7. The apparatus for uploading multimedia video according to claim 6, further comprising a classification module configured to perform a classified presentation on the multimedia video based on the annotation information.
8. The multimedia video uploading device according to claim 6, further comprising an establishing module for auditing the uploading user and establishing a black and white list of the uploading user.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the multimedia video upload method of any of claims 1 to 5.
10. A multimedia video upload platform, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory to cause the multimedia video upload platform to perform the multimedia video upload method of any of claims 1 to 5.
11. A multimedia video uploading system, comprising the multimedia video uploading platform of claim 10 and an intelligent terminal;
the intelligent terminal is used for sending the multimedia video to the multimedia video uploading platform.
12. The multimedia video uploading system of claim 11, wherein the smart terminal comprises one or more of a smartphone, a tablet, a PDA, and a vehicle mounted terminal.
