Abstract

Claims (7)
1. A blockchain-based network media supervision method, comprising the steps of:
acquiring record information of a network medium, and storing a hash value of the record information into a block chain;
when the network media auditing passes through the content to be distributed, the content to be distributed is audited again;
when the recheck passes, authorizing to release the content to be released, otherwise, not releasing the content to be released;
and also comprises according toRating a network medium, wherein->For the rating result of said network medium, +.>A rating result of a kth premium content distributed for said network medium,/for said network medium>Verifying the rating result of the failed content for the mth audit issued by the network media; />A rule-breaking rating result of the nth rule-breaking content distributed for the network media,/for the network media>The conversion rates corresponding to the kth content, the mth content and the nth illegal content are respectively shown in KC, MC and NC, and the quantity of high-quality content, the quantity of audit failed content and the quantity of illegal content of the network medium are respectively shown;
and also comprises according toRating the content authors, wherein->For the rating result of the content author, +.>For the rating result of the kth premium content of the content author,/for the content author>For the mth audit of the content author not passing the rating result of the content,/for the content author>A rule-breaking rating result for the nth rule-breaking content of said content author,/for the content author>KO, MO and NO respectively represent the number of high-quality contents, the number of contents which do not pass the audit and the number of illegal contents of the content authors;
the method also comprises the steps of grading network media and content authors, and feeding back and managing the network media and the content authors according to the grading result; and feeding back the rating result to an intermediate enterprise, an industry association and a governing department, so that the intermediate enterprise, the industry association and the governing department feed back and manage the network media and the content authors according to the rating result.
2. The blockchain-based network media supervision method of claim 1, further comprising storing audit record information and the content to be published to the blockchain.
3. The blockchain-based network media supervision method of claim 1, further comprising, after the content to be distributed is distributed, if the content to be distributed is found to be off-shelf in a violation manner, storing off-shelf information to the blockchain.
4. The blockchain-based network media supervision method of claim 1, further comprising periodically monitoring published content, adding a quality tag to published content that meets a preset condition, and storing the quality tag to the blockchain.
5. The network media supervision system based on the block chain is characterized by comprising an acquisition module, an auditing module and a release module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring record information of the network media and storing the hash value of the record information into a block chain;
the auditing module is used for auditing the content to be distributed again when the network media audits the content to be distributed;
the issuing module is used for authorizing to issue the content to be issued when the re-auditing passes, otherwise, the content to be issued is not issued;
and a rating module for according toRating a network medium, wherein->For the rating result of said network medium, +.>The rating result of the kth premium content published for the network media,verifying the rating result of the failed content for the mth audit issued by the network media; />A rule-breaking rating result of the nth rule-breaking content distributed for the network media,/for the network media>The conversion rates corresponding to the kth content, the mth content and the nth illegal content are respectively shown in KC, MC and NC, and the quantity of high-quality content, the quantity of audit failed content and the quantity of illegal content of the network medium are respectively shown;

6. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the blockchain-based network media supervision method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
7. A blockchain-based network media supervision platform, comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program stored by the memory to cause the blockchain-based network media supervision platform to perform the blockchain-based network media supervision method of any of claims 1 to 4.
