Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,包括螺杆和一体成型在螺杆的后端上的螺头,所述螺杆包括螺杆体、钻尾和切削部,所述螺杆体的前端设有钻尾,所述钻尾后方的螺杆体上依次设有切削部和螺纹,所述切削部由若干切削凸牙构成,所有的切削凸牙按照由前到后的顺序依次切削最终在被切削体上形成与螺纹相配合的螺纹槽,与现有技术相比,能够降低旋入阻力,减少螺纹和螺纹表面防腐层的损伤,并且不易损伤被固定物表面。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种螺丝的技术领域,特别是一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝的技术领域。
【背景技术】
在建筑领域中,彩钢瓦与檩条的连接固定,一般都使用带钻尾的自攻自钻螺丝。这种自攻自钻螺丝,其头部一般是外六角形结构的螺头,可以与套筒扳手相配合,套筒与电动旋转装置连接,在电动旋转装置的带动下,螺丝实现穿孔、攻丝、紧固等步骤。由于檩条的厚度较厚,造成钻尾螺丝旋入阻力大,容易损伤螺纹和螺纹表面防腐层。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,能够降低旋入阻力,减少螺纹和螺纹表面防腐层的损伤。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,包括螺杆和一体成型在螺杆的后端上的螺头,所述螺杆包括螺杆体、钻尾和切削部,所述螺杆体的前端设有钻尾,所述钻尾后方的螺杆体上依次设有切削部和螺纹,所述切削部由若干切削凸牙构成,所有的切削凸牙按照由前到后的顺序依次切削最终在被切削体上形成与螺纹相配合的螺纹槽。
作为优选,所述螺纹后方的螺杆体上套设有防水机构。
作为优选,所述防水机构包括塑料环、橡胶垫和弹性体,所述塑料环的孔为阶梯孔,所述塑料环的大孔径段内设有被螺头压持的弹性体,所述塑料环的小孔径段内设有被弹性体压持的橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫和弹性体套设在螺杆体上。
作为优选,所述橡胶垫的后端稍超出塑料环的小孔径段的后端。
作为优选,所述弹性体包括环状体,所述环状体上设有呈圆周状均匀分布的槽孔,所述槽孔远离环状体的内圈面的一端一体成型有向后倾斜设置的弹性片。
作为优选,所述螺头的前端周面形成有法兰,塑料环的外径不大于法兰的直径,所述螺头的后端设有正六边形的凹槽。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将钻尾后方的螺杆体上依次设有切削部和螺纹,切削部由若干切削凸牙构成,所有的切削凸牙按照由前到后的顺序依次切削最终在被切削体上形成与螺纹相配合的螺纹槽,螺纹槽分多次切削形成,大大降低了攻丝阻力,减少螺纹攻丝造成的螺纹和螺纹表面防腐层的损伤;塑料环避免橡胶垫被挤出的同时防止螺头在拧紧快结束时与被固定物表面摩擦造成的损伤,弹性体提高螺丝的紧固效果;与现有技术相比,能够降低旋入阻力,减少螺纹和螺纹表面防腐层的损伤,并且不易损伤被固定物表面。

参阅图1,本发明一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,包括螺杆1和一体成型在螺杆1的后端上的螺头2,所述螺杆1包括螺杆体11、钻尾12和切削部13,所述螺杆体11的前端设有钻尾12,所述钻尾12后方的螺杆体11上依次设有切削部13和螺纹14,所述切削部13由若干切削凸牙15构成,所有的切削凸牙15按照由前到后的顺序依次切削最终在被切削体上形成与螺纹14相配合的螺纹槽,所述螺纹14后方的螺杆体11上套设有防水机构3,所述防水机构3包括塑料环31、橡胶垫32和弹性体33,所述塑料环31的孔为阶梯孔,所述塑料环31的大孔径段内设有被螺头2压持的弹性体33,所述塑料环31的小孔径段内设有被弹性体33压持的橡胶垫32,所述橡胶垫32和弹性体33套设在螺杆体11上,所述橡胶垫32的后端稍超出塑料环31的小孔径段的后端,所述弹性体33包括环状体331,所述环状体331上设有呈圆周状均匀分布的槽孔332,所述槽孔332远离环状体331的内圈面的一端一体成型有向后倾斜设置的弹性片333,所述螺头2的前端周面形成有法兰,塑料环31的外径不大于法兰的直径,所述螺头2的后端设有正六边形的凹槽4。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝在工作过程中,通过钻尾12切削在被固定物体形成钻孔,切削部13对钻孔攻丝形成与螺纹14相配合的内螺纹,然后设有螺纹14的螺杆体11旋入钻孔,在拧紧的过程中,螺头2推动弹性体33向前运动,弹性体33挤压橡胶垫32使其与被固定物体表面紧密接触,当环状体331运行到塑料环31的大孔径段的最前端时,螺头2推动弹性片332的自由端向前运动使其变形。

1.一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,其特征在于:包括螺杆(1)和一体成型在螺杆(1)的后端上的螺头(2),所述螺杆(1)包括螺杆体(11)、钻尾(12)和切削部(13),所述螺杆体(11)的前端设有钻尾(12),所述钻尾(12)后方的螺杆体(11)上依次设有切削部(13)和螺纹(14),所述切削部(13)由若干切削凸牙(15)构成,所有的切削凸牙(15)按照由前到后的顺序依次切削最终在被切削体上形成与螺纹(14)相配合的螺纹槽,所述螺纹(14)后方的螺杆体(11)上套设有防水机构(3),所述防水机构(3)包括塑料环(31)、橡胶垫(32)和弹性体(33),所述塑料环(31)的孔为阶梯孔,所述塑料环(31)的大孔径段内设有被螺头(2)压持的弹性体(33),所述塑料环(31)的小孔径段内设有被弹性体(33)压持的橡胶垫(32),所述橡胶垫(32)和弹性体(33)套设在螺杆体(11)上,所述弹性体(33)包括环状体(331),所述环状体(331)上设有呈圆周状均匀分布的槽孔(332),所述槽孔(332)远离环状体(331)的内圈面的一端一体成型有向后倾斜设置的弹性片(333)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,其特征在于:所述橡胶垫(32)的后端稍超出塑料环(31)的小孔径段的后端。
3.如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的一种具有切削凸牙的螺丝,其特征在于:所述螺头(2)的前端周面形成有法兰,塑料环(31)的外径不大于法兰的直径,所述螺头(2)的后端设有正六边形的凹槽(4)。
