Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fine chemical engineering, in particular to a washing-free dustproof optical glass cleaning solution.
Background
Optical glass is the basis of modern photoelectric technology industry, and along with the popularization of high-tech products such as electronic wearing products, digital cameras, smart phones and liquid crystal displays in the market, the optical glass used as a photoelectric base material is rapidly developed in many aspects, and meanwhile, the optical lens processing industry is rapidly developed. The cleaning process is an important part in the process of processing and producing optical lenses, and the conventional lens processing process adopted by the existing optical glass processing manufacturers comprises the following steps of glass blank cutting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, coring (edging), cleaning, film coating, cleaning, jointing and inking. Therefore, in the production process flow of the optical glass, a large number of cleaning links are required, and the optical glass is particularly required to be cleaned without residue and damage to the surface of the substrate.
The traditional cleaning agent for optical glass is generally an organic solvent type, and generally has poor cleaning effect and large residual quantity of the cleaning agent in the process of cleaning cutting fluid, grinding powder, polishing fluid, oil stain, finger print, dust and the like on the surface of glass, so that the adhesive force of the next coating is influenced; meanwhile, the operation is complex, the cleaning time is long, and the production efficiency is further influenced; in addition, the organic solvent is volatile, is unfavorable to the health of operators after being sucked into a human body, has great fire safety hidden danger to a factory, has great environmental pollution and poor dustproof effect.
The invention discloses a high-efficiency dustproof optical glass cleaning agent which is disclosed by Chinese invention patent application (the patent application number is 201410850238.3), and comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-25 parts of strong base, 0.1-10 parts of surfactant, 0.1-10 parts of phosphate solubilizer, 0.1-20 parts of complexing agent, 0-10 parts of corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-2 parts of organic phosphorus scale inhibitor, 0.1-3 parts of fluorine-containing surfactant, 0-0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of penetrating agent, 0.05-0.1 part of anti-corrosion bactericide and 30-70 parts of water. The efficient dustproof optical glass cleaning agent prepared by the invention has high cleaning efficiency, strong cleaning power, no residue and easy rinsing, is suitable for cleaning optical glass after grinding, core obtaining and film coating, and has good cleaning effect on grinding powder, polishing solution, fingerprints and dust.
Another chinese patent application (patent application No. 2015103801716) discloses "an optical glass cleaning agent", which comprises: the water-based oil-based paint comprises, by mass, 1-6% of a penetrating agent, 3-7% of a dispersing agent, 5-15% of a chelating agent, 10-20% of organic alkali, 10-20% of water, 1-3% of a surfactant, 2-6% of sodium silicate and 4-10% of ammonium sulfate. By the mode, the optical glass cleaning agent provided by the invention has the advantages of strong permeability, avoidance of surface scratch, good cleaning effect, improvement of working efficiency, simple formula, convenience in production, no corrosion to glass while cleaning the glass, and good environmental protection.

1) preparing materials: preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: penetrant, thickener, alkali neutralizer, surfactant, detergent, humectant, dust-proof agent, bacteriostat, essence and water.
2) And mixing, namely adding the penetrating agent into water, stirring and dissolving uniformly, then sequentially adding the thickening agent, the alkaline neutralizing agent, the surfactant, the detergent, the humectant, the dustproof agent, the bacteriostatic agent and the essence, stirring for 10-20min, and fully and uniformly dissolving to obtain the no-clean dustproof optical glass cleaning solution.
Compared with the prior art of the same type, the washing-free dustproof optical glass cleaning solution has the following advantages:
1) the penetrant is added, so that the problem that most chemical additives are not compatible is effectively solved, and meanwhile, the penetrant can quickly permeate into the surface of a workpiece to be cleaned and is combined with dirt on the surface of the workpiece, so that the cleaning liquid efficiency is effectively improved;
2) the thickening agent is added, so that the layering phenomenon of water (pure water or deionized water) and organic chemical auxiliaries is effectively solved, the utilization rate of the cleaning solution is improved, and the cost is saved;
3) the alkaline neutralizing agent is added, so that the problem that the workpiece surface is corroded due to too strong alkalinity of the existing cleaning agent is effectively solved; meanwhile, the damage to the skin when an operator touches the skin can be relieved; on the other hand, the pollution to the water body environment can be reduced;
4) the addition of the surfactant and the detergent increases the cleaning performance of the cleaning solution system and improves the cleaning efficiency, thereby shortening the cleaning time and reducing the cleaning cost;
5) the humectant is added, so that a liquid film can be quickly formed on the surface of the workpiece in the cleaning process, and the workpiece is protected from being corroded by the cleaning agent;

7) due to the addition of the bacteriostatic agent, the problem that the conventional cleaning agent is mildewed and decayed in the cleaning process, the transportation process and the storage process can be effectively solved;
8) the essence is added, so that the problem of pungent smell of the existing cleaning agent can be effectively solved, and people can keep physical and mental pleasure;
9) the optical glass cleaning solution has the obvious advantages of no cleaning, and because the traditional optical glass cleaning solution needs to firstly clean a workpiece to be cleaned (namely: optical glass) is soaked, heated, ultrasonically cleaned for 2-3 hours and then dried; when the washing-free dustproof optical glass washing liquid is used, the washing-free dustproof optical glass washing liquid is only required to be sprayed on the surface of a workpiece to be washed (namely optical glass) to be soaked by 2mim, or the workpiece to be washed (namely optical glass) is placed in the washing-free dustproof optical glass washing liquid (the temperature is controlled below 40 ℃) to be soaked by 2mim, and then the cleaning-free dustproof optical glass washing liquid is wiped dry by using dust-free cloth (the cleaning-free dustproof optical glass washing liquid can also be washed by clean flowing water and then dried), so that the washing time is effectively saved, the washing efficiency is improved, and the washing cost is reduced.
The washing-free dustproof optical glass cleaning solution provided by the invention adopts a compounding technology of various penetrating agents, surfactants and various raw materials, can achieve the purposes of high efficiency and deep cleaning, and can well meet the requirements of cleaning after grinding, polishing, core obtaining, film coating, jointing and inking the optical glass in the cleaning industry.
The washing-free dustproof optical glass cleaning solution ensures the best cleaning effect and the strongest cleaning capability under the neutral or alkalescent condition by compounding the penetrating agent and the surfactant and the aid of the thickening agent; the compound humectant and the dust-proof agent, with the assistance of the detergent, ensure that the glass surface is free from chemical corrosion, smooth and perfect under the neutral or weakly alkaline condition, and the original shape is kept until the glass is cleaned, thereby meeting the requirement of cleaning optical glass.
The washing-free dustproof optical glass cleaning solution is suitable for cleaning optical glass after grinding, polishing, core obtaining, film coating, jointing and ink coating, has excellent cleaning effect on cutting fluid, grinding powder, polishing fluid, oil stain, finger print and dust, has no corrosion, can effectively remove the oil stain, white dots, spots, connective substances, dirt, dust and finger print, and has the advantages of remarkable effect, strong cleaning capability, high efficiency, no washing, no injury to hands, no residue and good dustproof effect.
