Background
In order to prevent a patient from vomitting, vomitus is made everywhere, the vomitus which is vomited by the patient needs to be collected by a collecting device, at present, a collecting basin is generally placed below a sickbed, when the patient needs to vomit, the collecting basin is taken up to vomit, the vomitus is spitted into the collecting basin, the vomitus needs to be manually and frequently poured out of the collecting basin, the collecting basin is manually cleaned, odor is prevented from being dispersed and staying in a ward, discomfort of other patients is caused, the vomitus is manually and frequently poured out, the collecting basin is manually cleaned, and the patient is troublesome and needs to spend more time and energy.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a sickbed which can collect vomitus, prevent the smell from diffusing, avoid frequent vomitus pouring, save time and labor and facilitate the vomitus of patients.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that vomit needs to be frequently poured manually and the collection basin needs to be cleaned manually, and the technical problem to be solved is to provide a sickbed which can collect the vomit, can prevent odor from diffusing, does not need to pour the vomit frequently, can save time and labor and is convenient for patients to vomit.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a hospital bed for patients to vomit, comprising: a bed frame, the end of which is connected with a bed board; one side of the end part of the bed board is connected with two L-shaped guide frames; the L-shaped guide frame is internally connected with a guide block in a sliding manner; the movable box is connected between the guide blocks; the upper part of one side of the movable box is connected with the collecting hopper; the top of the collecting hopper is hinged with a cover; the collecting box is connected in the movable box in a sliding manner; the push-out mechanism is arranged between the bed plate and the moving box; and the feeding mechanism is arranged on the collecting hopper and is in transmission connection with the pushing mechanism.
Preferably, the push-out mechanism includes: the fixing frame is connected with one side of the end part of the bed plate; the two sides of the lower part of the fixing frame are both connected with the L-shaped racks; the servo motor is arranged on the other side of the movable box; the lower part of one side of the moving box is rotatably connected with a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is connected with a servo motor; and the two sides of the first rotating shaft are both connected with a traveling gear which is meshed with the L-shaped rack.
Preferably, the feeding mechanism comprises: the bottom of the collecting hopper is rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft; the middle part of one side of the moving box is rotatably connected with a third rotating shaft; one end of the third rotating shaft and the middle part of the first rotating shaft are both connected with the first bevel gears, and the two first bevel gears are meshed; the other end of the third rotating shaft and one end of the second rotating shaft are both connected with a second bevel gear, and the two second bevel gears are meshed; the other end of the second rotating shaft is connected with the one-way clutch; the one-way clutch is connected with the gear wheel; the spiral feeding shaft is rotatably connected to one side of the collecting hopper; the screw feeding shaft is connected with a small gear, and the small gear is meshed with the large gear.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the collecting hopper can be pushed out from the lower side of the bed plate through the pushing mechanism, the collecting hopper can collect vomitus, the vomitus in the collecting hopper can be conveyed to the collecting box through the feeding mechanism, the smell of the vomitus can be prevented from being emitted due to the matching of the movable box and the collecting box, the collecting box can contain more vomitus, therefore, the vomitus does not need to be frequently poured, and time and labor can be saved.
2. Through the cooperation of clean mechanism and swing subassembly, can fight to collecting and wash, will collect and fight the sanitization.
