Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the prior art, for the automatic flushing function, automatic flushing is generally realized by mounting a foot feeling. However, many current foot feelings belong to infrared sensors, infrared rays can be reflected when objects are shielded, when a human body walks in a toilet, the infrared rays emitted by the foot feelings are easily shielded by the walking human body, so that the sensors receive the reflected infrared rays and give signals to the controller, the controller is triggered by mistake to flush water, and bad experience is caused.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in order to solve the technical problem, the present invention provides an automatic flushing method for a toilet, please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which includes the following steps:
and S110, acquiring the liquid level variable quantity of a water cover in the closestool through a distance measuring sensor arranged above the closestool.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a distance measuring sensor is installed above the intelligent toilet for obtaining the liquid level variation of the water cover in the toilet. As shown in fig. 3, in particular, the method for obtaining the liquid level variation of the water cover in the toilet includes the following steps:
and S1101, determining the distance between the water cover and the distance measuring sensor after the closestool is flushed last time as a reference distance.
It will be appreciated that a single flush will occur after the last use of the toilet. After the flushing is finished for a period of time, a water seal surface is formed in the closestool, and the distance between the stabilized water seal surface and the distance measuring sensor is used as a reference distance. Since the reference distance is determined, in the subsequent steps, the variation of the liquid level can be judged according to the reference distance.
S1102, acquiring the distance between the water cover of the closestool and the ranging sensor according to a preset time interval.
Furthermore, if the user uses the toilet, the water sealing surface of the toilet will be changed to some extent due to the existence of the foreign matters. In this step, a preset time interval (e.g., 5s) is set, that is, the distance between the current water cover of the toilet and the ranging sensor is acquired every 5 s. It should be added that the preset time interval may be determined according to practical situations and is not limited to the single time value.
And S1103, if the measured distance between the water cover of the toilet and the distance measuring sensor is stable and unchanged for the continuous preset times, calculating the difference value between the newly measured distance between the water cover of the toilet and the distance measuring sensor and the reference distance to obtain the liquid level variation.
It will be understood that the above-mentioned distance between the water seal surface and the distance measuring sensor is detected when the water seal surface is in a stable state. In this step, if the distance between the water seal surface of the toilet and the distance measuring sensor is stable and unchanged for the continuous preset times, it indicates that the water seal surface is almost stable at this time, and the distance can be measured.
Specifically, the distance between the newly measured water cover of the toilet and the distance measuring sensor is calculated, and the difference is made between the distance and the reference distance to obtain the corresponding liquid level variation.
And S120, when the liquid level variation is larger than a preset threshold value, setting a control signal to be in an effective state and acquiring the sitting state of the toilet.
In this step, it can be understood that, if the liquid level variation is greater than the predetermined threshold, it indicates that the user is using the toilet at this time, and at this time, foreign matter exists in the toilet and the operation of waiting for flushing is required. Correspondingly, the control system sets the control signal to be in an effective state at the moment so as to trigger the flushing operation at any time.
In addition, the most real application situation can be judged for combining with the actual application state. In this step, it is also necessary to acquire the sitting state of the toilet. It should be noted that the sitting state of the toilet is sensed by the sitting sensor.
S130, when the sitting state of the closestool is the sitting-off state, triggering the closestool to automatically flush and setting the control signal to be in an invalid state.
As described above, the sitting state of the user is sensed by the seated sensor provided. Specifically, the sitting state includes two states of sitting and sitting.
The following is discussed in detail in two cases:
(1) a sitting state:
s1301, when the sitting state of the toilet bowl is sitting, the sitting ring state of the toilet bowl is obtained.
S1302, if the seat ring state of the closestool is closed, recording sitting time of a user.
It should be noted that when the sitting state of the toilet is sitting, the sitting state of the toilet is only closed. In this step, the sitting time of the user needs to be recorded.
And S1303, triggering the toilet to automatically flush and setting the control signal to be in an invalid state according to the sitting time of the user.
Furthermore, after the sitting time of the user is recorded, the control is correspondingly performed according to the sitting time of the user. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s13031, determining whether the sitting time of the user is less than a set value.
S13032, if the sitting time of the user is less than a set value, triggering the toilet to automatically flush and setting the control signal to be in an invalid state.
In this step, since the sitting time of the user is less than the set value, the sitting time is short. The user may simply urinate at this point, which directly triggers the toilet to automatically flush. In order to avoid the phenomenon that the flushing is carried out again due to false triggering, the control signal is set to be in an invalid state after the flushing.
And S13033, if the sitting time of the user is greater than or equal to the set value, after waiting for a preset time after sitting, triggering the toilet to automatically flush and setting the control signal to be in an invalid state.
In this step, since the sitting time of the user is greater than the set value, the sitting time is longer. At this time, the user may be defecating. In order to avoid influencing the toilet experience, when a user sits, the user does not need to trigger automatic flushing at the moment, and the user needs to trigger automatic flushing operation after sitting for a period of time. Similarly, in order to avoid the phenomenon that the flushing is carried out again due to false triggering, the control signal is set to be in an invalid state after the flushing.
(2) A sitting-off state:
for the sitting-away state, no matter the seat ring is in the closed state or the open state, under the condition that the control signal is effective, one-time automatic flushing is triggered. The trigger signal is then set to inactive.
It should be further noted that, after triggering the automatic flushing of the toilet and setting the control signal to the inactive state, the method further includes:
and when the water seal surface of the closestool is horizontal, acquiring the distance between the water seal surface and the ranging sensor, and updating the reference distance into the distance between the water seal surface and the ranging sensor. And the circulation control is carried out by analogy.
The invention provides an automatic flushing method of a closestool, which is characterized in that a distance measuring sensor is arranged above the closestool to obtain the liquid level variable quantity of a water cover in the closestool; then comparing the liquid level variation with a preset threshold, and when the liquid level variation is judged to be larger than the preset threshold, indicating that foreign matters in the closestool need to be washed at the moment, and setting a corresponding control signal to be in an effective state; when the sitting state of the closestool is determined to be the sitting state, the fact that the user uses the closestool is shown, the closestool is automatically triggered to automatically flush at the moment, and after the automatic flushing is completed, the control signal is in the invalid state, so that waste of water resources caused by flushing operation again is prevented. The automatic flushing method of the closestool is different from an infrared foot feeling mode in the traditional technology, and judges whether flushing is needed or not by combining the actual liquid level variation and the sitting state of a user, so that the problem of false triggering caused by the infrared foot feeling identification error is effectively avoided.
Example two:
referring to fig. 4, in a second embodiment of the present invention, a specific application example is provided to discuss the automatic flushing method of a toilet bowl of the present invention in more detail. The automatic flushing method for the toilet bowl provided by the second embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s201, the whole machine is electrified and reset to enter a standby state.
And entering a standby mode when the intelligent closestool is in a power-on state.
S202, whether water is flushed or not.
In this step, it is necessary to determine whether the intelligent toilet has been flushed with water before.
S203, waiting for a period of time.
When the intelligent closestool is judged to be subjected to water overshoot operation, the intelligent closestool needs to wait for the preset time so as to ensure that the distance between the water sealing surface after flushing and the ranging sensor is in a stable state. In this step, the waiting time is not fixed, and the distance between the water cover and the ranging sensor is finally in a stable state as a judgment standard.
S204, starting to measure the initial distance L0And recorded.
In this embodiment, the distance between the water cover and the distance measuring sensor is referred to as an initial distance, i.e., a reference distance, and is denoted by a symbol L0And (4) performing representation.
S205, the latest distance Lx is measured continuously and Lx does not change any more.
In this step, the distance Lx between the water cover inside the toilet and the distance measuring sensor above the water cover after flushing is monitored until no further change occurs.
S206, when L is0>Lx, and (L)0-Lx) is greater than a set value.
When there is a new foreign object in the toilet, it can be understood that the following relation should be satisfied:L0>Lx. At the same time, the change value L of the liquid level at this time occurs0-Lx should be compared to the set value.
And S207, judging whether the seat is in the off-seat state all the time.
When L is greater than step S206, as described above0>Lx, and (L)0-Lx) is greater than the set value, indicating that the user is using the toilet at that time. In this step, further control determination needs to be performed in conjunction with the sitting state of the user.
S208, flushing automatically once and juxtaposing the flag bit.
As described in step S207, if it is determined that the user is using the toilet and the sitting state is the sitting state, the automatic flushing operation may be triggered.
S209, the flushing device is placed in the flushed flag bit after the flushing is finished.
And S210, recording seat time when the seat ring is closed.
As described in step S207, when it is determined that the user is using the intelligent toilet and the user is still sitting and the seat is closed in this step, the sitting time should be recorded.
And S211, judging whether the seating time is less than a set value or not.
In this step, it is determined whether the seating time is less than a set value. As shown in fig. 3, if the sitting time is less than the set value, the sitting time is shorter. The user may simply urinate at this point, which directly triggers the toilet to automatically flush. In order to avoid the phenomenon that the flushing is carried out again due to false triggering, the control signal is set to be in an invalid state after the flushing.
S212, after waiting for the set time when leaving the seat, eliminating the flag bit.
If the sitting time is longer than the set value, the sitting time is longer. At this time, the user may be defecating. In order to avoid influencing the toilet experience, when a user sits, the user does not need to trigger automatic flushing at the moment, and the user needs to trigger automatic flushing operation after sitting for a period of time.
