And only when the service provider identification SPID in the CVP-2 Server or the embedded RUI-H Server equipment description is the same as the SPID in the presentation strategy of the advertisement material, the user terminal can play the advertisement content in the cache, otherwise, the user terminal can play the startup advertisement set by the user terminal by default or take other predefined actions.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where one or more programs are stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and the one or more programs are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps of the boot advertisement playing method for a user terminal as described in any above.
Embodiment three user terminals
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a user terminal, which includes a processor and a memory, where the processor is configured to execute a program stored in the memory, so as to implement the steps of the boot advertisement playing method for the user terminal described above.
Embodiment four user terminal
As shown in fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a user terminal, which includes an advertisement playing module 1001 and an advertisement agent module 1002, where:
the advertisement playing module 1001 is configured to send an advertisement request to the advertisement agent module 1002 after receiving a power-on instruction, where the advertisement request is used to request advertisement information to be played; receiving an advertisement response of the advertisement agent module 1002, and playing an advertisement according to the advertisement response;
the advertisement agent module 1002 is configured to receive an advertisement request from the advertisement playing module 1001, construct an advertisement response according to the pre-stored advertisement information to be played, and send the advertisement response to the advertisement playing module 1001.
In order to solve the problem that the user terminal cannot establish network connection with the advertisement server when the terminal is turned on, as shown in fig. 10, two components are arranged in the user terminal: an advertisement agent module 1002 and an advertisement playing module 1001, wherein the advertisement agent module 1002 is responsible for maintaining a session state of advertisement playing. The connection between the advertisement agent module 1002 and the advertisement playing module 1001 is a local network, so the advertisement material for playing in the present application can only be obtained in advance, and the reported advertisement tracking information can only be reported afterwards (the service for starting up advertisement allows tracking the long-period advertisement playing behavior).
In an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal is a television, a set-top box or other playback device.
It should be noted that the present application may also be used in a set-top box startup scenario, after all, the network needs to be switched on for a certain time, and the present application may play the advertisement in the first time after startup.
In an exemplary embodiment, the advertisement request includes information such as an identifier of the user terminal, a type of the user terminal, and a model of the user terminal.
In an example of this embodiment, the identity of the user terminal may be a MAC address or other identification information that may uniquely identify the user terminal.
In an example of this embodiment, the type of the user terminal may be a television or other playback device type.
In an example of this embodiment, the model of the user terminal may be a character string indicating a manufacturer and a product model.
In an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal further includes a UPnP CP module, the advertisement server is a UPnP Device, and the Device description of the UPnP Device includes an address, a service provider identifier, and an advertisement protocol of the advertisement server.
As shown in fig. 5, the advertisement server is embedded in the home gateway of the service provider, and the protocol of the front-end advertisement server is terminated and converted into the advertisement protocol on the home network side. The advertisement server on the gateway can be a UPnP Device, the address, the service provider identification and the protocol of the advertisement server are described in an HTML file indicated by a presentation URL included in the Device description, the user terminal also comprises a UPnP control point module, and in the UPnP discovery process, the UPnP control point module acquires the presentation URL included in the Device description of the gateway, so that the address, the service provider identification and the protocol of the advertisement server described in the corresponding HTML file are acquired. By setting the UPnP CP module in the user terminal, the user terminal can automatically discover an advertisement server address, a service provider identification, and a protocol on the gateway.
In one exemplary embodiment, the ad response includes ad content, ad presentation policy, ad tracking policy.
In an example of this embodiment, the advertising content includes one or more of the following information: advertisement identification, advertisement picture frame, advertisement audio and video stream.
In an example of this embodiment, the advertisement presentation policy includes advertisement type, advertisement playback device type, advertisement service provider identification, and the like, playback presentation policy information.
In an example of this embodiment, the advertisement tracking policy includes information such as a type of event to be tracked, a tracking URI address, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, the advertisement playing module 1001 is further configured to report the advertisement playing behavior of itself to an external advertisement tracking server or the advertisement agency module 1002 according to the advertisement tracking policy.
The external advertisement tracking server and the external advertisement server may be on one physical machine or may not be on one physical machine.
In an example of this embodiment, when the advertisement playing module 1001 reports its own advertisement playing behavior to the advertisement agent module 1002, the advertisement agent module 1002 is further configured to report the advertisement playing behavior to the advertisement tracking server according to the received report of the advertisement playing module 1001.
In an exemplary embodiment, the advertisement protocol used between the advertisement brokering module 1002 and the advertisement playing module 1001 is a VAST advertisement protocol.
As shown in fig. 8, two components are provided in the user terminal: the system comprises a VAST Agent module and a VAST Player module, wherein the VAST Agent module is used for maintaining the session state of advertisement playing so as to solve the problem that network connection cannot be established with a VAST Server when the system is started. The connection between the VAST Agent module and the VAST Player module is a local network, so that the played VAST materials can only be acquired in advance, and the reported VAST tracking information can only be reported afterwards (the VAST service for starting up the advertisement allows the tracking of the advertisement playing behavior in a long period).
The VAST Agent module in fig. 8 is a back-to-back VAST ad Agent, which is VAST Player for VAST Server and VAST Server for VAST Player. The method is used for interactively acquiring the VAST advertisement material and a presentation and tracking strategy with the VAST Server and storing the materials and the presentation and tracking strategy according to the pre-appointed storage position and space. In an exemplary embodiment, for the tracking policy provided by the VAST Server, it is also responsible for converting into an internal tracking policy so that the VAST Player sends itself a tracking message and then triggers itself to send the tracking policy to the VAST Server. For example, when the VAST Agent module receives the tracking element sent by the VAST Server: < Impression > http://192.168.1.202/ad1/pic. Jpg </Impression >,
the VAST Agent module converts the received trace element into an internal trace element and saves:
<Impression>http://localhost/ad1/pic.jpg</Impression>。
the VAST Player module is used for being responsible for displaying the advertisement and triggering the tracking message, network communication is not needed in the process, when the local service provider advertisement needs to be displayed, the VAST Player module sends a VAST request message to the VAST Agent module, obtains the advertisement material and the displaying and tracking strategies, displays the advertisement according to the displaying requirements, and sends the tracking message to the VAST Agent module according to the tracking strategies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the ad agent module 1002 is further configured to:
after starting up and/or at preset time intervals, detecting whether the self is connected with an external advertisement server through a network; if the server is connected with the advertisement server through the network, sending an advertisement request to the advertisement server, receiving an advertisement response of the advertisement server, and updating the pre-stored advertisement information to be played according to the received advertisement response.
In an exemplary embodiment, the user terminal further comprises a DLNA client module, and the advertisement server is a DLNA server with RUI;
the DLNA client module is used for searching for RUI service; after the RUI service is searched, detecting whether the SPID in the device description of the DLNA server corresponding to the searched RUI service is consistent with the SPID of the advertisement to be played in the advertisement response; if the two responses are consistent, the advertisement playing module 1001 is triggered to play the advertisement according to the advertisement response.
The user terminal provided by the application can be fused with the existing DLNA4.0 protocol, as shown in FIG. 9, according to DLNA4.0, a CVP-2 Server (also a UPnP Device, namely a DLNA Server) is arranged in a gateway, the CVP-2 Server has RUI-H Source Device Capability, and a CVP-2 Client module (namely a DLNA Client module) is arranged in the user terminal and has RUI-H Pull Controller Device Capability, which are all the prior art.
When a user terminal is started, if a user selects a DLNA input source (which can be but is not limited to a home gateway) in a home network, a CVP-2 Client searches an RUI service in the home network, and if the user terminal searches the RUI service, an ADvertisement Player module 1001 is triggered to play cached ADvertisement content, and then the RUI is started; and the ADvertisement Agent module 1002 in the CVP-2 Client maintains the conversation state with the ADvertisement Server in the CVP-2 Server after the home network is connected, and finishes the acquisition of ADvertisement materials, presentation and tracking strategies.
In the present application, it is necessary to specify a case where a plurality of DLNA input sources exist simultaneously. Therefore, the service provider identifier to which the advertisement material belongs must be marked in the presentation strategy of each advertisement material. And only when the SPID in the CVP-2 Server or the embedded RUI-H Server equipment description is the same as the SPID in the presentation strategy of the advertisement materials, the user terminal can play the advertisement content in the cache, otherwise, the user terminal can play the startup advertisement set by the user terminal by default or take other predefined actions.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or some of the steps of the methods, systems, functional modules/units in the devices disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. In a hardware implementation, the division between functional modules/units mentioned in the above description does not necessarily correspond to the division of physical components; for example, one physical component may have multiple functions, or one function or step may be performed by several physical components in cooperation. Some or all of the components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a digital signal processor or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A starting-up advertisement playing method of a user terminal is characterized in that the user terminal is connected with a home gateway, the user terminal comprises an advertisement playing module and an advertisement agent module, an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway is used for terminating a front-end advertisement server protocol and converting the protocol into an advertisement protocol at a home network side, the advertisement agent module is used for maintaining a session state of advertisement playing so as to solve the problem that the user terminal cannot establish network connection with the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway when the user terminal is started up, the advertisement agent module is also used for converting an advertisement tracking strategy provided by the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway into an internal advertisement tracking strategy, so that the advertisement playing module can send a tracking message to the advertisement playing module and further trigger the advertisement playing module to send the tracking message to the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway, and the method comprises the following steps:
the advertisement agent module acquires advertisement information to be played in advance from an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway and stores the advertisement information;
the method comprises the steps that after receiving a starting-up instruction, an advertisement playing module sends an advertisement request to an advertisement agent module, wherein the advertisement request is used for requesting advertisement information to be played;
the advertisement agent module receives an advertisement request of the advertisement playing module, constructs an advertisement response according to prestored advertisement information to be played, and sends the advertisement response to the advertisement playing module;
and the advertisement playing module receives the advertisement response and plays the advertisement according to the advertisement response.
2. The boot advertisement playing method according to claim 1, wherein the advertisement response includes advertisement content, an advertisement presentation policy, and an advertisement tracking policy; the advertisement tracking strategy comprises an advertisement tracking strategy provided by an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway or the internal advertisement tracking strategy;
after the step of receiving the advertisement response by the advertisement playing module and playing the advertisement according to the advertisement response, the method further comprises:
the advertisement playing module reports the advertisement playing behavior to an external advertisement tracking server or the advertisement agent module according to the advertisement tracking strategy;
when the advertisement playing module reports the advertisement playing behavior of the advertisement playing module to the advertisement agency module, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the advertisement agent module reports the advertisement playing behavior to the external advertisement tracking server according to the received report of the advertisement playing module.
3. The boot advertisement playing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
after the advertisement agent module is started and/or at preset time intervals, detecting whether the advertisement agent module is connected with an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway through a network or not;
if the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway is connected with the home gateway through the network, the advertisement agent module sends an advertisement request to the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway, receives an advertisement response of the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway, and updates the pre-stored advertisement information to be played according to the received advertisement response.
4. The method for playing the bootable advertisement according to claim 3, wherein the user terminal further includes a universal plug and play UPnP control point module, the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway is a UPnP device, and the device description of the UPnP device includes an address, a service provider identifier, and an advertisement protocol of the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway.
5. The method for playing a powered-on advertisement of claim 4, wherein the user terminal further comprises a Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) client module, and the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway is a DLNA server with a Remote User Interface (RUI);
before the step of the advertisement playing module playing the advertisement according to the advertisement response, the method further comprises:
the DLNA client module searches for an RUI service;
after the DLNA client module searches the RUI service, detecting whether the service provider identification in the equipment description of the DLNA server corresponding to the searched RUI service is consistent with the service provider identification of the advertisement to be played in the advertisement response or not;
and if the advertisement response is consistent with the advertisement response, triggering the advertisement playing module to play the advertisement.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, having one or more programs stored thereon, where the one or more programs are executable by one or more processors to perform the steps of the method for playing an advertisement on startup of a user terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. A user terminal, characterized in that it comprises a processor and a memory, said processor is used to execute the program stored in said memory to implement the steps of the boot advertisement playing method of the user terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A user terminal is characterized in that the user terminal is connected with a home gateway, the user terminal comprises an advertisement playing module and an advertisement agent module, an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway is used for terminating a front-end advertisement server protocol and converting the protocol into an advertisement protocol at a home network side, the advertisement agent module is used for maintaining a session state of advertisement playing so as to solve the problem that the user terminal cannot establish network connection with the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway when the user terminal is started, and the advertisement agent module is also used for converting an advertisement tracking strategy provided by the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway into an internal advertisement tracking strategy so that the advertisement playing module can send a tracking message to the user terminal and further trigger the user terminal to send the tracking message to the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway, wherein:
the advertisement playing module is used for sending an advertisement request to the advertisement agent module after receiving a starting instruction, wherein the advertisement request is used for requesting advertisement information to be played; receiving an advertisement response of an advertisement agent module, and playing an advertisement according to the advertisement response;
the advertisement agent module is used for acquiring advertisement information to be played in advance from an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway and storing the advertisement information; receiving an advertisement request of an advertisement playing module, constructing an advertisement response according to prestored advertisement information to be played, and sending the advertisement response to the advertisement playing module.
9. The user terminal of claim 8, wherein the advertisement response comprises advertisement content, an advertisement presentation policy, and an advertisement tracking policy; the advertisement tracking strategy comprises an advertisement tracking strategy provided by an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway or the internal advertisement tracking strategy;
the advertisement playing module is also used for reporting the advertisement playing behavior to an external advertisement tracking server or the advertisement agent module according to the advertisement tracking strategy;
when the advertisement playing module reports the advertisement playing behavior of the advertisement playing module to the advertisement agent module, the advertisement agent module is further used for reporting the advertisement playing behavior to the external advertisement tracking server according to the received report of the advertisement playing module.
10. The user terminal of claim 8, wherein the ad agent module is further configured to:
after starting up and/or at preset time intervals, detecting whether the home gateway is connected with an advertisement server embedded in the home gateway through a network; and if the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway is connected with the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway through the network, sending an advertisement request to the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway, receiving an advertisement response of the advertisement server embedded in the home gateway, and updating the pre-stored advertisement information to be played according to the received advertisement response.
