Optical glass is the basis of modern photoelectric technology industry, and along with the popularization of high-tech products such as electronic wearing products, digital cameras, smart phones and liquid crystal displays in the market, the optical glass used as a photoelectric base material is rapidly developed in many aspects, and meanwhile, the optical lens processing industry is rapidly developed. The cleaning process is an important part in the process of processing and producing optical lenses, and the conventional lens processing process adopted by the existing optical glass processing manufacturers comprises the following steps of glass blank cutting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, coring (edging), cleaning, film coating, cleaning, jointing and inking. Therefore, in the production process flow of the optical glass, a large number of cleaning links are required, and the optical glass is particularly required to be cleaned without residue and damage to the surface of the substrate.
The traditional cleaning agent for optical glass is generally an organic solvent type, and generally has poor cleaning effect and large residual quantity of the cleaning agent in the process of cleaning cutting fluid, grinding powder, polishing fluid, oil stain, finger print, dust and the like on the surface of glass, so that the adhesive force of the next coating is influenced; meanwhile, the operation is complex, the cleaning time is long, and the production efficiency is further influenced; in addition, the organic solvent is volatile, is unfavorable to the health of operators after being sucked into a human body, has great fire safety hidden danger to a factory, has great environmental pollution and poor dustproof effect.
The invention discloses a high-efficiency dustproof optical glass cleaning agent which is disclosed by Chinese invention patent application (the patent application number is 201410850238.3), and comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-25 parts of strong base, 0.1-10 parts of surfactant, 0.1-10 parts of phosphate solubilizer, 0.1-20 parts of complexing agent, 0-10 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-2 parts of organic phosphorus scale inhibitor, 0.1-3 parts of fluorine-containing surfactant, 0-0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of penetrating agent, 0.05-0.1 part of anti-corrosion bactericide and 30-70 parts of water. The efficient dustproof optical glass cleaning agent prepared by the invention has high cleaning efficiency, strong cleaning power, no residue and easy rinsing, is suitable for cleaning optical glass after grinding, core obtaining and film coating, and has good cleaning effect on grinding powder, polishing solution, fingerprints and dust.

Compared with the prior art of the same type, the washing-free dustproof optical glass cleaning solution has the following advantages:
1) the penetrant is added, so that the problem that most chemical additives are not compatible is effectively solved, and meanwhile, the penetrant can quickly permeate into the surface of a workpiece to be cleaned and is combined with dirt on the surface of the workpiece, so that the cleaning liquid efficiency is effectively improved;
2) the thickening agent is added, so that the layering phenomenon of water (pure water or deionized water) and organic chemical auxiliaries is effectively solved, the utilization rate of the cleaning solution is improved, and the cost is saved;
3) the alkaline neutralizing agent is added, so that the problem that the workpiece surface is corroded due to too strong alkalinity of the existing cleaning agent is effectively solved; meanwhile, the damage to the skin when an operator touches the skin can be relieved; on the other hand, the pollution to the water body environment can be reduced;
