The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a loading basket 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for loading dishes, and the loading basket 100 includes a body 10 and a spiral structure 20, wherein the body 10 is formed with a cavity 11, the cavity 11 is formed with an inlet 111, the spiral structure 20 is disposed in the cavity 11 and connected to the body 10, and the spiral structure 20 is used for sliding the dishes entering from the inlet 111 into the cavity 11 and carrying the dishes.
In the process of loading the tableware in the loading basket 100, a user only needs to put the tableware into the cavity 11 from the inlet 111, and the spiral structure 20 can slide the tableware into the cavity 11 and bear the tableware, so that the automatic placement of the tableware is realized, the time for loading the tableware is saved, and the use convenience of the loading basket 100 is improved.
The loading basket 100 may be used in a dishwasher, a sterilizer, a washer, and the like. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a user may place dishes at the inlet 111 of the chamber 11, and the dishes can slide into the chamber 11 through the spiral structure 20 and be carried on the spiral structure 20, thereby achieving automatic placement of the dishes. Taking a dishwasher as an example, the dishwasher comprises a cavity formed with a washing chamber. Before the loading basket 100 is loaded with cutlery, the loading basket 100 is placed as shown in fig. 2, and the cutlery enters the chamber 11 from the inlet 111 and is carried on the spiral structure 20. Thereafter, the user may place the loading basket 100 with the dishes in a lateral direction and take it into the washing chamber, close the chamber, and then turn on the dishwasher to wash the dishes. It can be understood that due to the existence of the spiral structure 20, the tableware can be automatically spaced, so that the automatic placement of the tableware can be realized, and the cleaning effect can be ensured.
In the present embodiment, the loading basket 100 may be made of a plastic material having good thermal plasticity, such as Polypropylene (PP). That is, both the body 10 and the helical structure 20 may be made of PP material. Thus, the loading basket 100 is light in weight and good in heat resistance, and meanwhile, the plastic material is easy to machine and form, so that the machining time can be saved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. It will be appreciated that the loading basket 100 may be made of other plastic or non-plastic materials.
It should be understood that the body 10 and the spiral structure 20 may be integrally formed, or may be separately formed and then fixedly connected together by thermal welding, etc. in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, the body 10 and the spiral structure 20 are integrally formed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in the present embodiment, the chamber 11 is further formed with an outlet 112, the inlet 111 and the outlet 112 are located at opposite sides of the body 10, and the outlet 112 is used for sliding the dishes in the chamber 11 out of the chamber 11 from the spiral structure 20.
In this way, when the user needs to take the dishes, the dishes can slide out of the spiral structure 20 and out of the outlet 112 into the chamber 11, which is simple and convenient.
In particular, in this embodiment, the body 10 is substantially cylindrical in shape, with the inlet 111 of the chamber 11 at the top of the body 10, the outlet 112 at the bottom of the body 10, and the helix 20 extending downwardly from the inlet 111 to the bottom of the body 10 in the orientation of fig. 1 and 2. When a user loads tableware, the loading basket 100 is vertically placed on a kitchen range or a table top, the tableware can enter the chamber 11 through the inlet 111 and be borne on the spiral structure 20, after loading is completed, the user can transversely place the loading basket 100 in the dishwasher, after washing is completed, the user can further vertically place the loading basket 100 on the kitchen range or the table top, at the moment, the loading basket 100 can be used as a placing frame for placing the tableware, when the user needs to take out the tableware, the user can lift the loading basket 100, at the moment, the tableware can slide out of the chamber 11 along the spiral structure 20 through the outlet 112, and automatic stacking is achieved. It should be noted that for fragile tableware (such as glass tableware and ceramic tableware), the user needs to lift the loading basket more slowly to avoid the damage of the tableware due to rapid falling. It is understood that in other embodiments, the outer shape of the body 10 may be other shapes, such as a square column shape, a polygonal shape, an irregular shape, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the body 10 is formed with a plurality of spaced through holes 13, and the through holes 13 communicate with the chamber 11.
As such, when the loading basket 100 is laterally placed in a household appliance such as a dishwasher to wash dishes, washing water may enter the chamber 11 through the plurality of through holes 13 to efficiently wash the dishes. In the illustrated embodiment, the through holes 13 have a long shape and extend in the height direction of the body 10, and the through holes 13 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the body 10. It is understood that in other embodiments, the shape of the through hole 13 may also be a regular shape such as a circle or an irregular shape.
In the present embodiment, the body 10 includes a side plate 12, the side plate 12 encloses a chamber 11, and a through hole 13 is opened on the side plate 12, so that when the loading basket 100 is horizontally placed, the washing water can flow into the chamber 11 through the through hole 13 to wash the dishes.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the body 10 further includes a bottom plate 14, a side plate 12 and the bottom plate 14 are connected to form the chamber 11, and the spiral structure 20 is connected to the side plate 12, and the bottom plate 14 is located on the side opposite to the inlet 111.
In this manner, the bottom plate 14 supports the lowermost utensil and prevents it from sliding out of the compartment 11. In this case, when the dishes are to be taken out, the loading basket 100 may be inverted so that the dishes slide out of the loading basket 100 from the entrance.
Further, in some embodiments, the bottom panel may be removably attached to the side panel 12. For example, in one example, the bottom panel 14 and the side panel 12 may be removably coupled by a threaded connection. In another example, the bottom plate and the side plate 12 may be detachably connected by a snap-fit connection, for example, a first snap-fit portion (not shown) is formed on the bottom plate 14, and a second snap-fit portion (not shown) is formed on the side plate 12, and the first snap-fit portion and the second snap-fit portion are snapped to realize the detachable connection of the bottom plate 14 and the side plate 12.
In this manner, when it is desired to remove the cutlery from the compartment 11, the base plate 14 can be removed and the cutlery can then be slid out of the compartment 11 along the spiral structure 20 from the outlet 112.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the base plate 14 and side plate 12 may also be rotatably connected, for example by a shaft (not shown), and the base plate 14 may be rotated relative to the side plate 12 to open and close the outlet of the chamber 11. Specifically, the bottom plate 14 may form a first connecting portion (not shown), the side plate 12 may form a second connecting portion (not shown), and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion may be connected by a rotating shaft to achieve rotational connection of the bottom plate and the side plate 12. In addition, in order to fix the bottom plate 14 to the side plate 12 when the opening is closed, a snap structure may be formed on the side plate 12 or the bottom plate 14, for example, a snap groove is formed on the side plate 12, and a protrusion is formed on the bottom plate 14, and the protrusion is matched with the snap groove to fix the bottom plate 14 to the side plate 12.
Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the inner diameter D of the spiral structure 20 is smaller than the outer dimension of the dish, and the outer diameter D of the spiral structure 20 is greater than or equal to the outer dimension of the dish.
In this manner, the cutlery does not fall off the spiral structure 20 when it slides along the spiral structure 20 into the compartment 11 and is carried on the spiral structure 20. In addition, since the outer diameter D of the spiral structure 20 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the outer edge of the tableware, the tableware can smoothly and smoothly slide into the cavity 11 along the spiral structure 20 and be supported on the spiral structure 20 without causing the dinner plate to be stuck in the spiral structure 20.
Typically, for a generally circular plate, the outer dimension of the plate is the outer diameter, which is typically between 210mm and 370mm, so that in this embodiment the outer diameter D of the helix 20 is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the plate, e.g. the outer diameter D of the helix 20 is greater than or equal to 210mm at a plate diameter of 210mm, and the inner diameter D of the helix 20 is less than the diameter of the plate, e.g. the inner diameter of the helix 20 is less than 370mm at a plate diameter of 370 mm. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, for dishes that are non-circular and have a circumcircle, the rim dimension may be the diameter of the circumcircle of the dish, for example, when the dish is square or triangular. In addition, in some embodiments, for irregularly shaped dishes as well as dishes that do not have a circumscribed circle, the outer edge dimension refers to the diameter of the smallest circle that can enclose the dish throughout.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the pitch P of the spiral structure 20 is greater than or equal to the height of the dishes.
In this way, the cutlery can be smoothly slid into the compartment 11 and carried on the screw structure 20 without causing the cutlery to be too thick in height and to become jammed in the screw structure 20.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the spiral structure 20 includes a plurality of spiral units 21 connected along the spiral direction of the spiral structure 20, and each spiral unit 21 is used for carrying a tableware.
In this way, each screw unit 21 can carry a single dish, so that the screw structure 20 can automatically space the dishes apart to prevent the dishes from piling up in the screw structure 20 and affecting the cleaning effect.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a plurality of spiral units 21 are connected to each other up and down to form the spiral structure 20, and the pitch of each spiral unit 21 in the up and down direction is the size of the pitch P of the spiral structure 20.
Typically, for a typical dish, the height is typically between 30mm and 50mm, and the pitch P of the helix 20 is preferably in the range of 40mm to 60mm, so that neither multiple utensils are stacked together on the same helix unit 21 due to too large pitch P, nor is there an insufficient load of one utensil per helix unit 21 due to too small pitch P.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the body 10 includes a first part 101 and a second part 102, the first part 101 and the second part 102 can be relatively closed and opened, the first part 101 and the second part 102 define a chamber 11 together when the first part 101 and the second part 102 are relatively closed, the spiral structure 20 includes a first structure 201 and a second structure 202, the first structure 201 is mounted on the first part 101, the second structure 202 is mounted on the second part 102, the first structure 201 is connected with the second structure 202 to form the spiral structure 20 when the first part 101 and the second part 102 are in a relatively closed state, and the first structure 201 is separated from the second structure 202 when the first part 101 and the second part 102 are in a relatively open state.
In this way, when the tableware is required to be taken out of the cavity, the cavity 11 can be opened only by relatively opening the first part 101 and the second part 102 of the body 10, so that the user can conveniently and quickly take the tableware out of the first structure or the second structure. When loading the cutlery, the first part 101 and the second part 102 are closed and locked, after which the user slides the cutlery through the inlet 111 along the screw structure 20 into the chamber 11 and bears on the screw structure 20.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first part 101 and the second part 102 of the body 10 are symmetrical to each other, and the first structure 201 and the second structure 202 of the helical structure 20 are symmetrical to each other. This is easy to manufacture.
In addition, the first part 101 and the second part 102 are rotatably connected, for example, by means of a shaft connection. Alternatively, first part 101 and second part 102 may be detachably connected, for example, in the case of no locking between first part 101 and second part 102, first part 101 and second part 102 may be openable and separable as a part for placing tableware independently. When first part 101 and second part 102 are closed and locked, the loading basket 100 may be used for the insertion, washing, placement, etc. of dishes. The first part 101 and the second part 102 can be locked by means of snap fit, interference fit, etc., and the specific manner of locking is not limited.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the helical structure may also be integrally mounted to the first component 101 or the second component 102.
Specifically, in the case that the spiral structure 20 is installed on the first member 101, the spiral structure 20 may be integrally formed with the first member 101, and the second member 102 may be formed to constitute the loading basket 100 with the first member 101.
Of course, the helix 20, the first part 101 and the second part 102 may also be formed separately, after which the helix is mounted on the first part 101.
In the case where the spiral structure 20 is installed in the second member 102, the same as the above case, and the explanation thereof will not be repeated.
In addition, in some embodiments, the inner diameter of the spiral structure 20 is gradually decreased from the inlet 111 to the body side opposite to the inlet 111.
Like this, can hold the tableware of more size difference in size in helical structure 20, increase the use scene of loading basket 100, richen the loading function of loading basket 100.
In particular, in some households, tableware used in the home is typically available in a variety of sizes, large and small. Since the inner diameter of the spiral structure 20 gradually decreases from the inlet 111 to the side of the body 10 opposite to the inlet 111, a user can slide small tableware into the chamber 11 through the spiral structure 20, and then sequentially slide large tableware into the chamber 11 and be carried by the spiral structure 20, so that the purpose of automatically placing large and small tableware together and cleaning the large and small tableware together can be achieved.
It is understood that when the inner diameter of the spiral structure 20 is gradually decreased from the inlet 111 to the side of the body 10 opposite to the inlet 111, the user may have difficulty in taking dishes, and therefore, the body 10 and the spiral structure 20 may be configured as separate structures, that is, the body 10 includes the first part 101 and the second part 102, and the spiral structure 20 includes the first structure 201 and the second structure 202, or the body 10 includes the first part 101 and the second part 102, and the spiral structure 20 is integrally installed in the first part 101 or the second part 102. In this way, a user may open either the first part 101 or the second part 102 to open the compartment 11, thereby enabling the user to conveniently and quickly remove utensils of different sizes from the compartment 11.
Referring to fig. 7, a household appliance 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cavity 200 and a loading basket 100 according to any one of the above embodiments, wherein the loading basket 100 is located inside the cavity 200 or outside the cavity 200.
In the household appliance 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention, in the process of loading the tableware, the user only needs to put the tableware into the cavity 11 from the inlet 111, and the spiral structure 20 can slide the tableware into the cavity 11 and bear the tableware on the spiral structure 20, so that the automatic placement of the tableware is realized, the time for loading the tableware is saved, and the convenience in use of the loading basket 100 is improved.
The household appliance package 1000 includes, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, a sterilizer, and a washer. Specifically, in the present embodiment, a user may place dishes at the inlet 111 of the chamber 11 of the loading basket 100, and the dishes can be slid into the chamber 11 through the spiral structure 20 and carried on the spiral structure 20, thereby achieving automatic setting of the dishes. Taking a dishwasher as an example, the cavity of the dishwasher is formed with a washing chamber, and after the loading basket 100 is loaded with dishes, a user may place the loading basket 100 in the washing chamber in a horizontal direction and then open the dishwasher to wash the dishes.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the household appliance 1000 further includes a door 300, and the door 300 can rotate relative to the cavity 200 to open and close the cavity 200.
In this way, when the tableware is required to be washed or sterilized, the door 300 may be opened, the loading basket 100 containing the tableware may be placed in the cavity 200, then the door 300 may be closed, and then the household appliance 1000 may be activated to wash or sterilize the tableware.
