Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
At present, in the process of delivering articles, the abnormal conditions of article loss, damage and the like cannot be found in time. Resulting in failure to notify the user in time and a long period for handling abnormal situations.
In order to solve the problem that the distribution abnormal condition is difficult to know in time, and the processing period is long, the following technical scheme in the embodiment of the invention can be adopted.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for monitoring an article distribution task according to an embodiment of the present invention, where in case of an abnormal article distribution, an abnormal early warning is sent and an abnormal article distribution reason is received, and then the abnormal distribution reason and handling information are sent to a user side.
As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, in the process of goods distribution, if the goods distribution is determined to be abnormal, an abnormal early warning is sent to a distribution point subsystem of the goods.
The process of transporting items from a warehouse or one user to another is referred to as the item delivery process. In the course of the distribution of the articles, a plurality of distribution point subsystems are involved. As one example, the distribution point subsystem includes a system to which a sorting center and/or a distribution station is related.
In the process of article delivery, determining that article delivery is abnormal, sending an abnormity early warning to a delivery point subsystem of the article, wherein the purpose of sending the abnormity early warning is as follows: and confirming whether the article delivery is abnormal or not to a delivery point subsystem.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the following two ways are adopted to determine that the article delivery abnormality occurs. One is an active mode and the other is a passive mode.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of sending an anomaly early warning to a distribution point subsystem of an article according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the technical scheme in fig. 2 belongs to an active mode. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201, in the process of goods distribution, receiving goods distribution information actively sent by a distribution point subsystem.
In the process of delivering the articles, the staff of the delivery point subsystem can directly contact the articles, and the possibility of finding the abnormality of the articles is high. In order to improve the efficiency of article delivery, the delivery point subsystem may actively transmit article delivery information in the case where an article abnormality is found. As one example, the delivery point subsystem may actively transmit the item delivery information through a handheld terminal.
In an embodiment of the invention, the handheld terminal is a device for transmitting information related to an article. As an example, an Application (APP) may be installed in a mobile terminal, which in turn may act as a handheld terminal.
The article delivery information includes not only the article identification, the article receiving information, and the article quantity, but also the article delivery condition. As one example, the article delivery conditions include normal, broken, and lost.
When the delivery information of the article actively sent by the delivery point subsystem is received, the delivery of the article is described to be possible abnormal.
S202, according to the article distribution information, determining that article distribution is abnormal, and sending an abnormal early warning to a distribution point subsystem of the articles.
And analyzing the article distribution information actively sent by the distribution point subsystem to obtain the article distribution condition. When the article distribution condition is a breakage or loss, it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the article.
Considering that the item delivery condition is filled by a deliverer under the delivery point subsystem, an error may occur. In order to improve the quality of monitoring the articles, an abnormity early warning can be sent to a delivery point subsystem of the articles.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to improve the efficiency of monitoring the delivery of the articles and discover the occurrence of the abnormality in the delivery of the articles in time, the delivery point subsystems responsible for delivering the articles may actively send the delivery information of the articles, so that the delivery point subsystem in which the abnormality in the delivery of the articles occurs may be known in time.
In the embodiment of fig. 2, the delivery point subsystem actively sends the article delivery information to determine whether the article delivery is abnormal in time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the abnormality in the delivery of the article may be determined in a passive manner. In the process of delivering the articles, the articles are sent from one delivery point subsystem to another delivery point subsystem, and the delivery time efficiency of the two delivery point subsystems can be preset. And judging whether the article delivery is abnormal or not according to the delivery time limit.
In other words, in the process of article delivery, if it is determined that an abnormality occurs in article delivery based on the delivery age and the initial delivery time of the delivery point subsystem for sending the article, an abnormality warning is sent to the delivery point subsystem for the article.
And automatically sending an abnormity early warning to a delivery point subsystem of the article without manual operation under the condition of determining that the article delivery is abnormal. It is to be understood that the point of delivery subsystem for an item refers to the item's current point of delivery subsystem. As one example, the item is sent from delivery point subsystem A to delivery point subsystem B. And automatically sending an abnormity early warning to the delivery point subsystem B under the condition that the article delivery is determined to be abnormal.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is another schematic flow chart of sending an anomaly early warning to a delivery point subsystem of an article according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes:
s301, determining the delivery timeliness according to the delivery stage of the articles.
A plurality of delivery phases are included in the delivery of the items. The delivery phase is the process by which items are sent from one delivery point subsystem to another. The delivery phase may differ for items due to differences in shipping and/or receiving addresses.
The delivery timeliness may be preset for two delivery point subsystems of a delivery phase. As an example, the delivery point subsystem a is located in the suburb of beijing, and the delivery point subsystem B is located in the suburb of tianjin, and the delivery time limit of the delivery stage determined by the delivery point subsystem a and the delivery point subsystem B is set to 4 hours. As another example, the delivery point subsystem C is located in a suburb in wuhan, and the delivery aging determined by the delivery point subsystem a and the delivery point subsystem C is set to 24 hours.
Therefore, the delivery time limit can be determined according to the delivery stage of the articles.
S302, determining the end delivery time of the goods according to the delivery time limit and the initial delivery time of the goods.
The initial delivery time of the item may be known by the last delivery point subsystem for the item. As one example, after an item leaves the point of delivery subsystem, the point of delivery subsystem may transmit the time at which the item left the point of delivery subsystem. The time that the item left the last point of delivery subsystem is taken as the initial delivery time for the item.
The end delivery time of the item is equal to the sum of the start delivery time and the delivery time of the item.
And S303, if the delivery ending time of the article is earlier than the current time, determining that the article delivery is overtime, and sending an abnormity early warning to a delivery point subsystem of the article.
Whether the delivery of the item has timed out may be determined based on the relationship of the end delivery time of the item to the current time. If the delivery ending time of the article is later than the current time, determining that the article delivery is not overtime;
and determining that the delivery of the article is overtime if the delivery time of the article is earlier than the current time.
If the article delivery is not overtime, the article delivery is normal, and an abnormal early warning is not required to be sent; and if the article delivery is overtime, the article delivery is abnormal, and an abnormal early warning is sent.
It should be noted that, an anomaly early warning is sent to the article current delivery point subsystem, so as to confirm whether delivery anomalies occur.
In the embodiment of fig. 3, whether the delivery of the article is abnormal is determined in a passive manner by the delivery aging. The distribution time limit can be preset based on the distribution point subsystem, so that the article distribution abnormity can be timely sent.
S102, receiving the article delivery abnormity reason of the abnormity early warning pushed by the delivery point subsystem, wherein the delivery abnormity reason is confirmed by the delivery point subsystem.
And the distribution point subsystem can check the reason of the abnormal article distribution of the abnormal early warning under the condition of receiving the abnormal early warning. As one example, an item identification is included in the anomaly early warning, and the delivery point subsystem queries the item according to the item identification. If the article is not inquired according to the article identification, the article delivery abnormity reason is loss; if the article is inquired according to the identification, but the article is damaged, the reason for the article delivery abnormity is damaged; and if the article is inquired according to the identification and the outer package of the article is complete and is not damaged, not sending the reason for the abnormal delivery of the article.
It can be understood that, after the distribution point subsystem confirms the reason for the abnormal article distribution, the abnormal article distribution reason for the abnormal early warning is actively pushed, so that the reason for the abnormal article distribution is timely known.
In one embodiment of the invention, the staff of the delivery point subsystem are each provided with a hand-held terminal. Through the handheld terminal, the article delivery abnormity reason of the abnormity early warning is actively pushed.
S103, determining the disposal information of the goods according to the abnormal goods delivery reason, and sending the abnormal goods delivery reason and the disposal information to the user side.
If the reason for the article delivery abnormality is different, the article handling information is different. As one example, the delivery anomaly cause of the item is lost, and the processing information of the item includes the amount of the compensation and the information of the re-delivery item. As another example, if the distribution abnormality cause of the item is a breakage, the processing information of the item includes an amount of compensation.
Then, the disposal information of the article can be determined according to the article delivery abnormality reason, and the article delivery abnormality reason and the disposal information can be sent to the user side in time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to notify the user terminal of the delivery abnormality in time, the reason for the article delivery abnormality and the handling information may be sent to the user terminal through the contact information determined by the user terminal identifier, and the handling information includes the reimbursement amount.
The contact information determined by the user terminal identifier includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a telephone, a short message, social media, and an in-website message.
Therefore, in the goods distribution process, even if the goods distribution is abnormal, the user side can be informed of the distribution abnormality actively.
In one embodiment of the invention, the user is prevented from receiving an abnormally delivered item. After the reason and the handling information of the article delivery abnormity are sent to the user, a message of the article delivery abnormity is sent to a distributor of the article with the abnormity early warning so as to intercept the article.
That is, due to the article delivery abnormality, the disposal information has been sent to the user side. The item needs to be returned to the seller. And the seller is lost by re-distributing the item to the user. Then a message of an abnormal delivery of the item may be sent to the deliverer responsible for delivering the item early-warning of the abnormality. The deliverer does not need to deliver the abnormally early-warned article based on the message of the delivery abnormality.
For example, if the distributor is equipped with a handheld mobile terminal, a message of the distribution abnormality of the article can be sent to the handheld mobile terminal of the distributor of the article with the abnormality warning to prompt the distributor to intercept the article.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of article delivery, if the article delivery is determined to be abnormal, an abnormal early warning is sent to a delivery point subsystem of the article; receiving the article delivery abnormity reason of the abnormity early warning pushed by the delivery point subsystem, wherein the delivery abnormity reason is confirmed by the delivery point subsystem; and determining the disposal information of the article according to the article delivery abnormity reason, and sending the article delivery abnormity reason and the disposal information to the user side. The distribution abnormity can be timely known, the user side is timely informed according to the distribution abnormity reason confirmed by the distribution point subsystem, the user is not required to actively initiate compensation, and the processing period of the article distribution abnormity is further shortened.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described below with reference to specific examples.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an interaction diagram for monitoring the task of delivering items according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 includes a user terminal, a distribution system, a monitoring system, a customer service system, and a distributor.
