Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the night care bed for gastroenterology patients convenient for vomit collection according to the present invention comprises a bed frame 1 (the bed frame 1 is only partially shown in the whole width direction in the figure to focus on the positional relationship and the connection relationship between the bed frame 1 and the relevant technical features), and a vomit collection device disposed at the head end of the bed frame 1. The vomitus collecting device comprises a collecting box 3 positioned below the bedstead 1, a box cover 2 arranged on the top of the collecting box 3 in an openable and closable manner, a bidirectional driving device used for driving the collecting box 3 to respectively extend from two sides of the bedstead 1, and a resetting mechanism used for automatically containing the collecting box 3 to the middle position of the bottom of the bedstead 1 after a patient vomits. The collecting box 3 is one in number and can respectively extend out from the left side and the right side of the bedstead 1 in the figure under the action of the bidirectional driving device. The bidirectional driving device is provided with two triggering parts respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the bedstead 1, a patient can drive the cover collecting box 3 to extend out from the corresponding side of the bedstead 1 by operating the triggering parts at any side, and the box cover 2 can be automatically opened in the extending process of the collecting box 3, so that the collecting box 3 can be in place for the patient to vomit. The collecting box 3 in the invention has high extending speed, and can be used for patients suffering from acute vomiting by combining the automatically opened box cover 2, thereby avoiding the situation that vomitus of the patients is scattered when the collecting box 3 is not ready for inverting.
As shown in fig. 4, a positioning block 26 is disposed at the bottom center of the cover 2, the positioning block 26 is slidably disposed on a sliding rod 27 distributed on the collecting box 3 along the width direction of the bed frame 1, and second return springs 25 are disposed on the sliding rod 27 at both sides of the positioning block 26. The box opening mechanism comprises a first blocking rod 5 fixed at the bottom of the bedstead 1 and a second blocking rod 4 arranged on the box cover 2, and the projections of the first blocking rod 5 and the second blocking rod 4 along the width direction of the bedstead 1 are superposed. After the collecting box 3 is extended from the right side of the frame 1, as shown in fig. 10, the first lever 5 on the right side of the frame 1 is engaged with the second lever 4 on the right side of the cover 2, so that the cover 2 is opened. At the same time, the left second return spring 25 is compressed, and the right second return spring 25 is extended. After the vomit of the patient is finished, the collecting box 3 moves to the middle of the bedstead 1 under the action of the reset mechanism, the first gear rod 5 and the second gear rod 4 are separated from each other at the moment, and the box cover 2 closes the top opening of the collecting box 3 under the action of the two second reset springs 25 again.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bidirectional driving apparatus mainly includes a main guide bar 6, two sub guide bars 9, and other acting members provided on the main guide bar 6 and the sub guide bars 9. The main guide bar 6 and the sub guide bar 9 are distributed along the width direction of the frame 1, and the ends are fixed to the frame 1 by conventional support bars (not shown). Two auxiliary guide rods 9 are positioned at two sides of the main guide rod 6 and distributed in a delta shape with the main guide rod 6.
The main guide bar 6 is provided with a slide block 16, the slide block 16 in fig. 3 is approximately in the shape of an isosceles triangle, and a hole is formed in the vertex angle position of the slide block and penetrates through the main guide bar 6. Through the matching of the hole and the main guide rod 6, the slide block 16 can not only be in sliding fit along the length direction of the main guide rod 6, but also be rotated by taking the main guide rod 6 as a circle center under the driving of external force. In order to ensure a flexible degree of sliding and rotational engagement between the slider 16 and the main guide bar 6, ball bearings and linear bearings are provided between the hole at the top corner of the slider 16 and the main guide bar 6 to reduce friction. The collecting chamber 3 is attached to the top corner of the slider 16, and when the slider 16 slides to the left along the main guide bar 6, the collecting chamber 3 is extended with the slider 16 from the left side of the frame 1, and vice versa. The two sides of the sliding block 16 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 23, and the arrangement position of the sliding groove 23 enables the two auxiliary guide rods 9 to be respectively clamped into the sliding grooves 23 on the corresponding sides and to be in sliding fit with the sliding grooves 23 in the process that the sliding block 16 rotates by taking the main guide rod 6 as a center. The width of the sliding chute 23 is consistent with the outer diameter of the auxiliary guide rod 9, and the chute wall of the sliding chute 23 and the periphery of the auxiliary guide rod 9 are both processed smoothly, so that the friction force of the sliding fit of the chute wall and the auxiliary guide rod is reduced.
The two auxiliary guide rods 9 are respectively sleeved with a compression spring 13. The compression spring 13 on the upper auxiliary guide rod 9 in fig. 2 is arranged on the right side of the compression spring 13, the right end of the compression spring 13 is fixed with the right end of the auxiliary guide rod 9, the left end forms an elastic end pointing to the right side of the sliding block 16, and a push block 14 is arranged. The push block 14 is slidably fitted on the sub guide rod 9 through a linear bearing, and a left end surface of the push block 14 is stopped by an elastic stopper 20, thereby keeping the compression spring 13 in a compressed state. When the elastic stopper 20 moves upward under the action of external force to separate from the pushing block 14, the compression spring 13 releases the elastic potential energy to push the pushing block 14 to move leftward rapidly along the auxiliary guide rod 9. In fig. 2, a compression spring 13 and a push block 14 are also arranged on the lower auxiliary guide rod 9, and the form is the same but opposite to the arrangement direction of the compression spring 13 and the push block 14 on the upper auxiliary guide rod 9, and therefore, the description is omitted.
The elastic stopper 20 in this embodiment is installed on the base block 15 fixed on the bed frame 1 in a matching manner, the base block 15 is provided with insertion holes distributed along the length direction of the bed frame 1, the elastic stopper 20 is slidably fitted in the insertion holes, and the bottom of the insertion holes is provided with a first return spring 21 for abutting the elastic stopper 20. The first return spring 21 shown in fig. 2 is in a naturally extended state, and when an external force drives the elastic stopper 20 to move into the insertion hole, the first return spring 21 is compressed; when the external driving action is removed, the first return spring 21 pushes the elastic stopper 20 again to the state shown in fig. 2. The actuating member for pushing the resilient stopper 20 out of engagement with the corresponding push block 14 in this embodiment is a push rod 18 disposed on both sides of the slider 16 near the base corners. When the sliding block 16 swings under the action of external force to enable one sliding groove 23 to be clamped into the auxiliary guide rod 9 on the corresponding side, the push rod 18 on the corresponding side simultaneously presses the elastic stop 20 into the base block 15, and at the same time, the elastic potential energy released by the compression spring 13 acts on the sliding block 16 through the push block 14, so that the collecting box 3 together with the sliding block 16 is rapidly pushed by the compression spring 13 along the main guide rod 6 and the corresponding auxiliary guide rod 9 to extend out of the bedstead 1.
In order to drive the sliding block 16 to swing, the sliding grooves 23 on both sides of the sliding block 16 are respectively matched with the corresponding auxiliary guide rods 9, and the push rods 18 on the sliding block 16 are respectively used for pushing the elastic sliding blocks 16 on the corresponding sides away from the push block 14, so that the sliding block 16 and the collecting box 3 thereon can be respectively and rapidly ejected from both sides of the bedstead 1, in the embodiment, a U-shaped rod 8 is adopted to be in transmission fit with the sliding block 16, and is driven by rotating two hand wheels 7 arranged on both sides of the bedstead 1 as a trigger, specifically:
the middle part of the U-shaped rod 8 penetrates through an assembling hole 22 formed in the middle position of the sliding block 16, two ends of the U-shaped rod 8 are fixedly connected with wheel shafts 701 of the two hand wheels 7 respectively, and the wheel shafts 701 of the two hand wheels 7 are coaxially distributed with the main guide rod 6. When the hand wheel 7 is rotated, namely, the wheel shaft 701 drives the U-shaped rod 8 to rotate around the main guide rod 6, so that the middle part of the U-shaped rod 8 and the assembling hole 22 are matched to drive the sliding block 16 to rotate around the main guide rod 6, the sliding groove 23 on the sliding block 16 is clamped and matched with the corresponding auxiliary guide rod 9, and the push rod 18 on the sliding block 16 is matched with the corresponding elastic stop 20 to release the blocking effect of the elastic stop 20 on the corresponding push block 14.
In this embodiment, the hand wheel 7 is in one-way torque transmission fit with the self wheel shaft 701. As shown in fig. 5, the inner ring 702 of the handwheel 7 is rotatably disposed on the bed frame 1 through a bearing, and the wheel shaft 701 of the handwheel 7 is inserted into the inner ring 702 and is engaged with the inner ring 702 through a ratchet mechanism 703. When the inner ring 702 synchronously rotates along the clockwise direction by matching with the unidirectional transmission torque, namely the hand wheel 7 rotates clockwise, the pawls hinged on the inner wall of the inner ring 702 cannot be clamped in the ratchets arranged on the periphery of the wheel shaft 701, so that the wheel shaft 701 cannot rotate, the U-shaped rod 8 cannot rotate, and the sliding block 16 cannot swing; when the hand wheel 7 drives the inner ring 702 to rotate anticlockwise, the pawl is clamped into the ratchet, the wheel shaft 701 rotates clockwise synchronously, the U-shaped rod 8 correspondingly swings at the moment, and the sliding block 16 also swings under the action of the U-shaped rod 8. In this embodiment, the torque transmission directions of the two hand wheels 7 on the two sides of the bedstead 1 are opposite, so that the single trigger piece rotates to trigger the collecting box 3 to pop up from the bedstead 1 on the corresponding side, thereby avoiding the situation that the collecting box 3 is triggered to pop up from the two sides of the bedstead 1 by the bidirectional rotation of one hand wheel 7, and further avoiding the situation that the head of the patient stretches out from one side of the bedstead 1 and the collecting box 3 stretches out from the opposite side after the corresponding trigger piece is operated, and the patient needs to adjust the body position again to vomit.
As shown in fig. 1, the reset mechanism in this embodiment includes a lead screw 12 distributed in parallel on the main guide bar 6 and a motor 17 for driving the lead screw 12 to rotate.
The screw rod 12 is located right below the main guide rod 6, two ends of the screw rod 12 are provided with threads with opposite turning directions and are respectively provided with a screw nut 11 in a matching way, and the screw nuts 11 are respectively and fixedly provided with a shifting piece 10 for shifting the sliding block 16 to the middle position of the bedstead 1. When the motor 17 drives the screw 12 to rotate in different directions, the plectrum 10 reciprocates left and right along the length direction of the screw 12 through the matching between the nut 11 and the screw 12. During the movement of the pick 10, the push block 14 is pushed to move to the initial position shown in fig. 1 by engaging with the side of the push block 14 opposite to the compression spring 13, and the compression spring 13 is compressed to the initial state again. As shown in fig. 2, wedge surfaces 19 are respectively arranged at the left side of the pushing block 14 on the lower auxiliary guide rod 9 and the right side of the corresponding elastic stop 20, so that during the process that the pushing block 14 is pushed to the left by the corresponding plectrum 10, the elastic pushing block 14 can be pressed into the base block 15 through the cooperation of the two wedge surfaces 19, and the effect that the pushing block 14 passes over the restored elastic pushing block 14 to reach the initial state shown in fig. 2 again is achieved.
The control circuit of the motor 17 is connected with a controller for controlling the starting and rotating direction of the motor 17. The controller has a touch switch 24 and a control program is built in. As shown in fig. 3, the fitting hole 22 is a strip-shaped arc-shaped hole and is provided centering on the main guide lever 6. The number of the touch switches 24 is two, and the two touch switches 24 are embedded in the two end positions of the mounting hole 22, respectively. When the middle part of the U-shaped rod 8 contacts the touch switch 24, a control program in the controller is triggered. The control program has the functions of: after the touch switch 24 is started, firstly, the output shaft of the motor 17 is controlled to rotate in the forward direction in a delayed manner (about 1 minute), so that the two poking pieces 10 move towards the center of the screw 12 under the driving of the corresponding screw 12, the pushing block 14 is poked to move, the compression spring 13 releasing elasticity is compressed again, the pushing block 14 passes over the corresponding elastic stop block 20, and the embodiment is restored to the initial state; then the output shaft of the motor 17 is controlled to rotate reversely, so that the two shifting pieces 10 are driven by the nut 11 to move to the corresponding end parts of the screw 12, and preparation is made for the next reset.
The present embodiment takes the states shown in fig. 1 to 3 as initial states, and the following describes the implementation process of the present embodiment with reference to fig. 6 to 9:
after the patient produces nausea or other vomiting reaction precursors, the proper vomiting direction is selected according to the sleeping posture of the patient. Taking vomiting to the right as an example, a patient firstly extends his head out of the right side of the bedstead 1, rotates the hand wheel 7 on the right side of the bedstead 1, and drives the middle part of the U-shaped rod 8 and the hand wheel 7 to synchronously rotate under the driving of the ratchet mechanism 703 in the hand wheel 7 on the right side, so that on one hand, the sliding block 16 is driven to swing to the state shown in fig. 7 and 6, the right side of the sliding block 16 is clamped with one auxiliary guide rod 9 on the right side, and the elastic pushing block 14 on the right side is pressed into the base block 15 by the pushing rod 18; on the other hand, the touch switch 24 at the right end of the fitting hole 22 is penalized, and the controller starts the motor 17 after 1 minute.
At this time, the blocking effect of the lower pushing block 14 in fig. 6 disappears, the lower compression spring 13 releases the elastic potential energy, the elastic potential energy is transmitted to the sliding block 16 through the pushing block 14, the sliding block 16 is pushed to move rightwards rapidly along the main guide rod 6 and the lower auxiliary guide rod 9, until the collecting box 3 extends out from the right side of the bedstead 1 to reach the state shown in fig. 8 and 9. Since the case cover 2 is opened in the process of extending the collection case 3, the patient can vomit directly toward the collection case 3. In the process that the push block 14 pushes the slide block 16 to move, because the thrust matching surfaces of the push block 14 and the slide block 16 are rough friction surfaces, even if a patient looses his hand after rotating the right hand wheel 7 to trigger the compression spring 13, the slide block 16 can generate large friction force under the pressure action of the push block 14 to prevent the slide block 16 from sliding relative to the auxiliary guide rod 9 in the process of right movement sliding. After the sliding block 16 and the collecting box 3 thereon are pushed out of the bed frame 1, the compression spring 13 is not fully restored to the natural length, and the compression spring 13 still transmits the pressure to the sliding block 16 through the pushing block 14, so that the sliding block 16 still contacts and is matched with the pushing block 14, and the pushing force can be transmitted to the pushing block 14 from the sliding block 16 by the shifting piece 10 in the resetting mechanism, and the compression spring 13 is further compressed again through the shifting piece 10.
The patient can rest directly after vomiting, the motor 17 is started after the right touch switch 24 is touched for 1 minute, and the plectrums 10 on the left side and the right side are respectively retracted. During the left movement of the right side shifting piece 10, the pushing block 14 is shifted to move towards the center of the bed frame 1. During the movement of the push block 14, the push block 14 is reset by the cooperation of the push block 14 and the wedge surface 19 on the resilient stopper 20 to overcome the resilient stopper 20 in the restored state. After the push block 14 is reset, the output shaft is clicked to rotate reversely, the two shifting pieces 10 move outwards, and the compression spring 13 gradually extends in the process that the right shifting piece 10 moves outwards until the push block 14 is blocked by the elastic stop block 20 which is restored again. The output shaft of the motor 17 continuously rotates in the reverse direction, and the present embodiment is brought back to the initial state.
The collecting box 3 is hinged on the top of the sliding block 16, and the two sides of the collecting box 3 at the bottom of the bedstead 1 are respectively provided with a wire rail for clamping and sliding matching the collecting box 3, so that the top of the collecting box 3 is kept in a horizontal state by matching the collecting box 3 with the wire rails at the two sides.
