本发明涉及一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置及施工方法,属于热缩带施工技术领域。
背景技术
热缩带系列产品是为埋地及架空钢质管道焊口的防腐和保温管道的保温补口而设计的。它是由辐射交联聚烯烃基材和特种密封热熔胶复合而成,特种密封热熔胶与聚烯烃基材、钢管表面及固体环氧涂层可形成良好的粘接。热缩带施工过程需要将热缩带粘接在管道上,然后进行热熔,最后经热压后成型。目前热缩带施工过程大都是通过人工进行烘烤、热压,施工效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置及施工方法。
本发明通过下述方案实现:一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置,其包括滑轨、烘烤控制装置,所述滑轨设有两个,为圆形结构,套在燃气管道上热缩带的两侧,所述燃气管道装在基坑内,所述烘烤控制装置的两侧各连接一个滑动控制装置,所述滑动控制装置套在对应的所述滑轨上,所述烘烤控制装置的下端连接喷火头,所述喷火头位于所述热缩带的上方。
所述滑动控制装置带动所述烘烤控制装置滑动,进而带动所述喷火头在所述热缩带的上方转动,所述滑动控制装置和所述烘烤控制装置无线连接到外部的控制器。
所述烘烤控制装置的下端连接弹性杆,所述弹性杆的下端连接热压辊,所述热压辊贴住所述热缩带。
每个所述滑轨均由两个半圈轨道拼接而成,所述滑轨的内侧连接支撑块,所述支撑块的内侧顶在所述燃气管道上。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置,其特征在于:所述烘烤控制装置(2)设有两台,每台所述烘烤控制装置(2)的两侧分别通过滑动控制装置(4)连接半圈轨道,两台所述烘烤控制装置(2)反向运行。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置,其特征在于:每个所述烘烤控制装置(2)的下端均连接喷火头(5)和所述热压辊(7),所述热压辊(7)位于所述喷火头(5)运动方向的后方。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置,其特征在于:所述喷火头(5)为可拆卸结构,所述喷火头(5)为点阵式出火,且弧形设置,所述喷火头(5)无线连接到外部的控制器。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工装置,其特征在于:所述热压辊(7)的按压力度可调节,所述热压辊(7)无线连接到外部的控制器。
9.一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工方法,其特征在于:其将滑轨(1)安装在燃气管道(3)上热缩带的两侧,通过滑动控制装置(4)在滑轨(1)上滑动,进而带动烘烤控制装置(2)滑动,喷火头(5)跟随烘烤控制装置(2)滑动,对热缩带进行喷火烘干,热压辊(7)对喷火后的热缩带进行滚压。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种管道补口防腐用热缩带的施工方法,其特征在于:其包括以下步骤:
步骤一、热缩带绕着燃气管道(3)一圈,将两个分别由两个半圈轨道拼接而成的滑轨(1)安装在燃气管道(3)上热缩带的两侧;
步骤二、每台所述烘烤控制装置(2)的两侧分别通过滑动控制装置(4)连接在半圈轨道上;
步骤三、选择合适的喷火头(5)连接在烘烤控制装置(2)的下端;
步骤四、调节热压辊(7)的按压力度;
步骤五、外部的控制器通过无线方式控制滑动控制装置(4)、烘烤控制装置(2)、喷火头(5)和热压辊(7)启动,两个烘烤控制装置(2)反向运行。
