1. A use method of an electric heating constant-temperature water bath kettle with good stability is characterized in that: the electric heating constant-temperature water bath kettle comprises a water bath box (2), a lifting mechanism (5), a water delivery mechanism (7) and a cleaning mechanism (4);
water bath (2): the top end of the water bath box is provided with a mounting groove (8), an inner container (10) is mounted in the mounting groove (8), the bottom end of the inner container (10) is communicated with a drain pipe (17), an electric heating pipe (26) is arranged between the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the water bath box, a liquid level sensor (20) and a temperature sensor (21) are mounted on the right inner wall of the water bath box, the end part of the drain pipe (17) extends to the outside of the water bath box (2), a solenoid valve is mounted on the side surface of the water bath box, a supporting seat (18) is mounted at the bottom end of the water bath box (2) in an array mode, fixing plates (28) are respectively fixed on the front inner wall and the rear wall of the water bath box, the top end of each fixing plate (28) is connected with a punching screen plate (29) through bolts, the punching screen plate (29) is located above the electric heating pipe (26), and an electric appliance chamber (9) is arranged at the position, located on the right side of the water bath box (2);
lifting mechanism (5): the test tube rack is installed in an electric appliance room (9), the top end of the lifting mechanism (5) is provided with a top plate (3), the bottom end of the top plate (3) is fixed with a top cover (13) at a position corresponding to the inner container (10), the top end of the top plate is provided with a second electric push rod (11), the telescopic end of the second electric push rod (11) is connected with a fixed seat (12), and the bottom end of the fixed seat (12) is provided with a test tube rack (6); the lifting mechanism (5) comprises a lifting plate (51), round rods (52) and a first electric push rod (53), the first electric push rod (53) is fixed at the bottom end of the electric appliance chamber (9), the telescopic end of the first electric push rod is connected with the lifting plate (51), the top end of the lifting plate (51) is connected with the top plate (3) through bolts, four groups of round rods (52) are arranged at the bottom end of the lifting plate in an array mode, the round rods (52) are connected with the water bath box (2) in an up-and-down sliding mode, and the input end of the first electric push rod (53) is electrically connected with the output end of the single chip microcomputer (1);
water delivery mechanism (7): the water delivery mechanism is arranged in the electric appliance chamber (9), the water inlet end of the water delivery mechanism (7) is communicated with an external water source, and the water delivery end of the water delivery mechanism is communicated with the inner container (10); the water delivery mechanism (7) comprises a water delivery pipe (71), a water pump (72) and a water inlet pipe (73), the water pump (72) is fixed on the inner wall of the electric appliance chamber (9), a water inlet of the water pump is communicated with the water inlet pipe (73), a water outlet of the water pump is communicated with the inner container (10) through the water delivery pipe (71), and an input end of the water pump (72) is electrically connected with an output end of the single chip microcomputer (1);
cleaning mechanism (4): the electric heating cleaning device comprises a screw rod (41), a movable plate (42), a cleaning brush cylinder (43), a guide rod (44) and a servo motor (45), wherein the screw rod (41) and the guide rod (44) are parallelly arranged between the left inner wall and the right inner wall of a liner (10) and are parallel to an electric heating pipe (26), the screw rod (41) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the liner (10), the movable plate (42) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (41) and is in sliding connection with the guide rod (44), the cleaning brush cylinder (43) corresponding to the electric heating pipe (26) is arranged on the side surface of the movable plate, the cleaning brush cylinder (43) is sleeved on the side surface of the corresponding electric heating pipe (26), the servo motor (45) is arranged on the inner wall of an electric appliance chamber (9), and the output shaft of the servo motor is connected with the end part of the screw rod (41);
wherein: the water bath box is characterized by further comprising a timer (23), a buzzer (24) and a single chip microcomputer (1), wherein the timer (23), the buzzer (24) and the single chip microcomputer (1) are all installed on the front side face of the water bath box (2) and correspond to the electric appliance chamber (9) in position, the input end of the single chip microcomputer (1) is electrically connected with the timer (23), the liquid level sensor (20), the temperature sensor (21) and the output end of an external power supply, and the output end of the single chip microcomputer (1) is electrically connected with the input ends of the electric heating pipe (26), the electromagnetic valve, the second electric push rod (11), the servo motor (45) and the buzzer (24);
the sliding device is characterized by further comprising two groups of sliding strips (30), the two groups of sliding strips (30) are respectively fixed on the front side surface and the rear side surface of the connecting plate (61), sliding grooves corresponding to the sliding strips (30) are formed in the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the fixing seat (12), clamping columns (31) are arranged on the inner walls of the right side of the fixing seat, clamping grooves (32) corresponding to the clamping columns (31) are formed in the connecting plate (61), the sliding grooves are in sliding fit with the sliding strips (30), and the clamping grooves (32) are in clamping fit with the clamping columns (31);
when in use: when the test tube is in a water bath, the test tube is placed in the test tube rack, the test tube rack is clamped at the bottom end of the fixing seat, the water pump is started, an external water source is sucked into the water inlet pipe under the action of the water pump, after the water is filtered by the filter screen inside the filter cylinder, large granular impurities are removed, the water enters the inner container along the water conveying pipe, then the telescopic end of the first electric push rod is shortened, the round rod is driven to slide downwards, the lifting plate is driven to descend, the top plate and the top cover are driven to descend, the inner container is sealed, the temperature is preset, the electric heating pipe is started, the water is heated to a constant temperature, the operation is stopped, the temperature is kept at the preset temperature, the reagent inside the test tube is subjected to constant-temperature water bath heating, after the heating is finished, hot water is discharged, certain cold water is input by the water conveying mechanism to cool, then the output shaft of the servo motor drives the screw rod to rotate, and further drives the movable plate to move along the direction of the guide rod, and then drive a cleaning brush section of thick bamboo and clean electric heating pipe's side, the scraper blade of fly leaf bottom cleans the bottom of inner bag simultaneously, ensures electric heating pipe's heating efficiency, and the sewage is discharged from the drain pipe after the cleanness is accomplished.
