe 16, a blanking rotary valve 17 is horizontally and rotatably connected in the blanking pipe 16, a material guiding motor 18 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the blanking pipe 16, and the material guiding motor 18 drives the blanking rotary valve 17 to rotate. As shown in fig. 3, the material blocking mechanism 4 of the invention is fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 at the lower side of the material collecting pipe 9, the material blocking mechanism 4 comprises a material blocking rotary hopper 19, a material pressing cylinder 20 and a reset tension spring 21, the material blocking rotary hoppers 19 are symmetrically arranged on the material conveying support 1 at the two sides of the lower end of the material collecting pipe 9, the cross sections of the material blocking rotary hoppers 19 are of fan-shaped structures, the circle centers of the material blocking rotary hoppers 19 are rotatably connected to the material conveying support 1, the reset tension spring 21 is obliquely and fixedly arranged between the lower side of the material blocking rotary hopper 19 and the material conveying support 1, the material conveying supports 1 at the two sides of the material collecting pipe 9 are respectively and vertically and downwardly fixedly provided with the material pressing cylinder 20, the output end of the material pressing cylinder 20 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a pinch roller support 22, and the pinch roller support 22 is horizontally and rotatably connected with a lifting pinch roller 23. As shown in fig. 4, the metering and transferring mechanism 5 of the present invention comprises a reciprocating rotating shaft 24, a transferring connecting plate 25, a transferring cylinder 26, a metering and weighing scale 27, a metering hopper 28 and a discharging hopper 29, wherein the reciprocating rotating shaft 24 is horizontally and rotatably connected to a material conveying bracket 1 at the lower side of a material collecting pipe 9, the transferring connecting plate 25 is vertically arranged at one side of the material conveying bracket 1, the transferring connecting plate 25 is of a sector structure, the center of the transferring connecting plate 25 is fixedly connected with the end of the reciprocating rotating shaft 24, a transferring gear 30 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the middle part of the reciprocating rotating shaft 24, a rack bracket 31 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the material conveying bracket 1 at the upper side of the transferring gear 30, a translation rack 32 engaged with the transferring gear 30 is horizontally and slidably arranged in the rack bracket 31, the transferring cylinder 26 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one side of the rack bracket 31, the output end of the transferring cylinder 26 is fixedly connected with the end of one side of the translation rack 32, the outer ends of two sides of the transferring connecting plate 25 are respectively and fixedly provided with a measuring weighing scale 27 along the radial direction of the transferring gear 30, the measuring weighing scales 27 on two sides of the transferring connecting plate 25 are mutually vertical, the outer side of the measuring weighing scale 27 is fixedly provided with a hopper connecting plate 33 along the radial direction of the transferring gear 30, one side of the hopper connecting plate 33 is provided with a measuring hopper 28, the end part of one side of the measuring hopper 28 is hinged with the hopper connecting plate 33, the lower end of one side of the hopper connecting plate 33 on two sides of the transferring connecting plate 25 is respectively and fixedly provided with a limit stop 34, the material conveying supports 1 on two sides of the transferring connecting plate 25 are respectively and vertically and upwardly fixedly provided with a hopper pushing cylinder 35, the output end of the hopper pushing cylinder 35 is horizontally and rotatably connected with a lifting pushing wheel 36, the material conveying supports 1 on two sides of the transferring connecting plate 25 are respectively and fixedly provided with a hopper, the can conveying mechanism 6 is respectively and horizontally and fixedly arranged on two sides below a material conveying support 1, the can conveying mechanism 6 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of a blanking hopper 29, the can conveying mechanism 6 comprises a can conveying support 38, a can conveying belt 39 and a can conveying motor 40, the can conveying support 38 is respectively and horizontally and fixedly arranged on two sides below the material conveying support 1, the can conveying support 38 is respectively and horizontally and rotatably connected with a can conveying rotating roller 41 on two sides, the can conveying belt 39 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the can conveying support 38, the can conveying belt 39 is horizontally wound on the can conveying rotating rollers 41 connected to two sides of the can conveying support 38, the can conveying motor 40 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side of the can conveying support 38, and the can conveying motor 40 drives the can conveying rotating roller 41 to rotate.
According to the invention, the conveying trough 42 with the U-shaped structure is horizontally arranged in the middle of the conveying belt 8 along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 8, so that seeds falling from the seed storage hopper 2 can uniformly fall into the conveying trough 42 of the conveying belt 8, the seeds can be conveyed efficiently and accurately, and the seeds are prevented from being scattered in a mess in the conveying process. A material blocking connecting plate 43 which is of a circular arc structure and matched with the conveying belt 8 is fixedly arranged on one side above the material collecting pipe 9, so that seeds conveyed by the conveying belt 8 can be limited and blocked, the seeds can be ensured to fall into the metering hopper 28 under the guiding action of the material blocking connecting plate 43, and the seeds are prevented from scattering in the conveying process. The material pouring baffle 44 is vertically arranged on one side above the discharging hopper 29, so that seeds in the falling process of the metering hopper 28 can be blocked, and the seeds in the falling process of the metering hopper 28 can be prevented from scattering. The bottom of the metering hopper 28 of the invention is of a hemispherical structure, so that seeds in the metering hopper 28 can be fully and completely poured into the discharging hopper 29, and the seeds are prevented from being piled, blocked and deposited at the bottom in the metering hopper 28.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the seed guide packaging mechanism is used, the seed conveying mechanism 3 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on one side above the material conveying support 1, the seed storage hopper 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 on the upper side of the seed conveying mechanism 3, the material blocking mechanism 4 and the metering and transferring mechanism 5 are sequentially arranged on the material conveying support 1 on the lower side of one end of the seed conveying mechanism 3 from top to bottom, the material conveying supports 1 on two sides of the metering and transferring mechanism 5 are respectively and horizontally and symmetrically provided with the tank conveying mechanisms 6, the seeds in the seed storage hopper 2 can be continuously and stably conveyed by the seed conveying mechanism 3, the seeds can be conveyed to the metering and transferring mechanism 5, the metering and transferring mechanism 5 can accurately and efficiently perform metering, transferring and packaging in a shunting manner to realize quantitative seed transferring, so that the seeds in the metering hopper 28 can be stably and smoothly poured into the round tank on the upper side of the tank conveying belt 39, the automatic packaging and conveying of seeds are realized, a main conveying roller 10 and an auxiliary conveying roller 11 which are connected to two sides of a material conveying support 1 are respectively wound and connected to two sides of a conveying belt 8, a main belt pulley 12 at the output end of the conveying motor 7 and an auxiliary belt pulley 13 at one side of the main conveying roller 10 are in transmission connection through a material conveying belt 14, the conveying motor 7 is used for driving the main belt pulley 12 to rotate, the conveying belt 8 can be driven by the conveying motor 7 to continuously and stably rotate and convey, a seed storage hopper 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 at the upper side of the conveying belt 8, a blanking rotary valve 17 is horizontally and rotatably connected in a blanking pipe 16 at the lower side of the seed storage hopper 2, a guide motor 18 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at one side of the blanking pipe 16, the blanking rotary valve 17 is driven by the guide motor 18 to rotate, so that the seeds in the seed storage hopper 2 can continuously and stably fall onto the conveying belt 8 under the, the seeds can be driven to continuously translate and convey in the rotating and conveying process by the conveying belt 8, the conveying trough 42 with a U-shaped structure is horizontally arranged in the middle of the conveying belt 8 along the conveying direction of the conveying belt 8, the seeds falling in the seed storage hopper 2 can uniformly fall into the conveying trough 42 of the conveying belt 8, the seeds can be conveyed efficiently and accurately, the seeds are prevented from scattering in a mess in the conveying process, the collecting pipe 9 is vertically and fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 at the lower side of the auxiliary conveying roller 11 end, the upper end of the collecting pipe 9 is provided with a circular arc structure matched with the conveying belt 8 along the conveying belt 8 side, the material stopping mechanism 4 is fixedly arranged on the material conveying support 1 at the lower side of the collecting pipe 9, the falling seeds conveyed by the conveying belt 8 can be folded and blanked by the collecting pipe 9, and the seeds can vertically and accurately fall into the metering hopper 28 of the metering and transferring mechanism 5, the material blocking mechanism 4 is utilized to enable the seeds falling in the material collecting pipe 9 to be temporarily received and collected, so that when the metering hopper 28 is driven by the transfer connecting plate 25 to move and cannot receive the seeds falling in the material collecting pipe 9, the material blocking mechanism 4 can temporarily collect the seeds falling in the material collecting pipe 9, the material blocking mechanism 4 can ensure that the seeds are not scattered when the metering hopper 28 is transferred in the process of continuously rotating the conveying belt 8 to convey the seeds, the cross section of the material blocking rotary hopper 19 symmetrically arranged on the material conveying supports 1 on two sides of the lower end of the material collecting pipe 9 is of a fan-shaped structure, the circle center of the material blocking rotary hopper 19 is rotatably connected to the material conveying supports 1, a reset tension spring 21 is obliquely and fixedly arranged between the lower side of the material blocking rotary hopper 19 and the material conveying supports 1, and the output ends of the hopper air cylinders 20 on two sides of the material collecting pipe 9 are horizontally and
